James really went above and beyond, we disassembled the computer together so I could show him where I thought the problem might be on the motherboard. He reapplied thermal paste to the cpu and gpu for free. Within 2 hours of dropping off the computer I had a thorough report with pictures, and he took the time to walk me through his diagnostic procedure over the phone and again in person. He also did some extra research and sent me links to parts and some walkthroughs for different upgrades and repairs after our discussion.

I don't know anyone else who will go to the lengths that the folks at CCL go to, to produce results and come up with solutions to issues!
