The office overall was excellent, especially with my children. They were nothing but professional, quality care was given and I appreciate all the staff even the welcoming receptionists!

Fantastic staff and very efficient. Got me in quick everything cleaned and fixed up the same day. No more pain. Staff is amazingly friendly and proffesional. Front desk staff went above and beyond to help me with my paperwork.

Whom this may concern, my family is very disappointed in Cedar Dental, my wife was billed over $500.00 for a tooth you had made and the tooth was YELLOW. You threatened to put her in collections and would not take the time to listen to reason. My daughter and my two grandsons also had a bad experience and feels like she was ripped off by your billing department. My family will be looking for another dentist for the simple reason that it is one bad experience after another with Cedar Dental.

Worst dentist I’ve ever been with. If you struggle with anxiety over dentist don’t go here! No compassion, I left in tears almost everytime I have been. Switched to smile dentist in valleyview what a difference. They have to fix 8 fillings that have been done in the past because cedar didn’t do the job right the first time. The hygienist dropped the polish tool in my mouth and broke my front tooth. Repaired it, I now hate my smile it’s a grey gross colour and said they can’t do anything else to help me. Smile dentist is submitting it off to my benefits to fix my front took and make my smile beautiful again. BTW daryl was the only reason I still went there, only person with patients and compassion. Would give 0 stars if I could

Dr. Hill was amazing. I've seen a lot of other dentists in my time and he was very gentle and understanding and did things that I find other dentists wouldn't do that made it easier and more affordable.

Dr Hill and all the staff are so knowledgeable and professional, also freindly and welcoming. The whole environment gives me a feeling of confidence aboit the dental care that I receive here.

Tracey is amazing. I suffer from bad anxiety going to the dentist from a traumatic childhood experience and for the first time in over 20 years, she was able to provide me a fully comfortable experience without disregarding my feelings. I fully recommend her and Dr. Hill to anyone who cringes about heading to the dentist. The other thing that both of them did, was provide education on oral care that was never offered by my past dentists. 10/10 recommend!

Staff here are always friendly, attentive and sensitive to your needs and concerns. Very clean environment also.
Direct billing to insurance companies makes the process painless also.

The hygienist was amazing with my usually very moody 2 1/2 year old. He let her explore all the tools to make her feel comfortable and took her cues when she was starting to feel unsure. It made for the nicest visit we've had yet with no meltdowns except for a little fuss when she didn't want to leave!

The dentist and the assistances are all amazing. They are funny and friendly and really do care. My whole family goes with confidence and ease that we will be taken care of.

I’ve been a patient at Cedar Dental for 20 years and can’t speak highly enough of their professionalism and customer service. The whole family drive across town twice a year to see them and we’re always treated very well. I just had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Hill and it was completely pain-free! I doubt there’s a better dental clinic in Kamloops.
