The cauliflower mash and chicken were delicious but really all the dishes were done well!

Purchased the North to South tour. Pretty disappointed with the whole experience, because of maintenance the outdoor tour was cancelled. If they knew they were doing maintenance why not let us know before hand and give us the option of re booking or cancelling. The whole reason that tour was picked was to see grape fields. The pairing food selection was pretty disappointing, olives and salami for 5 different wines. That doesn’t constitute wine and food pairing in my mind. Our guide was able to take us into a bit of the vineyard but she could not answer any questions, said she’d get back to us with answers never did. If it’s a sip of wine you’re after I’d suggest do a tasting with no tour.

This winery is just beautiful. I had a tasting of the platinum wines and was looked after by Taylor who was so lovely and had a wealth of knowledge. She recommended the mezzi board and I was very impressed with the little plate - enough for one person! Super delicious. See the photo below.

I was at CedarCreek the other week with a couple of my girl friends and we had the best time! The architecture is stunning, the wines are amazing and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our server Ellen was a sweetheart and her passion and friendliness was a great addition to our experience. I will be back the next time I am visiting!

We had a fabulous wine tasting today! Emma made our experience very memorable. She truly went above and beyond with her excellent customer service skills. Her knowledge of the product was superb and engaging ; in addition she took an interest in going the extra mile and getting to know us. Her delightful thoughtfulness was refreshing and made our day! This is truly the touch that keeps people coming back

My wife and I came to the winery last night for a tasting w/ my son and his girlfriend. We arrived at about 615 which was 15 mins past the last tasting (apparently the liquor license prohibits tastings after 7PM), and were promptly told that they could not accommodate us as tastings take approximately 45 mins. Needless to say were a bit upset as the tasting could have been completed quite easily by speeding up the process. As an existing clinician in Kelowna, who also works in a service based industry, word of mouth and reputation are paramount to recommending friends etc.which boosts wine sales. We were thus turned away and instead went to another winery also closed at 7PM, that were more than happy to accommodate our party for both a tasting and dinner. Something to think about Cedar Creek.

Spectacular meal with wine pairing. Started with the squid appetizer then had the 12oz rib eye. Very generous portions. Hard to leave room for desert. Also beside the wine pairing I had a glass of the Platinum Cab Franc, absolutely splendid. Oh did I mention the view? And the service was outstanding. Make the trek you will not be disappointed.

We had some company in from out of town so we booked a few tastings to show them around. Worked our way from Vernon down to Kelowna to finish off at Cedar Creek Winery. We booked our tasting in advance, but upon arrival there was no parking to be had on site. In each of the parking areas, at least one vehicle was blocking the entrance as they waited for someone to leave so they could park. As one of our party has reduced mobility I pulled up to the door and told the rest of the group to hang out and I will try and find parking. Did two quick loops of the parking areas to see the same vehicles waiting to park still, so I pulled up to the top lot and quickly parked in one of the 6 available handicap spots and ran down to the tasting station to let the staff know I was here but couldn't find parking. The reply was "Oh, maybe just do a couple loops to see if anything opens up. "
I totally understand that is a long weekend and things are busy, but I couldn't help notice they had a private event on as well at mid day on said long weekend. All ended well as there was no charge to cancel the tasting and get a refund, but I can't help but think, why on earth would they book a private function at mid day on a long weekend and still expect to run their normal operation? Two stars as I got my money back and the place is really nice looking, maybe expand your parking areas though.

Amazing wine and amazing property. Taylor served us a tasting and was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable. We enjoyed it very much and will happily be back throughout the summer!

Amazing experience at Cedar Creek! Our first visit to this beautiful winery did not disappoint. We enjoyed the 3-course tasting menu with excellent wine pairings. Food was excellent, as was the service. I cannot recommend them enough - we will definitely return.

Wow! Not a BC wine fan until now. Dinner was really really good and the pudding dessert was heavenly and the room was just perfect. Staff was engaged, friendly & full of smiles. Absolutely will be back

Went to cedar creek with my daughter because she is a member. It's a beautiful property and the wines were phenomenal. We had Emily as our ambassador and she was so so kind and very knowledgeable. An amazing experience!

Cedar Creek Winery is the most incredible winery I’ve ever visited. From the stunning architecture to the fantastic views and absolute top quality service, you can’t go wrong. Each time I’ve visited, the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience by all. The manager is one of the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to and you can tell she is so passionate about the wines and the people. The wine itself is some of my favourite (especially the cab franc) not only because of the taste, but because of the stories I have learned about all the different wines during each visit. I will always recommend this winery as my number 1. Can’t wait to return.

The atmosphere and the service is unbeatable, no wonder it’s the winery of the year! My last visit I was greeted by Brynne and Ashlyn who gave me a glass of welcome wine, well I was waiting to be walked through the Aspect House! Alex, then walked me up and gave me more history about the winery, he is so knowledgeable about everything cedarcreek! Finally we sat down at our tasting and had an amazing experience with Caitlin. She was extremely informative about the wines and food pairings and made our overall experience one we can’t forget! I would 100% recommend this winery to anyone in Kelowna, you won’t be disappointed from the incredible staff and the fabulous wine! Must visit!

Went there for a friend's birthday dinner and when booking the reservation we were all told what the price would be per person. When the bill came around, there was a ton of extra expenses on top, and our party ended up spending twice their budget.

I understand miscommunications, as myself and our entire party have all been lifelong members of the service industry, but when we asked to speak with a manager to provide feedback on the situation, the conversation went down entirely unprofessional and was extremely condescending. It's been a long time since I have been spoken to that way when trying to give professional, courteous feedback.

The server did a fantastic job but the entire experience was absolutely trashed by the horrible unprofessionalism that management displayed.

Great wine, great view, great atmosphere, but even better staff! Kit deserves a trophy for her excellent service. I've been to many wineries, but have never had a host as charming and knowledgable as her. She made my day!

Cedar Creek Estate Winery is my favourite in the Okanagan. I recently became a wine club member and have enjoyed every bottle I’ve received! When interacting with the staff they’ve been friendly and knowledgeable. Their enthusiasm for the product and company is admirable.

Every time I visit Cedar Creek it is an excellent experience. All the staff go above and beyond when it comes to service. We have had lunch and dinner at Home Block and a wine tasting in the tasting room as well as in the Aspect Building. It is definitely a 5 star experience for all. I look forward to bringing my family when they visit this summer. Cedar Creek is currently my favourite winery to visit. It is the only winery that I can say I enjoyed every wine. Its hard not to sign up for wine club when the wine is so good! If you get a chance to visit you won’t be disappointed!

Had the 5 course Platinum dinner with a few friends. Great food, great wine, great atmosphere. Fantastic.

I had the pleasure of being guided through a wine tasting experience by a lovely sommelier named Hailey. She went above and beyond to make sure my group felt comfortable before we began the experience, and she was very knowledgeable about all of the wines we were tasting and the history of the winery and wine region. Ask for Hailey the next time you visit!

What a elegant tasting room! We’ve been there in both the summer and fall and it never disappoints. The wines are created with care and it shows in the taste. Staff are very nice and don’t rush your experience. Last month we also had the opportunity to experience the Aspect House wine tasting. These are elevated wines for sure. Doug was our host and he was knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions about the vineyards with great detail. Also all the wines are organic. Definitely will be back!

I called Cedar Creek and spoke to Alex in their tasting room, looking only for some basic information on tasting fees and whether their wines were organic. What I experienced was a sophisticated, extremely polite and well-versed individual sharing a breadth of passion and information on behalf of his employer. Cedar Creek - this may be your "Employee of the Month".

Terrible wine! Save your money and go somewhere else.

I recently visited a bunch of wineries in West Kelowna & Kelowna and the wine at Cedar Creek was by far the worst winery we visited. I visited the winery with 3 other people as a walk-in with no reservation and all 4 of us had a difficult time choking back the wine as they were all so bitter and anything but smooth. The only one I would consider buying would be their Riesling ice wine but I've honestly had better. I would compare Cedar Creek to Mission Hill, beautiful but terrible wines. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We had a lovely time at Cedar Creek. Great wines, beautiful views, stunning architecture, and wonderful service. Hailey was very attentive during our tasting - she convinced us to buy a bottle of the 2020 Platinum Chardonnay. No regrets.

Just a great ambience and a fantastic view. Excellent menu, changing often. I had duck, pistachio & orange terrine and the pork loin as a main. Very good.

Amazing experience. Their infrastructure is amazing, very welcoming staff, wines were splandid, is a MUST to go place in Kelowna. Almost forget to mention, they accepted our dog to be with us. Pet friendly place as well.

My favourite Winery

CedarCreek Estate Winery is by far my favourite place to go for wine tasting and eating. I love the option of a little food with the wine pairings, makes the overall experience a blast. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, their menu’s also change periodically so you get a wide variety of wines to try which makes coming back more fun. The scenery is very beautiful all year round with a very modern rustic designed buildings so plenty of good opportunities for pictures too. I would also recommend checking out their restaurant HomeBlock the food there is amazing and by far one of my favourite places to eat. Overall, I’ll be returning often.

I took my partner 2 of his family members to Cedar Creek for a wine tasting. It was their first time ever wine tasting. Needless to say the experience was phenomenal. Alex Kim, the Tasting Room Lead Ambassador went above and beyond to make the experience one to remember. Thank You Alex for the incredible time.

Excellent food wine and scenery. We have been coming back again and again. The food is simply amazing. We have been through many fancy restaurants around Kelowna and this is by far the best. Awesome food and the taste profile is unparalleled.

Highly recommend this place. I have yet to try a wine I didn't like there. The staff members are so kind and accommodating, the setting is beautiful, and my favorite thing is the tasting room is dog friendly - we go here often because of this. Will be going back many more times:)

Doug was an incredible host and my girlfriend and I loved our experience, definitely recommend it!

Korean guide, Alex Kim is so kind and good. He explained us about Cedar Creek wine in detail and easily, and told us how to enjoy it more easily. He showed confidence and passion for the wine they made, and he gave details to each question we asked. Also we asked him what wine would be good for us. That wine was so delicious that I purchased a total of 5 bottles of 3 bottles of wine and 2 other bottles of wine in online. It's a 2018 GEWURZTRAMINER wine. I think it'd be good to release it on BC liquor shop. The wine testing location and the winery building were so pretty that I was able to get a lot of good pictures.

My friends and I really enjoyed the wine tasting experience at this beautiful winery. Lunch was fantastic. Staffs were knowledgeable and hospitable. I’ll be back for sure:)

A must visit! Great renovations over the past few years! High tech booking system. Must try the paired food options with your wine tastings for maximum enjoyment. Tonnes of knowledge about the wines was imparted to us by our host!

Wonderful lunch experience! Meal paired with wines on a beautiful patio. For the meal you get it's quite reasonable. I had the BEST burger I've ever had out, very juicy and ground inhouse. Can't wait to go back!

When we first looked at the menu nothing really jumped out as a must-have, but it turns out this was a good thing. We selected things we wouldn't normally order and it was all excellent. We sat inside because of the forest fire smoke and A/C, but it's a very nice space so all good. Great service too. Heading back there in 2 weeks:)

Had the 2 course wine pairing and everything was on point! Buratta dish, buccatini, duck confit, beet salad, burger.all were excellent and we loved the use of the wood grill.

Kelowna is has some of the best tasting wineries in Canada, but Cedar Creek is probably the least tasteful experience I have endured.

I wanted to buy 6 bottles of wine to waive the tasting fee that is ridiculously overpriced at $22 dollars per person and they proceeded to tell us it could not be waived and that’s just how it is.

They preferred to have me purchase 1 bottles of wine instead of 6. I live over top of the winery and would not recommend trying this experience.

Save your time and money and go to wineries that care.

Joshua was absolutely AMAZING and Joshua definitely deserves a raise. The fact that a follow up, personalized little letter that arrived in the mail from him was truly remarkable.

We wished we could have stayed longer so went next door to the restaurant and continued with our tastings.

Loved everything.the food, the wine, the ambiance and the staff SO much we became members and booked our follow up 5 course dinner on the spot as we are about a 4 hour drive away.

OMG! Finally were able to return for our Home Block 5 course meal paring and WHAT an AMAZING experience!
Amy was utterly FANTASTIC and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction!

Do NOT hesitate to do a wine tasting or a meal in the dining room.

I look forward to being able to move to Kelowna so that I may experience Cedar Creek every other day!

We went AGAIN today for a tasting and paring and we had the privilege of getting to know Kiara Rivera on her 4th day of tasting and she was above and beyond amazing, helpful and accommodating. The new Aspect wines are delicious and very tasty and chef is definitely ON point with his parings
Once again, memorable experience which only solidifying our membership!

Super friendly staff, Good wine (good last year at least as I didn't get to try it when I went this year.). This is why I give minimum three stars.

When CedarCreek first opened it felt like a secret spot for locals. We always talked about how it had our favorite wine, food, and facility. Based on my recent experience, it appears that the new model is to cater to the wealthy and tourists and not true wine enthusiasts. The minimum way to taste wine is now through a long 45 minute guided session that costs $22 (they had no space for us in the middle of a week day). Most true wine enthusiasts know that this is too long when they're trying to taste a variety of winaries that day. And this is way to expensive and doesn't feel local anymore. Also, while I enjoy the wine, it is not worth $22 (the cost of 2 decent glasses of wine) for a tasting when the intention is to still pay more to take home a bottle or 2.

I believe recent decisions will begin to reflect poorly if not reversed. I'd love to see quick tastings come back to give more people the opportunity to try something new. Tough to recommend.

I went for a tasting with a food pairing. We were seated on a hot concrete pad with a stone wall blocking our view. There were errors made on our wine choices and food pairings were not explained, Everything was rushed and very chaotic. I was very ill later that day and I believe I had food poisoning from this experience.

My wife, another couple and I had the pleasure of doing a wine tour yesterday with Kat and it was spectacular, she was extremely knowledgeable and an overall genuine person. The wine was great, we ended up bringing home a few bottles. We had a great time despite the rain. I would highly recommend this vineyard as a must see for anyone visiting kelowna

Love the atmosphere the staff is wonderful and welcoming the tasting rooms is spectacular the tasting room ambassador is very welcoming great customer service and the view from the restaurant is amazing I would definitely recommend anyone visiting to experience CedarCreek Winery.

My wife and I and our guest from South Africa had the pleasure of attending a private wine tasting at Ceder Creek Winery. We have been there several times but it was a first time experience for our guest.
Our host Darren Gillespie, Tasting Room Ambassador was absolutely awesome. The wines are truly some of the best in the valley, but what takes this winery from Good to Great is the staff. Darren's passion and knowledge for the wines he served were beyond our expectations. In sales and customer service if someone has an awesome experience they will tell a few people but if the experience is poor they will often tell everyone. Well I want everyone to know that our experience with Darren was second to none. Thank you for a tasting our guest will never forget.

A not to be missed Kelowna winery and restaurant. The tasting room gets busy so start at this location and work your way back to Kelowna centre. Also check out events like yoga or special lunches and concerts. Absolutely beautiful views. UPDATE: the new year-round restaurant Home Block is fantastic! And the new tasting room has been completely redesigned with lots of space and of course those amazing Kelowna views. A real local favourite.

Katie in the tasting room was amazing and blew us away. The new facilities also look amazing, worth it to check it out again and again!

Loved our experience here today! Very hospitable and welcoming. Lots of knowledge to share. The wines were lovely.the 2017 Haynes Creek syrah (platnium) has by far been my favorite wine during our Okanagon trip.

Great tasting experience (nice job on the new facility), nice staff, wonderful wines (Merlot and Meritage in particular) and delicious food in a beautiful setting (breathtaking view on the vineyards and the lake from the restaurant terrasse)

I absolutely enjoyed my wine tasting experience here. The tasting room is so beautiful, the architecture, large open space full of natural light. The staff were friendly, warm and incredibly knowledgeable. I had some wines from the complimentary tasting list and also a few from the $10 tasting list. Amazing stuff, will be back!

What a truly beautiful property! Their tasting room has been recently renovated and did an spectacular job with it! Their service is very friendly and knowledgeable! Their wine selection is fantastic! Best winery in east Kewlona in my personal opinion!

Absolutely amazing. We visited the winery tasting room with family over the weekend and were treated to Doug who's kindness, gentleness, knowledge and professionalism made our experience exceptional. Thank you. The following day we went to the restaurant for a late lunch and enjoyed one of the best meals we've had in a long time. The quality and presentation of the food was really high quality and Karleigh was a wonderful waitress who was very attentive and professional. The kitchen was also accommodating to my plant based diet and simply left off the butter on a ridiculously delicious mushroom and white bean dish. The focaccia is crazy good served with a high quality olive oil. And of course the wine left us speechless. A really really wonderful experience and the decor of the tasting room and the restaurant is incredibly tasteful and conscious. Thank you and we'll be back.

Was great before the renovations, now it's just amazing how beautiful the tasting room and restaurant are and the views from both are stunning. The service was 5 stars as well as the food.

Went to Kelowna for the weekend last week with my friends and was really looking forward to it since we've never been to a wine tasting before. Brynne was amazing help and well knowledge! We explained to her our situation and she really walked us through it and really listened to what our feedback was and gave us choices of what we thought we would like. She also explained to us that it was the second day opening of the new tasting room! It was really beautiful inside! Would definitely recommend coming here! Will definitely be back next time. Received absolutely amazing service from Jason during the wine tastings. He was extremely welcoming and went the extra mile to match us with wines we would enjoy. Great wine overall. The tasting room itself is quite elegant, and there are beautiful views from outside. It is also a cat-friendly establishment so long as you avoid the restaurant.

We visited the recently rebuilt wine tasting room and restaurant. At the wine tasting we were served by Fiona who was not only knowledgeable about Cedar Creek wines she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Fiona made us reservations at the restaurant and completed our wine purchase while we ate. Great service gets results, she signed us up to join their wine club too!

Been in their wine club for 2 years. Lots of very good wines for even better prices. Property is amazing as well with lots of good views. If you can track down a 2015 Pinot noir you are a lucky person!
