Harry came and was very enthusiastic and gave detailed information about fire protection for our home. It was very informative and gave us great knowledge. But the manager could have gave us a detailed run down of the purpose to sell their smoke detectors and the time. What we thought was 1 hour became 3 hours. Harry promised to see if he can throw in one of the gifts since I did all the extras he requested, but i learned from his manager he never mentioned. More effective communication and doing what was promised would have been nice.

Chad was awesome and gave a very detailed and professional presentation. I learned so much about fire safety and how to protect my home and loved ones. It was shocking to find out that most of us think we are protected by the average smoke alarms we have in our homes but the truth is we are not! I feel much more aware and grateful for this company and what they have to offer!

Amir and Chase were very good in giving us information about fire safety. They were helpful, cordial and friendly. I would recommend that you get a visit from them for your safety and peace of mind.

I attended the Vancouver Home Show in October in which I entered a "contest" for prizes. At the booth they were pushy and trying to schedule home visits incentivized by free first aid kits. At the time I declined the home visit but entered the contest. Next month I received a phone call saying that I "won" the contest. I truly don't believe I won anything as it was just an excuse to come into my home, give a 2.5hr presentation, and leave a first aid kit - which I had declined the first time. While the information they present is interesting, useful, and eye opening - I don't appreciate being mislead and solicited.

Matt gave me a great presentation in my home today. I booked an appointment with him at the home show in Victoria and I’m so happy I did. 100% would recommend to any of my friends!

Harry is very knowledgeable & professional of the education component of my home fire, water CO safety. His knowledge of the alarm system was reassuring for me to have these safety items in my home. Chad and Mehrdad came to do a presentation on fire safety in the home. There was so much I was unaware of to keep my family safe. I really appreciated the time they spent explaining everything to me. Very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this company.

Came in and didn't know what to expect. Well informed and basically learned that all the generic smoke detector systems only work 35% of the time. That's not good enough for protecting my family.

While the information provided was appreciated, I was told someone would be stopping by to do a home safety check for fire hazards. I had no idea it would turn in to a 2+ plus presentation and sales pitch for products that cost more than $6000. Thankfully the man who attended our home didn’t push it when I finally told him we needed to end this as we all needed to go to bed! Would never have agreed to the visit had I known what I was actually agreeing to.

They don't like to take no for an answer. Forcefull sales tactics. Watch out for their 10-day return policy that they don't tell you about.

An appointment that changed my life! What started as a suspicious presentation regarding some fire safety information, turned into a life lesson!

Harry T ensured that he passes on 100% of the information he has on fire safety to the other person! Made me realize how easy it is to lose your house, your family, your memories, your whole life to a FIRE!

The home evaluation brought out so many blind spots and very clearly proved the inefficiency of the "smoke alarms" we all have in our homes!

And the best part? He never forced me to buy anything, infact my family and I were so moved and concerned about our safety that we called Harry back after a few days and invested in the network without him getting back to us! Oh, and the water sensors will save you thousands of dollars in repairs. That's something I can vouch for personally as somebody who has been through a water damage!

If you want to sleep in peace every night, and be out of your house without a thought of something happening to your house or anyone in the house, I would highly recommend everyone to at least give them a chance! The information they share, and the free-kit is well worth it!

I am very unimpressed with the way this company does business. They solicited my 82 year old Grandmother over the phone to provide services and came to her home and tired to sell her said services. My mother by sheer chance called my grandmother and found out she had a man in her house, which horrified her! She asked to speak to the sales person, and he spoke to her on the phone. She told him to leave immediately or she would be calling the police and he agreed and hung up. My mother then called me and then told me there was a man in my grandmothers home. I dropped everything I was doing and sped over to my grandmothers, this took me about 10 minutes to arrive. When I arrived he wasn’t packed up. He was still sitting at the kitchen table trying to sell stuff to my grandmother. I yelled at him to get out of the house and he took his sweet time packing his various products, I then really voiced my displeasure then he picked up the pace and left.

This company tried to take advantage of an 82 year old woman and I’m glad I was able to by chance stop them. The fact that they would put a salesperson who sees hundreds of people a week during a pandemic in the same room as a helpless immuno-compromised 82 year old woman, shows how disrespectful and distasteful their business practices are.

Do not give these people your business!

Cold caling, mascarading as safety educators all the while trying to hawk expensive kit. Be aware.

I was very impressed with the safety meeting, learned a lot and made many improvements in my home to make it more safe. Very thankful Jason came by for a safety meeting.

We had Aingel come out to my dad's home last night and she was absolutely wonderful. She educated us far more than we ever expected, she was friendly, personable and had a great sense of humor, Aingel by all means lived up to her name, and she is an awesome representative for this company. We now look forward to being apart of the CDN Coast Health & Home Solutions family, and take comfort in knowing that they stand by their products. Thanks Aingel for the education that you provided and your great personality and for making my dad's home safer!

I was very impressed with the amount of information about fire safety. It's amazing how minor preventive initiatives can save my family from a tragedy and made my home much safer. Highly recommend this for everyone, especially seniors.

Samiya was very persuasive and I think she did her job really well. She is well deserved for the job. Really liked the way she talked through the whole thing and I really liked the story line she put and tried her best to show the reality which is very harsh to admit at times.

Never heard about Omnishield before, but glad and thankful that me and fam set up a meeting with them in person. It opens our eyes and helped us to become more aware about fire safety. Mardi really educate and made us become aware about home fire safety issues in a way where we, esp.my parents can understand it easily. I think it’s also an asset where a representative has other language like Mardi can understand Tagalog - helps ease the language barrier, I guess.

Without this kind of safety information, we will probably be forever unaware of any home safety issues like the fire/smoke alarm. He seems to be passionate about his job. Mardi and Melton (installer guy) are easy to deal with in this business. We’re happy for this investment we made.

So many mindblowing eye openers! I had no idea for my entire life that most smoke detectors in our society are just made for the minimum requirements and that almost all of the regular detectors which we hold in our home to protect our family have close to only a 50% reliability rate. Thanks to Aaron Dunham I will now be properly protecting my home for my family. Peace of mind at it's best!
