I have found my Cash Money place to have great service and always have a friendly face on the other side of the glass. I have found that if I'm just walking past and nobody else is in there I will go inside just to say hello to them. They make me feel like I'm a friend not just a client.

The location is great, the staff are knowledgeable and efficient,
though the company charging customers the maximum that the province allows, is horrible.

Not only that but they advertise it no less.

The staff are doing their jobs though and asking customers if they want to re-loan right after they had paid off their loan.

But the company wants to make their 15%.

This location of Cash Money have such a great staff. I have always enjoyed a good relationship with this location. The staff are friendly, super fast with service and the manager is excellent.

I went there last week for western union, there staff so professional and humble. I like their customer service

NEVER go to this place when sending money go to MONEYMART WESTERN UNION instead, THEY WONT EVEN TRY TO SETTLE YOUR INQUIRIES, i just had to add a middle name and they were not able to do that, i just had the same issue with moneymart but they were able to do it, its either CASHMONEY HAD PROBLEMS or staff -RINKU is just to lazy to do her job. NEVER AGAIN WILL DO BUSINESS WITH CASH MONEY!

They told me to come back the next day so i could re loan because i qualify for the equal payment plan than the next day xomes i come back to the store find out i dont qualify for the equal payment plan and i xould have reloan without having to drive out twice wasting my time energy and gas they dont know what there doing they dont read the computer there rude stay away far away this is not the first time i have had a problem with them and the good reviews how fake are those come on lol oh and i almost forogt they told me i would have to come back out there for a third time if i want to make a complant or try to get a extention or my money back
