I had a really good experience with Siddhant Aggrawal as an adviser. He is so knowledgeable person. He is so respectful and helpful.whenever I had a questions a bout the program he always put enough time to listen to me and answers all my questions accurately with lots of details. Also I was a client of work BC and Siddhant provide me lots of useful details a bout the Dental Assisting program that I needed to provide that information for work BC. I was a student of HR & PAYROLL COORDINATOR program in 2022 & 2023 at CDI College. I really enjoyed this course. Supportive teams in each department were always available in case of any problems, and my teachers always answered my questions with enthusiasm. After graduating from CDI College, I said goodbye to the general work forever, and was hired as an accountant, my wages changed to salary and increased. CDI College changed my career pathway, so so so happy, thank you CDI, thank you professional and lovely team of CDI college.

I was a MLA student in CDI Burnaby college and I really had a great experience there. All my instructors and staffs are very kind and helpful:) The lectures were so great and useful as well! I love my school, it was awesome!

I really enjoyed my time in this campus when I took my Dental Assisting course. My homeroom teacher was Leonarda and she was AMAZING. Leo was our “mother” in our class, because whenever we had problems, she was always the first person we’d run to and she was always open ears. She is sweet and a loving teacher, and we will never forget the good times we had with her in the clinic.

Aside from her, Liza and Anne were also great at their job. Liza is serious when it comes to class times, but when she’s not teaching, she’s fun and hilarious. There’s one memory that I will never forget with her and that’s when I had a talk with her and she found out I was not doing well in class. She called me over and asked me if there was anything that’s stopping me from doing good in class and I told her my side. After that talk, I got back on my feet and the rest was history.

Anne, is a passionate teacher. Coming from a morning class, whenever we had her as a teacher, her energy would just rub off because of her enthusiasm. I sometimes don’t understand how she has all those energy, because I remember I was always tired in the class and whenever I hear those heels walk in the hallway, you know the class is going to be fun!

Kanav is nothing but extraordinary. He was the first teacher we had for theory and there was no time that he never made a joke. He set the mood for the class and made us laugh our butts off with his jokes. I also like how teaches, because he would never continue the class until everyone gets what he’s trying to say.

All in all, the teachers were amazing. They all did their part as a teacher and pushed us to become a disciplined CDA. There were times where they were pushy, and that’s because we were slacking or we were running behind our classes. And because of them, my class made another milestone, by achieving a 100% passing rate on the NDAEB for the ninth time.

You know these instructors are the REAL DEAL.

I would give this a 5 star, but I had problems with the finance staff. I’ve been going back and forth with them regarding with the referral money and still today, even though I gave graduated, the referral money was still not given.

P. S.to the big boss who’s reading this, I just want you to know that the instructors I mentioned above are hands down the best instructors I had in my class and I had never had a problem with them. If there was anyone who’s complaining about them, just know that those students who are complaining are weak minded, spoiled brats, who are just trying to get a free pass and they might be the reason why you guys will have a bad reputation in the future.

I made the decision to enroll in CDI for MLA, because of the attention I received on the phone (Lina Basit) was very attentive and clearly answered each of my questions.
After enrolling, I started to see some unfavorable comments on social media but I still went in to study, and it was a good decision to study here.
The instructors I have had in Burnaby so far (Mohammad, Yassaman and Azadeh) have been excellent, with many qualities and always making the student reach the goals of each subject, it is a lot of information, not is easy, they are strict but is as it should be.

The administrative department is always ready to help us.

My personal experience has been very favorable.

I took the Legal Administration program online and loved it, I had some difficulties with certain teachers not being available to discuss questions regarding assignments, however my student advisor helped me so much getting me connected with people that could help. I also had some difficulties with 1 teacher who was completely absent until after the exam I ended up failing the course as a result of me not understanding the accounting class as formulas given were incorrect or assignments had little to no instructions, when I finally reached out to the teacher she was rude, I got in touch with my academic advisor who was able to meet with the teacher and provide me the guidance I needed to retake the exam and pass the class with flying colours. The day I graduated I was hired at Simcoe Court Reporting being a court reporter, after 2 months I was promoted to office manager. I am currently looking at going back to CDI for Paralegal come the fall!

I would recommend this school to anyone looking to higher their education!

The only thing that sucked was not having a graduation ceremony but that’s a result of COVID not the school!

Obyda Abdul made the entire process seamless! He answered every question gave me so much information and guided me through every single step! I was initially going back and forth between 2 programs and he was able to help make the decision based on the amount of time he spent listening to what I wanted to do with my degree! 10/10 recommend him to anyone looking for information on programs!

Yesterday was my wife graduation with 93% grade. She was supposed to be called honored student but they didn’t do that.it was supposed to find the job for her in six months, but they didn’t, she found the job by herself, not recommended.

Studied here last year, got hired right after my practicum.i love angela she’s the best prof ever ️

Worst decision of my life: My story

On June 28,2021, I began studies at CDI College Online through Surrey, British Columbia for their Veterinary Health Care Assistant Program. If all went according to plan, I would have received a diploma in approximately 40 weeks. I would have graduated on April 8,2022. I dream of working in a veterinary clinic alongside other technicians, assistants and veterinary doctors, however, because of CDI College's inability to provide proper education and support, I am now unable to.
I withdrew from my program at CDI College on August 26,2021 due to no instruction, lack of support from instructors and technical teams, and broken course links and textbooks. CDI College was to provide the education and support and failed to do so. While I was studying, I made it very apparent to CDI that there were technical issues that needed to be fixed and they never were. I called CDI many times and there was no answer. Multiple times I demanded the contact information of a CEO or dean and CDI College refused to give me that information. CDI did not take into consideration how these technical issues were affecting my learning. I could not proceed in the course and therefore the program. I waited nearly two weeks for a new instructor to be hired after the current one suddenly quit. By the time two new instructors and a teacher's assistant were hired, course textbooks and links were still broken, so I made my final decision to withdraw from the program.
After that, CDI required that I pay $6,289.19 for the amount that I had completed. I completed 6 out of 28 courses in the program, 89 out of 813 hours, which makes up to be 9.13% of the entire program. This means that, according to the Student Enrollment Agreement, CDI is only entitled to “up to 30%” of the tuition money I had paid. However, according to CDI, I attended 19% of the program which isn't the case. I couldn’t complete that amount due to the issues. I brought my concerns to CDI right away after I signed the withdrawal papers. CDI did not answer my questions.
It has now been 1 year and 5 months since I have been trying to acquire the tuition funds that I am owed. CDI also broke their own Dispute Policy. CDI has been extremely unhelpful and ignores me and the questions I present to them. After withdrawing from CDI College and not receiving any sort of help from CDI College itself, I have contacted many other outside parties for help on how to deal with the matter. These parties include Better Business Bureau (CDI College ignored my response), Calgary SLA The British Columbia Ombudsman, British Columbia AEST, CBC Marketplace, and multiple lawyers in the Calgary area.
On September 1,2022, I gained the contact information for CDI College Surrey, British Columbia’s Campus Directors, Rishi Karia and Davendier Dhaliwal. I explained my situation many times and it took them over 2 months to come to a resolution that CDI College could refund me $2195.80. I accepted, and now (as of Feb 2023) CDI is withholding this money.
I am extremely hurt, frustrated, angry and sad by CDI College’s wrongdoings. All I wanted was to get an education online through CDI College, receive my diploma and become a veterinary assistant. But now I have a student loan sitting on my shoulders that I have absolutely nothing to show for. Every day I think about how CDI College has done me wrong and how I can receive the tuition money back as I’m entitled to it. As I said, it has been over a year since I have been dealing with this issue and still no resolution. CDI College promised me great education to set me up in life but they are doing the opposite of that. I had paid for the education and CDI College failed to provide it to me.
If you are thinking of enrolling in CDI College I recommend you take your time and money elsewhere. I have never been so dissatisfied with a company in my life and that says a lot. CDI College should be shut down. They don’t care about your well-being, or your education—as long as they are getting paid it’s okay right? Wrong. This ends now.

Took MLA program in CDI…. It was my best decision. Special THANKS to the program coordinator (Azadeh) and teachers (Mohammad & Angela) for encouraging me when things seemed impossible, strengthening my confidence when no one was there.

Took my Diploma in hospitality management and loved every minute of my college experience, the staff are truly great, the fellow students are helpful as well the material was fun and easy go for learning online, I appreciate everything this college has given me. Absolutely recommend attending this school to further your career and obtaining a better education, those who work here are very compassionate and very enthusiastic and they have helped me in so many ways!

I would not recommend this school to anyone. I am taking Dental Receptionisit at the moment. One of their staff told me that I do not need to worry for the practicum places that I am going to because the school will find it but in the end they ask us to call different clinic so that we can do our practicum. Even for our first aid they want us to find a place that we can take our first aid. I’m so disappointed. We are paying you so much money but in the end we do all the works.

Great instructors. It was a challenging course but the instructors were there for us all the way! They are all very knowledgeable and imparted their own real life experiences to us which was very helpful!

Instructors are very hands-on, they are the best. It wasn't an easy journey but they were there to try their best to motivate us.

Hard courses but helpful for your profession career. This school is accredited and save a lot of effort.

CDI was the best choice I made to pursue my interests and attain what I thought was not possible at my age. As the saying goes help only comes to those who help themselves.lots of hands on which I found was the best way to learn. As I am getting closer to be certified I will miss not attending the lectures. My payroll instructor was not only very knowledgeable but extremely qualified in his position and was able to share way more knowledge beyond the course requirements. My salute to anyone wishing to continue their education with CDI.

Great programs that are short, well taught, and your almost guaranteed a job after. The front line needs you! CDI can get you there fast.

For the new immigrant just like me. Investing by enhancing your knowledge to make it along with what people here wants is one of the best decisions I ever made. I am glad that I joined Dental Assisting program at CDI College Burnaby Campus. Even it was the year of Covid, but the instructor team were working their best for everyone’s success. I got job offer even before I graduated (Oct 2020). This is not just a job, but it is a career that you will be proud of and it will change the quality of your family’s life!

I had an absolutely wonderful time studying at CDI College, Burnaby Campus.
The staff and faculty except the external instructor for the ECG module were fabulous and always willing to help
during college classtime and after college hours.
The classes were small enough so each student got particular attention and the specific needs were met as well as being respected.
Hence i want to thank each one of you including security, custodians and fellow students for making this path in my Journey of Life such a pleasant and heartwarming experience.

I'm writing here to let whoever wants to go ahead and enroll in Immigration Consulting program knows that, if you ever get a chance to have class with Ben Fok, do NOT miss it!
Because you'll regret it all. If you are mature, hardworking, persuasive, and flexible enough to be in his class, do Not hesitate to make it happen.
He's a super nice guy with a fabulous sense of humor and very knowledgeable instructor. If you get a chance to be one his students, try to "IMPRESS him"and he will guide you in each and every steps. I feel so lucky to be his student at CDI College, Burnaby a year a go. Ben Fok is one of the best instructors that I've ever had. He put a huge amount of efforts to teach this unbelievably difficult dry and intensive program. Go for it.it will change your life forever.

Be really careful whoever is planning to study in this college, i have been attending for 3 weeks and because of personal reasons I had to drop my program, and they charge me $7000 for only 3 WEEKS.please everyone stay away from this college, there are many dishonest people are working there to rip off your pocket. They use immigrants and international students please be cautious and search more before you start any programs in this college.

I started CDA in CDI college a year and half ago; this course is very intensive and stressful. After seeing my Dr she told me it's not suitable for me to continue. After 3 weeks of the start date I gave them my Dr's letter addressing my situation. I quit and then I realized I've been charged for 7000$ for just 3 weeks which even the first week was not held by any of the instructors and it was just very basic instruction to generally how to study! They didn't waive or help me in any ways not to pay this loan; they told me I could do another program but I didn't want any other program they were offering. The one star I'm giving is just for some of instructors who were helpful and great at what they did. Be Very relaxed and ready about the lessons you'll be taught or just stay away from this college and don't waste your money.
