Reception is extremely bad rude and when you call them your on hold for 20 minutes or longer

They disable their phone lines intentionally and never pick up so that no one actually gets to get an appointment

Service is slow the lineup starts at 615am but don't open till 7am
Mostly likely you won't get to see a doctor if the lineup is all the way down by No Frills
If you are planning to be in and out in a few hours not going to happen
I have to skip a whole day of work just to see a doctor at 630am and don't get help till 3pm

Don't pay any attention to any bad reviews, the doctors and staff are all great, that is why people line up at 6: 30 am when it does not open until 7: am

I wish i could give them 0 star. When i called, waiting time was 9 mins and i ended after 2 hours and they closed at that time.

Rude one prescription did not treat problem. Other prescription was for scabies which I did NOT have. Dr more interested in bossing me around. Rarely go to Dr's less now

Says they are open Sundays from 9am. I am here now and it is 10: 42 am. They are closed. No hours of operation is posted either. I would like to give 0 stars but lowest I can give is 1.

Stood in the line-up since 630am just to find out at 7am that the doctors will only see 10 patients. There were so many patients that walked away with any choice. How is this right?

Over the years this place has changed they can't fill out a simple form for us anymore I definitely won't be heading back again.

They never pick up the phone. There hours are misleading but the doctors are good. I hate that you can't make an appointment over the phone and how you have to line up at 6: 45am to get an appointment when the clinic opens up at 7.

I walk-in, they tell me that it's by appointment only. I try to call, they tell me it's walk-in only. Super frustrating, I'm not sure what the game is but it's not a fun one

Never Answers the phone. Can’t book an appointment. Walk in is CONSTANTLY at maximum capacity doesn’t matter what time you show up. Hours of operation are set up so you’ll never have time to see a doctor if you work! Worst clinic you can go to. They clearly don’t care

Really snarky staff, nobody ever answers the phone or responds to voicemails left. Cannot believe how far downhill this clinic has gone over the last several years. Guess that explains why it’s rating is so low

Never answer phones! To see your doctor you must line up out side at 6: 30 am to put your name on a list and to be told come back in two hours. If you are not in office by 7am. Good luck seeing a doctor but on the only plus Dr Bhatt is an excellent doctor

This clinic is terrible. They rarely answer the phone. The are not friendly. They are not helpful like looking up a fax number, or something they should just have a list of. They don't seem to know much. The doctor's aren't much better.

Dr. Bhatt is a great professional is the best DR. That I have had in 10 years of living in this country. I will never change another Dr. Thanks for having me in your clinic.

Epitome of how screwed up our medical system is. All info online is misleading. The clinic itself never follows hours shown online or by their own answering machine.
