I recently became a new patient at Caulfeild Dental Centre, and my experience has been exceptional. Shannon, the hygienist, provided excellent care during my visit. Her expertise and attention to detail left me feeling confident in the quality of service. The overall atmosphere of the clinic is welcoming, making it a great choice for anyone seeking top-notch dental care.

The entire staff here is amazing. I had put off having my wisdom teeth removed for 10 years. I’m so glad I waited until I found caulfield dental. The process was easy and painless and they didn’t push anything extra or unnecessary on me. It was only my second time visiting but I felt comfortable and trusted everything they did.

I strongly recommend my hygienist Laila. She is very friendly, patient and professional. I have very sensitive teeth, when she cleaned my teeth, she was very careful and gentle. I felt she provided excellent service, and also very attentive to my needs. Thank you Laila.

My hygenist Shannon is the best I have ever had. She is very gentle and patient and the receptionist Payton is lovely. Thankyou for taking such good care of me as I am a difficult sensitive patient.

Beware of overcharging. Units are 15 minutes each. Was not seen on time (started clean late) Finished on time. However was charged the full amount. At $51.50 a unit93 units) do the Math if the Hygenist starts 5/10 minutes late and you are charged for a Limited oral Examination within the hour also.

I have horrible anxiety about going to the dentist, bordering on a phobia, and I switched dentists to Dr. Gergan after an extremely painful botch job by my previous one. Coming out of two years of insanity with our lock downs and restrictions I am now restructuring my life to have more healthy relationships with the people in my life and I believe one's doctor should not be revered like some village elder but instead one should have a healthy relationship much like one does with one's lawyer which. Although this relations should be based on respect, the customer should still get proper value for their money. I found Dr. Gaegan did a fantastic job of walking me through the steps of how he freezes, why the bottom teeth are harder to freeze (the jaw bone is less porous), what medication to take prior to arriving and at what intervals. He even suggested that I come a little earlier for the freezing as it can take 20-30 mins to take effect. It's amazing how treating human beings which just a little bit extra bit of dignity goes such a long way. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for good dentists and good hygienists.

They were ready on time. Very friendly. I just had an initial cleaning and it went very smooth and efficiently.

I did a follow up on my invisolines braces they were not fitting correctly Moji the owner eased my mine and had the problem corrected very quickly and Brittany went through the process with me again, she was very pleasant and the experience was excellent I left feeling I was in very good hands and Marion and Honey were exceptional keeping me on Track.

I’ve been coming here for decades. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. And they bill my insurer directly which saves me time and effort.

They were amazing. I was struggling with excruciating pain. They could see me within 40 minutes. Problem solved 30 minutes later. They were friendly, efficient, and very understanding of my feelings. They are a wonderful group of professionals.

My experience for my last dental visit to initiate invisi line was painful. I ended up with a cut lip on one side and a swollen lip on the other side. This was due to the fact it took a long time to get a correct fit for the lip guard.
I was very disappointed when I found out that the stubs to hold the in Vizza line braces had not been colour matched to my teeth. This would have been simple to do ahead of time and apparently a number of my friends have had it done so you cannot even see them. Thankfully the dentist agreed to remove the stumps and start all over. I am grateful for that. However it was a long and painful procedure and some residue is still left on my teeth. Hopefully, going forward, the procedure will be successful.

My dental hygienist does a fabulous job and is so knowledgeable. Relaxed atmosphere appreciated.

Friendly, efficient, clean, modern and new dental facility at Caulfeild Village. Dr. Firouzi is highly experienced and superb. I’ve had five dentists over the years and Dr. Firouzi is one of the best. Highly recommend.

I'm a very long term patient of this office and I've had the best experiences and interaction with the Dentist and her staff. Just yesterday I was there and was worked on she did such a great and pain free job I could have taken a nap while she worked on me.
