3 hours on the boat with my partner and our dog flew right by. Staff were professional and knowledgeable. Equipment was in top shape. Couldn't ask for a better time. We'll be sure to come back again soon. Thanks for the memories!

Part 2 - 2 months later
Spectacular! 1st time parasailling today. Best view of Penticton you could ever ask for. Exhilirating and peaceful at the same time. Money well spent. Loved it immensely and will do it again! Staff were professional, courteous and I felt very safe in their hands - even when our legs got dipped in the lake - eek! HIGHLY RECOMMEND PENTICTON PARASAIL ADVENTURES TO EVERYONE

My wife, daughter and son in law all rented Yamahas waters crafts. Two were new boats. All ran well. The young folks at the booth were friendly and helpful. The owner gave us our safety and boating briefing. What a sense of humour and very helpful. We had a blast over the hour we had rented for. Will be back for sure. Thank you

100% recommend renting from Castaways, Cody and Thea were amazing at setting us up and getting us into the water and back to shore safely! We will be back for sure!

We booked a pontoon during our bachelorette trip and unfortunately the weather caused the waves to be too much while we were heading out and we experienced a few scary moments and had some items get swept away by the water coming on the boat due to a gate not locking properly, this definitely took away from the experience as half of us took a taxi home not wanting to get back on the boat. However, the company refunded us for a portion of the cost and Nolan who was navigating the boat and also helping us get this sorted was really kind and the remaining half of the party who opted to take the boat back when the water was calmer had a great time.

Overall, the main reason for 3/5 stars is due to the few safety concerns we had, loss of personal belongings and the unfortunate conditions. But because of the company willing to work with us and coming to an agreement I would still come back to try the other experiences they offer as they seem to be a huge hit at the resort we stayed at!

Our annual Family Trip to Summerland always includes a day in Penticton for a Ski Boat Rental with Castaway's. Booking is a breeze, prices are great, and they have all the toys (Tubes, Wakeboard, Kneeboard). Super friendly and knowledgeable staff help you safely out onto the lake. Thanks a lot Cody! We'll see ya again next year.

Great place to rent boats & Seadoo’s in Penticton! Cheapest in town, and great service!

Went parasailing a week ago. Captain and deck band were both super amazing and patient with everyone. And gladly answered all
Questions. I totally chickened out that day.

However. We went back today, made a special Stop back in Penticton, so that hubby and I could go. Once again, (a different deck hand) super patient, and understanding of my fear of heights.

I could not have asked for either of these experiences to be any better! I will Definitely go again if we come
