Most horrible place to study, avoid at any cost. You are way better off to just buy the books and materials and get certifications. Its an absolute Joke. Horrible management

I had an excellent experience with Shaminder Kochar, my university advisor. His courteous demeanor and meticulous approach greatly assisted me in the college enrollment process. He provided all the necessary information for my chosen field and exhibited professionalism throughout. Highly recommended!

Business Computer Class is a flea market. All students are asked to learn from self learning videos. Why are we paying for instructor driven class?

Slimy. There's a reason the owner has been sued for fraud multiple times, all the way back to the 90s in the states. Go to a real School

I’m in the PN program at CDI College- Surrey. I want to thank our PN instructors and PN coordinator Sue, who have been very supportive since day one. Specially when we needed help with Pharmacology Math, I want to thank our math instructor Farzana for giving us extra math lessons. The extra math lessons helped me pass my math exam last week! I feel very supported by our instructors as they provide us with feedbacks that surely helps us with our improvements in the program.

I just finished a 5-week course on Microsoft with Binu Kavumgampillil and passed it with %91. He was very supportive and helpful throughout the course and always available to answer my questions. In addition, he displayed full knowledge of the course and provided accurate guidance.

I’m Almost done with my PN program, it has been a very pleasant experience at CDI college. The PN department coordinator, Sudeshna Siwan is very supportive, motivational, and always available to help. I highly recommend PN program at CDI campus to future nursing students.
10 July 2023 8:21
I am in the last semester of my practical nursing program at Cdi Surrey Campus. I would like to share my experience. The PN department has a welcoming and empowering learning environment. The instructors are knowledgeable and supportive. The PN coordinator, Sue Siwan is always available to help, support, mentor and guide students to become safe and competent nurses. I’d recommend Cdi Surrey campus to future nursing students.
04 July 2023 10:29
Beware that this is a diploma mill. Canadian companies do not hire you, as it's not a real school and has a poor reputation. It's why it's mostly international students who pay a fortune and don't know any better.
26 June 2023 10:08
I had a good experience from CDI College. Mona Kaur is a good practicum coordinator. Initially it was very hard during COVID to enrolled in any clinic and facility for Practicum but Mona helped us in coordinating with the health care facility and clinics. As we mostly got good jobs in the same clinic later. She managed all the things on time. Under her mentorship we finished our diploma on time.
Really appreciate her hard work!
28 May 2023 21:29
Great instructors with flexible school schedule to work around working people. Took a career and employment strategies course which was very beneficial to learn about how to prepare for interview and write resumes and cover letters. Mona was knowledgeable about the subject with her experience on it all. She went above and beyond making an effort in her long days so that we can take advantage of being prepared for our opportunities after our programs.

Divleen is a best financial adviser I like her services I like her way to help God bless you Divleen
19 May 2023 22:18
I’m in the 4th semester of practical nursing program. The instructors have been great and supportive in my studies. The practical nursing coordinator Sue Siwan is very very supportive of all her PN students and genuinely cares for each student’s successes in the program. If you want to be a safe and competent LPN I recommend CDI Surrey campus PN program
11 May 2023 9:46
Worst college ever, they told it will be 100% placement after the completion of the course but it’s 100% lie they cheat u be careful.
03 May 2023 8:48
Mona, Balbinder and Hanifa have been very helpful to me. They are all very nice. However, my best experience at CDI has been with my instructor Leeann Bowman. She is simply the best in every way. I enjoyed being in her class and she often went above and beyond to make my dental receptionist educational journey interesting and knowledgeable, especially as I was back in class after more than thirty years. I am glad to have had Leeann as my mentor. I do have to add that all the instructors we had for our various courses were very good too.
16 April 2023 5:13
Thankyou Santosh for being super supportive. She made the process look seamless. I am enjoying the college. Cheers
12 April 2023 4:55
Hi everyone. I wanted to take a moment to experience my practicum class with Mona and the excellent guide that she provided us.her prompt response attentiveness and willingness to help. I was impressed with her professionalism and how she patiently addressed our concerns.

My Experience at CDI was really amazing. Santosh works here and she has been a great hep for me specially in choosing my course and everything. I would definitely recommend this college.
05 March 2023 14:03
Do not go to this school. The dental assistants that they graduate from here are terrible. I have taught dental assisting and have been in this career for over 17 years. When I get a practicum student from this college they are not prepared at all. Please go to a public college or university and not a private one
03 March 2023 18:10
I have a great experience at CDI Surrey doing my PN Program. I was almost giving up as I am facing lots of rollercoaster events in my life with my family, work and more. I had to reduce my work time to focus more on my studies. CDI staffs encourage me to do more and do not give up. From my admission advisor Lina Basit, she never fail to help me get through all that I need to know with my program. To my PN coordinator and instructors who gave most of their time teaching us with all what we need to learn for us to be successful. I am almost to the end and I know I can do it with all the support of my colleague and all the people who help me get through it.

20 November 2022 8:43
I see CDI college as designed around the student's life. I selected CDI as it worked perfectly around my full-time job and the course curriculum. The admission staff and management worked well right from day one. The course I took was "Diploma in Global supply chain management and International trade. " It was a completely new subject for me. I learned a lot in one year and earned my extra diploma and certificate in Forum for International Trade Training (FITT). This course helped me change my perception of supply chains and international trade.
18 November 2022 12:10
My experience has been great. I got so much help from Santosh and the team. She is very professional and clear with all the information. Lots of clarity and guidance. Aastaa helped with all my finances. I felt i can trust CDI with this journey and heaving a career change after my move to Canada.

I had such a nice experience coming in not knowing what I want to get into as my future career and was really nervous, but then I met lina and she told me what I like and enjoy doing the most so she chose the best careers that fit into my liking. I thought it was going to take like a year or two to get into it but lina helped and tried her best and I got into it in less than a month. Lina was very helpful and was always there trying her best to make it an easier experience for me, I would really like to thank her and we really need more people like Lina.

L recommend the HCA program at cdi college to anyone who is interested. Ms Sudeshna (the PN and HCA coordinator) is amazing and supportive and available anytime you need assistance.

Mr. Ali Yamini has been both a teacher and a mentor for me. I have learnt a lot from him about the field of Canadian Immigration and his techniques are very helpful and innovative. I strongly recommend that if any one needs any help about Canadian Immigration and wants to learn it, Ali is the go to person.
Thanks for guiding me Ali!

I never get the help I want feel like it's a waste of money never get help. I asked for a excention for Keyboarding there so much work overload that they expect me to finish it within a week. I don't understand why they can't give me a 2 week excentions.

I have just recently graduated from the PN Program. I had such an amazing experience here at CDI College. From the moment you walk through the doors, everyone is very welcoming. The PN instructors and the PN Coordinator were amazing and very supportive. They did a phenomenal job in teaching us and guiding us in becoming successful nurses. They were always ready to help when needed. I have learnt a lot and it is because of them I have become successful. They all have been such great role models and I look up to them so much. I am very grateful I did my practical nursing education at CDI College.
01 May 2022 23:25
My review is too long to for the character limit here… hopefully these photos upload and you can read through my actual review… however if not this is a joke of a college… they do not care about their students so take your money somewhere else
20 April 2022 18:58
This is a college that has provided me with an opportunity to excel in my desired career option. The Practical Nursing instructors and the coordinator are all extremely helpful and supportive. Every individual at this college has made me feel welcomed and supportive at every step of the way. My journey as a PN student has been great. I am content with the way I had been supported and encouraged throughout the program. I am grateful for this college, the PN instructors and the PN coordinator for helping me achieve my goals and complete my Practical Nursing program.

Cdi Surrey campus I studies practical nursing programme and staff and environment is best to start your carrier. Coordinator is very helpful and all teacher even after graduating from here are one call or email away to help for anything needed in your field. I am so lucky to be the part of cdi and got my licence to work as a nurse. To be honest where ever I applied I got offer letter to start job. I am working in mental health. Thankyou cdi and all the staff to helping me to achieve my dream.

My experience was not the best because school was virtual and still is.
Based on the life circumstances i wasn't able to be in school in person, but on the other hand i enjoy being in SSW class with the best, the most flexible and educated instructor Shakeel Khan. Helpful, understanding, and respectful human being He made the year fun and full of informations.
14 October 2021 16:25
I send a email to them and got the answer right way, I can tell they are serios and care about others.
28 August 2021 23:23
It was a 4 weeks of mathematics program and yet the instructor projected a very good impression. You will not be bored at all. It's a very fun class. These 4weeks topics are very important information. There is inter action to other students. Keep it up Binu Sir, my instructor. His strict about his assignments and exams but Its a very good way students will learn and developed absolute discipline. I had really fun in his class, learning with you was the best experience of mathematics I had. Thank you for the wonderful education sir.
15 August 2021 9:05
I am here to thank Ali Yamini, my instructor, he is not only a great teacher but a fabulous human being.
I wish him good luck
07 August 2021 0:39
It's first week of our program and yet the instructor project good impression. You will not be bored. First week topic is very informative and very important. Though its virtual but its kind of like you are in real classroom. There is inter action to other students. Keep it up Mr Binu, our instructor. Being strict is not bad. Its a way students will learn and developed absolute discipline.
26 July 2021 8:25
The PN program here is a joke. Suedeshna is the PN coordinator, she rambles, tells you one thing then another, hypocritical. Always sides with the teachers no matter what, will yell at you randomly so stay cautious. Never replies to emails, very inconsistent, changes class times often so make sure your days are free. Goes on a power trip like all other instructors at this college. This whole college is embarrassing, your better off at stenburg or sprott where they actually care about your education
14 April 2021 4:37
I had a great experience with the staff at CDI college. The admission reps are amazing at helping students find the right path and provide them will all the information needed. My admission rep, Santosh Shikarpuri, helped me start my journey at CDI college, and provided me with lots of great information about the programs I was interested in. She is excellent at her job and is very knowledgeable about all the programs the college offers. She had the answers to all my questions, and tried to the best of her ability to help me choose the right path, and make the process as smooth as possible. I am greatly thankful for all her efforts, as I am now on the path of pursing a great career, and this would have not been possible without her guidance and help.
12 April 2021 18:35
I had a great experience at CDI surrey. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Here i would like to special mention about Ricky singh, who was my admission advisor. He has made the whole process very smooth. He is very prompt in responding, polite and helpful.
It always felt great communicating with him. Even though I got online classes from Calgary campus Ricky been so helpful whenever I needed help I could count on Ricky Singh very grateful to him for being so helpful and friendly
26 February 2021 10:25
Really bad school in all aspects. Enrolled in Network engineer program. They expect you to learn everything by yourself. When I tried to drop out of the program the admission made me believe it's too late to drop out and it's better to complete the program. Now 30k in debt and can't find a job. They are just a bunch of scammers and bullies. This post is not enough to describe how horrible is the school.
23 February 2021 7:19
I am actually just posting a question regarding CDi College Surry. I am considering doing the paralegal diploma program online and I am struggling to find reviews on that particular program. I am hoping someone who has taken this program might be able to help give me some insight before I hand out a good amount of money! Thanks for everyone's time. I hope to hear back soon from some graduates or students from the paralegal diploma program.
Of course if you prefer to have a private conversation with me than ask and I'll send you my email!
Have a great day!

I do not recommend the cyber security program. Especially with online classes! Resources online are cheaper and better than what you get at this school. The professor for the program Adam, is great but the program really lacks attention for all the issues they have.

Truthfully speaking their customer service regarding my issues have been fair. All the solutions they have been presented to me have made me feel NOT cared for as a paying student at this college. The program I’m paying close to $30,000 does not nearly come close to the value I’m paying for.

The computer lab (open before covid, and is currently not available to students) was good, had good systems and fast internet. However resources and textbook systems are truly unreliable and often encountering issues.

While the program for network administration and cyber security are both programs on a timely/hour based schedule. A lot of the issues you encounter with the resources given make it impossible to stay on schedule.

When issues began with my program (such as missing textbooks and resources, student portal being off lines for multiple days, incomplete and incorrect student material) before Covid. I spent weeks sending emails with no response. Compliant after complaint got me no where. Phone calls, meetings and many wasted hours trying to get a solution and a lot of anxiety and stress on my shoulders. We came to a conclusion with the campus director to, ”not worry about it”.

To conclude my experience as a student has been poor and I don’t feel any better after going through all possible steps to finding a solution. I don’t recommend the school for any students.

Ricky Singh has elaborated the coursework. He has always supported whenever required. He is a good human with thorough information about his profile. Best wishes

I am currently taking the immigration consultant course at CDI and Mr Ricky Singh, the posterboy of this college admission advisory section is doing a fabulous job. He is knowledgeable of the whole process. He is an asset to the organization and goes extra mile in explaining things.
A 5 star recommendation for Mr Ricky Singh
30 November 2020 4:39
I have been to CDI for an Immigration program. It was very well managed and taught. Appart from the teachers who are beyond compare, I must appreciate Ricky Singh, who is very helpful and guides you professionally and with everything you need to know as long as you attend this college. Thanks a lot for everything.
25 November 2020 9:36
Dr. Ricky Singh of CDI Surrey does a commendable job. Had he not been the face of CDI Surrey, many students would not have enrolled.

He deserves 5-star and CDI is not even worth 1.

I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Ricky and wish CDI to be a better school for future students' benefit.

I am pursuing Immigration consultant course form Surrey Campus. My Instructor is Mr Yamini Ali. He is also the coordinator of this programme in the college I would like to Say about Ali, he is vey Passionate about teaching. I like the way he teaches. With his help my understanding and thoughts has reached to new heights. He made this programme in fun learning way and I am totally enjoying this programme. Although this programme is very intensive and short duration but he had touch each and every aspect of this programme in a precise way.
As far as my opinion I will recommend each and every body to this great college as this college has great Instructors like Mr Yamini Ali.
11 November 2020 19:40
There is guy his name is Ricky Singh and he is a director of admissions. At first, I thought he is just another staff member of the college like anyone else but he is really a great person who always offered extended help when ever I need it. He is really a professional person who understand the students needs.
08 November 2020 14:09
I completed my Immigration Consultant course this year. I am thankful to our instructors Christine Napoleon and Ali Yamini for their efforts in successful completion of my course. Ali was their for longer duration and during the pandemic effect he managed our online classes very efficiently in timely and professional way. All the students were encouraged to participate and ask questions. I really appreciate the patience he had while responding to numerous queries from our class. Because of the detailed expalanations I cleared my EPE in first attempt. I extend my thanks to Santosh as well who was my adviser. She was always there to help.
14 October 2020 17:01
I had few queries about the college. Just wanted to ask that what is the ilets band requirement for the international student for admission because I'm so impressed by it and i really wanna join it and have heard about your place from thousands of people from india. Pls reply
09 October 2020 14:57
I had a great experience studying here at CDI. My instructors were very helpful and resourceful. My academic advisor Ricky Pal Singh, was the best academic advisor you can ask for. Always took time out for me to address any questions I may have had along the way. I strongly recommend taking Immigration Consultant Diploma here.
07 September 2020 4:47
I attended CDI college Surrey in 2015-2016 school year for the Network Systems Engineer program. For the first year of the program I had to take a student loan. The total cost of the loan was approx 17,000. That was just for the first year costs. There are no actual certified teachers for this program. They are just babysitters, I guess to make it seem like it's a real class. I have never seen a more sophisticated scam in my life. Good business model to take money from students legitimately but fraudulently. Not a real school if you want to learn IT. I'd suggest learning from YouTube because that's how I learnt majority of my program. Take my advice if you are ever are pursuing a program here. I am only speaking about the IT portion of this school. But you know what they say the apple never falls far from the tree. Avoid at all costs. I would give 0/5 stars if I could. This school should be investigated for deceitful business practices and false advertising. When someone decides to start a class action lawsuit against CDI, COUNT ME IN!

Again, everything I'm writing here is my own honest opinion about the school and from my own experiences. Take it or leave it but you have been warned.
22 August 2020 18:23
Huge waste of time. I learned more about the teacher Natasha and her son and divorce than about dental assisting. Just went on and on. $26000 to learn about her personal life. What a joke.
13 July 2020 21:31
I wish I could give them 0 star.
Not worth studying here. Save your money. Go somewhere else. They are so unorganized. A bunch of headless chickens running around!
27 June 2020 19:56
Avoid at all times, no place to study or work.

This organization deserves zero stars overall. Management does not care about its employees. Be ready to get abused and bullied. Pay, Career advancement, employee appreciation all depends on who you are not on your talent or hard work. But all is well if you belong to the main stream of the employees who are working there. Otherwise, there is no job security for you.

The upper management terminates people on a regular basis and hires less qualified people for lower wages and also blames the previous persons for not doing their job (s). Very fast turnaround for staff.

The company also has major financial problems and has problems bringing in necessary supplies for students and staff. They also do not follow employment standards rules and regulations as they neglect to pay individuals their rightful earnings.
05 November 2019 23:26
Did my immigration diploma from the CDI Surrey campus and now am a RCIC. All thanks to the faculty especially Ali, Neera, Jatinder and Leon. Way of teaching was interactive and helped clear all doubts - an invaluable asset indeed!
28 July 2019 8:40
DON’T come to this school unless you are not the same race with the PN coordinator, SUE. She’s horrible and bully, she has favouritism in class. She will fail the student if she doesn’t like the student, she will do anything and uses her power to fail and ruin your future!
Sorry for being honest
Ps. She did not fail me anyways, I just feel sorry for my classmates who failed because she doesn’t like them! What about my classmates future? BE FAIR!
21 June 2019 23:18
I did my paralegal diploma from CDI Surrey. Coming from India with an M. A.in English, and around six years of working experience as a higher secondary government school teacher, this was my first educational experience in Canada.
Starting from getting admitted in the college, including all the student loan formalities, to getting help with a practicum, and job opportunities, it had been a smooth journey of around 1 and a half year.there had been times when I needed a personal break for a few weeks in between the course, that too was supported by the college. In the duration of the course, I came across primarily two legal studies instructors and a few other instructors for the added on modules like computer studies, business administration etc. The instructors are helpful and with the student-teacher ratio being well below 1: 20, we did receive sufficient personal attention.
Finally, the one person I would like to mention specifically is, our Practicum Co-ordinator Mona who helps us students with so much of positivity and passion, she makes you confident of yourself and to face the job market awaiting you, and also look out for your best possibilities to suit your best possible growth. Thanks to her advice and assuring support, I got hired at my practicum right amidst my course of studies and she still did care to look out for me to offer even better choices!
Eventually, it though depends on each individual student to make the best of any situation, CDI Surrey had been a pleasant experience for me in this second innings of my life experiences and career!

"Through these halls walk the professionals of tomorrow" is the school mantra printed on the wall that we pass by to classes everyday. To be a professional in any field requires dedication and hopefully passion as well. Being in LPN program, I love everything we study which reflects my passion to be a nurse. I believe the program encompasses everything we need to know to earn the licence that legally makes us professionals in the field. There is dedication in staff to help us achieve this goal especially Sue, the PN coordinator. She embodies this profession and mentors everyone to stay on track. The program is tough and does require many hours of self study which to me is a reflection of one's dedication and passion to be a competence nurse. I am thankful we have instructors that care and steer us in the right direction whether it be in the form of rebuke when students are not prepared or keeping us in class to the last minute. I believe the intentions are to make us proud professionals of tomorrow and I'm glad they don't compromise on keeping standards. To Sue and all my instructors, thank you for keeping us on our toes. Hopefully with all your efforts, we will all DO NO HARM and make a difference in someone's life with our nursing care.

Hi, am doing LPN programme in CDI college surrey campus. Our PN Coordinator sue siwan, she is very supportive and experienced instructor.she really helps me throughout the difficult situations and guide me throughout every semester.she always make sure that each and everyone of us are getting the right education and experience during our practicum. All our instructors are very accommodating and willing to help us without hesitation. I would like to share that it is an excellent institute. I highly recommend CDI college for LPN programme.
26 February 2019 14:34
From the moment you enter the building everyone is extremely helpful and will go out of their way to help you. Their students success is very important to them. I am currently in the LPN program just finishing level two, and I can honesty say that with out their help I would not be as successful as I am now. Sue our coordinator is amazing she goes above and beyond for her students and she insures that all of her instructors have the same attitude; which is that they just wants the best for us and to be the best nurses on the floor. If you ever have any questions no matter what she will try her hardest to help you for example our class had a lot of exams coming up and I had asked her how to study. I listened to her and I had very good results at the end. Open door policy is there not just with her but all the instructors, If you need any extra help it is available. The classes are great sizes and the instructor will always give additional information to insure you grasp the concepts. You also don't need to memorize as they explain each concept so well that you will understand it right away. If you give 100% in the program they will give you 200% in help. If you want to have not only a successful career but to also have a great experience in school I would 100 % recommend this program and CDI Surrey.
