My first experience with an Electrician and it was very positive. I experienced Emily as knowledgeable, kind and very skilled. She came promptly after calling and fixed my GFCI outlet and also checked some other lighting fixtures and outside outlets. Emily put on a new covers for outdoor outlets, fixed my kitchen track lights also my front doorbell. I had a lot of questions and she happily answered all of them and gave thorough explanations. I would highly recommend CBS electrical and Emily for the great work she completed. They are now on professional list and my go to Electricians should I need further electrical help. Your work and skill is much appreciated Emily!

Friendly and prompt service but I had to call the tech back to fix a mistake, got overcharged (they corrected it) and then got asked to pay again after I already had and was not sent a receipt.

Russ was awesome! Diagnosed an error with our solar panel inverter, but was still able to repair outdoor outlet for our sump pump. Was very personable and provided great service and recommendations! Was efficient but thorough. Definitely recommend!

We hired CBS to install an additional electrical outlet. We found their staff to be very pleasant and professional. They also came the next day after we called, which was super.

There was a minor issue with the amount of the bill, but we were very impressed that the owner took the time to call us back and discuss it, and he refunded a portion of the cost.

Herman fixed our light fixture issue so fast! He managed to get down here the same day to assess, (we got lucky they had an opening) and had it fixed by the next day as some new parts needed to be retrieved. He was so polite and informative. We're grateful to be able to see in that room again! I noted that Herman was excellent at maintaining social distancing and being Covid safe in general. He also ensured his work area was nice and tidy when he left which I really appreciated. All that coupled with professional and friendly service made this a great experience.

CBS Electrical is a fantastic and trustworthy electrical contractor company. Wes was through and comprehensive in his quoting and demonstrated spades of integrity throughout. Russ was top-notch: always on time, clearly skilled and an expert in his trade, answered our questions, and completed the work efficiently and cleanly. Our work was repairing an electrical supply for our outdoor studio and expanding lighting options from our existing fixtures. No job is too small for this team. The work was important to us - and it was clear it was important to them too. 5/5 - and we’ll use them again when we get an electric car charger installed!

CBS installed a fan switch for us the following morning that we called them, they were on time and very professional. We would definitely recommend them and would work with them in the future.

I've used CBS Electrical Contractors twice this fall to install ceiling fans and light fixtures. Two different electricians from CBS provided service, but each one was professional, courteous, friendly, and on-time. Both were able to remove my old fixtures and install the new ones in fairly short order, and it was easy to work with Wes to schedule the visits.

Excellent service. The young man rang my bell at the exact time I was told someone would be here. He was courteous and efficient and completed the job quickly.

Today, a 'silver seal' inspection was completed by Lee Grant, after my husband did a lot of renovations to our manufactured home. As the walls were 'open' this required that they take out a permit to complete the work. In all, this required several visits to our home, and a few repairs required in order to pass the inspection. On each occasion, the electrician showed up within ten minutes of the expected time, which is uncommonly timely! Lee was a pleasure to deal with, as were the electricians. We are very appreciative of the work that was done and the level of professionalism. On one occasion, we left the electrician to do his work, leaving the doors open because it was a very hot day. We returned to find that he had secured the home before leaving, which was not our experience with a different company that we contracted to do some other reno work. Locking a door isn't difficult, but we were grateful for the consideration. We highly recommend CBS Electrical! Thanks so much for making this such a painless process for us!

I had the power knocked out in my bathroom and had Lee call me and walk me through troubleshooting. Found out it was simple GFCI wall plug reset that was needed. All was done over the phone and cost me nothing! Appreciate the easy troubleshooting and in turn will make them my first call going forward!

Just finished a home renovation and installed a new 200amp service and an electric car charger. Wes and his team (Brian) were very professional, on time, and on budget. They were very quick to solve any issues and were great about setting expectations. They managed all the permitting and assisted with some of the design. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I had them install pot lights and do a quote. Super professional, great quality job, superb customer service - I was so happy with the work.
