Tried to cash my chq here and after waiting for the lady for 5 minutes when there was another lady standing around; probably training she told me that they may not be able to cash it after it takes up to 15 minutes to register. Not sure why they can't cash my check when the phone number is on it and can be approved. Sloppy customer service when they say they cash checks, not impressed that they do not do what they say they can do

Cash Money is easy to deal with. Rates are super high, but when you need it and don't take forever to pay it back.it's a useful service

The first experience I shared with them I didn't feel comfortable since one of the workers there the stuff actually called my job to verify my check to see if I didn't steal a check from my work it was actually the most embarrassing thing I've ever experience from a money loan or cashed check cashing place however they did call me back and correct it and make it right so I do give them credit for that and I do crate give them credit for actually taking the time to you consider the fact that there was an issue and that I didn't go back for a reason so I do have to give the Cash Money a decent rating for their care in response to their customers

Don't waste your time trying to get an instalment loan via their webpage or in-store as they do not offer it in British Columbia but their webpage States they do

So the people that work here are the criminals!

They were helpful, quick, let me know at each step what was happening and I appreciated their promptness as well. I would go there again should I need a short term payday loan.

On my list of payday lenders, cash money is my last resort. I'm not saying they are bad, but that the others are better.

Don't use this business for anything. The staff is rude. Disrespectful. I tried to pay off a loan for a family member. I called ahead. Asked if it was ok. They said yes. When I arrived the refused to take the payment. I asked to speak to someone in charge. They refused. I asked for head office number they refused. I called head office after searching for it. The rep I spoke to hung up on me. I guess all they care about is ripping off low income or people with money troubles. I have instructed my family member to never use this service again. You don't lie to people and miss treat them if you want their business.

Cash money is the best place ever to get a loan from, because they give lower rates of pay back and lower interest, they never reject anyone, I recommended everyone must go to get loans from Cash Money.

They have been great and freindly aswell and its speedy in and out its awsome keep up the good work

My comment to Cash Money institution is this, you are very fabulous people in term of help, you help those whom are totally down, including myself broke.

Furthermore, even though there are some of your representatives are not treating people very good, I am one of those people.

I have been reject to borrow only one hundred Dollar while I have a job to pay back!
