Mark is a sympathetic & knowledgeable physiotherapist. He & his wife run a well organized & very busy clinic. Friendly staff, very clean & reasonable rates.

Had my Physio for back and neck pain from an accident with Kashish, he is great, figures out the pain points and educates you as well. He also provided me with at home exercises and measures, to improve my day. The staff, Sayyeda and Harjot are so polite and make you comfortable in every means. All I can say is… Thank you!

I received excellent service and treatment when I went to Cedar Valley Physio because of a knee injury. All the staff here really care, and it's apparent in how they treat all their patients. The reception staff is really great too. It was very easy to book an appointment, and I got a response right away. My physiotherapist really took the time to explain to me what kind of injury I had, and how to treat it, as well as giving me advice and information for the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs physiotherapy.

I have been suffering from a recurring back injury for 11 years. I have been to several physio therapists and massage therapists over the years, that have all misdiagnosed the root cause of the injury. After visiting Kashish, with Cedar Valley Physio, he found the problem in a matter of minutes. I spent 4 weeks of treatment with him using dry needling techniques and my back is now healed entirely. I can't believe it! If anyone is suffering from muscle issues that they're trying to just live with, please go and see this practitioner, he is one of a kind.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff at Cedar Valley Physio. I called the office in extreme back pain. They got me in the same day. Nav worked her magic and after just a few sessions my pain went from 10 to 2. After just a few more sessions I can now say my back is better than it’s been in years. The staff are all very friendly and professional.

I have had vertigo off and on over the last few years. Doctors have given me medications to try to resolve the issue, but it never worked and I was told I just had to live with it, there was no underlying cause and therefore no cure.
Online research suggested I try physiotherapy and I went with hope, but low expectations. Here I was told the doctors had tried treating me for the wrong type of vertigo; my vertigo was positional.
Thank god I went to this office.
The treatments were not difficult but helped immensely. Within 2 sessions my vertigo was resolved and I had tools to help if it returned.

I am coming here since my pregnancy and I was in so much pain in my lower back but Nav is the best physiotherapist here she helped me so much in improving my pain.specially I want to mention if anybody got continuous episodes of headache you must visit to nav because I had a svere headache and after just one sitting I found that I have no pain. Everyone is so nice and friendly here.
