Celebrities Nightclub

Promoters of this club are scammers. We were at the loud luxury concert when we were approached by a promoter. After chatting for a while we asked if we could gain free entry to the after party as we had travelled a fair way for the concert. She agreed to give us 4 entry bands for our group of 6. We waited in the rain for the free bus to the city for 20 mins. When we got on the bus we were given another wrist band and were told by a different promoter this would give us free entry, despite the bus leader explaining the cover charge to enter. When we got to the club we again lined up in the rain only to be told our wrist bands meant nothing and we still had to pay the $40 cover charge. Big waste of time and extremely disappointed to travel all that way for nothing when we were promised free entry with 2x wrist bands.

Celebrating my wife's birthday at Celebrities NightClub elevated the night to a whole new level of fabulous! Splurging over a grand on a table not only got us the VIP treatment but also turned the evening into a birthday bash fit for a queen. The music was banging, the service was on point, and the Saturday night crowd added that extra dash of spice to the celebration. Celebrities NightClub, you made my wife's birthday one for the books – a night of glitz, glamour, and unforgettable memories!

Good Djs sets (techno / house music) mostly on weekends. Air Ventilation of this club is so worst. They should install proper air ventilation sysytem in the club. So suffocating and unhealthy environment inside. Dance area is small and crowded. Tuesday is a childish crowed day mostly. One of the club in Vancouver with some good EDM music DJs, mostly on weekends.

I wouldnt go here if they were giving the drinks away for free. Total douche crowds and atmosphere as bad if not worse than granville st

This establishment has a really bad staffing issue, where they dont have enough people to cover when someone has covid. At least once every other month people at this business have covid or are sick, and are still working and openly coughing in a service establishment where people are both consuming drinks, and having vapor pumped toward them.

If you like getting sick, come to celebrities, if you like rude staff, come to celebrities, if you want to feel like youve been robbed of the money youve spent, come to celebrities.

Basement club is spacious but the ambiance could be better. Drinks were a little expensive to be honest. There are better places that serve better drinks than this place.

Had an amazing time, however was kind of thrown off by the crowd. Had heard this was the best club on Davie, and assumed it was a gay club, but the night I went the crowd was FULL of straight people. Not necessarily a bad thing, but a little disconcerting at first.

Very deceptive bar! They did not tell customers if they had "automatic tips" on the bill, customers then added another tip without realizing it! I hope the owner/managers be sent to jail for these ripping-off practices!

The bouncers were extremely aggressive and rude. The bouncer downstairs rudely snatched a small bag of legal substances out of my bag and refused to give it back, even when I said I'd happy just take my things and leave. Idk who trained him but this is illegal, bouncers do not have the right to take a patrons personal belongings. They can prevent you from bringing certain things in or ask you to throw them out, but they certainly can't pocket them and refuse to give them back to you. When I explained that confiscating people's belongings was illegal he threatened to put me on bar watch for 3 months. We ended up leaving after a short time because the place was overly hot and humid and bar staff as well as other door staff were incredibly rude. This is the straightest gay bar I've ever been to, absolutely no concept of harm reduction or community care.

A true Vancouver nightlife institution that I've been personally coming to for over 10 years now. Every single artist that I have seen was amazing, and it was made even better by the atmosphere, people, and staff of the establishment.

The security guard that had the tag number 749 was insanely aggressive. He didn’t even talk to my group but we just watched him talk to other people and slam the gate multiple times. He was on an unfortunate power trip. He also threw garbage on the street the whole night. We waited in line for 3 hours. It was overall a bad experience.

Bouncers were all extremely welcoming at the door. Walking in the lady who checked my purse (Pauline) was super friendly and respectful. At the end of the night my friend wasn’t feeling good and had too much to drink, one of the bouncers (Evan) helped her call a cab, put her in the cab and ensured she got a safe ride home. All of the staff here have great personality’s, Overall amazing experience here.

The doormen were crazy busy, and it was an awesome night. People were letting their friends join the line and drinking. One doorman asked to give away liquor, but they kept hiding it. They let their over 10 friends barge into the lineup.

I saw the walk-ups push the fence even after the doormen informed them. They kept pushing it, and outside the lineup, little girls were getting crushed. The doormen told the Irish kids over 100 times not to push the fence, but they kept doing it, and a girl got crushed. The doormen helped her and made sure she was okay.

Best club and best go-go dancers in town!
Looove the LED ceiling and all the very kind and helpful people who work there. I want to thank Andrew for always making my night amazing when I go to Celebs! Obsessed.

Huge disappointment. They obviously use bots or idk whatever to rate them 5 stars! Wasn’t a good experience at all. They charge extra for drinks compared to other places. One of the bartenders I encountered with was not professional and he just pushed me to get drinks the way he wants. That’s the business but at least pay attention to what I ask! Eventually had to leave, I wish I never stepped in this place…Not recommended

Thought it was rather annoying queuing up and watching the bouncers allow all of the good looking girls to skip and move to the front

The staff is very helpful and skillful. The place is nice, with a very high-quality sound system and a nice set of lights on the roof, illuminating the dancefloor. The bars are well designed so you don't wait too much for drinks. As usual, drinks are expensive and they charge you a 15% on top of every card transaction + tip. Better have deep pockets if you want to have fun there. Besides that, it's a good club to party. Bathrooms are really small so there's a waiting line at all times. The drinks were very good.

Pretty dodgy to label your 15% auto grat on card payments as a "Surcharge" and then to present a tip option as well.
Thats scummy as hell.
