I have been going to Cash Money for a few years now, and more often than not it is convenient and in a number of cases, an enjoyable experience. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful, and 99% of the time the outcome of the visit is desirable. The basis of this review is regarding the other 1%, and while my situation was unable to be dealt with in the manner I had hoped, the employee who helped me, Téa, went above and beyond to try to reach an outcome that would help me, and ultimately gave me pointers in the direction I need to go to move forward. Without going into my personal financial situation, I was unable to obtain the funds I was seeking, but left with a sufficient nudge in the right direction; and unlike other similar establishments (money mart, etc.), I was treated with kindness and understanding, and left without the sour taste that lingers after being denied the help that was being sought out I would (and have in the past) recommend cash money to friends and family, and would like to personally thank them for the 99% positive outcome, and would further like to personally thank Téa for the patience and effort she went to in helping me out personally in the other 1% of my visits to cash money. 11/5 stars.

This location has some of the best workers I've ever met in customer service, I've had a few different ladies help. Christy and Carol. Your doing awesome!

Was served today by a lovely lady named Tea. Not only did she have some awesome style but she was very personable and made my time enjoyable. I normally go to the Port Coquitlam location as it is close to my work. But I am glad that today I went to maple ride to meet such a gem of a person

I was in a crunch for $ after roommate didn’t pay their share of rent. I was weary about doing a loan but the payday loan sounded easy enough. I went into the Maple Ridge location on Lougheed Hwy, and was assisted by Carol Pow, the store manager. She made this process very easy, not nerve-racking and overall an amazing experience. I know where I would like to go if I am ever in a pinch for money again. She was so kind, unbiased, and made it just the most wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a quick way to get a loan to hold them over until their next pay day.
