Cedartree Village Apartments

I moved in Oct 1,2023. And I wasn't shown my apartment with all those pending repairs. Since then I clicked some pictures of all the pending repairs in my apartment out of which (Bedroom Closet Door) is priority as one door is missing from day 1. And i shared all the pictures with building manager. I asked building manager quite a few times but every time he says that he is getting delays from the management. But when it comes to the rent, they don't want any delays. It's getting so frustrating. I have no way to find out that what are my possible options to ask for help and where do I go.

I’m giving it a low score because they a long with many other apartments don’t take more than one pet. And pet friendly places don’t take pit bulls because they’re dangerous, which is totally false. It’s the OWNER not the DOG!

Waji is always available when needed. He is always up on his feet to resolve issues if there are any

If you guys get to meet the Waji the building manager, u wont be able to say no to anything, a great guy. Helps with everything and have the best ways to solve the issues

Very promising nice fellow was ready and willing to rent us an apartment.we made sure our T's were crossed i's dotted and after saying next one next one get u in get u in lies.out right lies.after months of being homeless then to be told what we were told. Horrible human beings allowing this we had everything and more aligned to to his day still homeless.
