I have nothing but great things to say. 1- they offered the best price on my cell phone. 2- the ease of using their website was amazing -3 payment was easy and fast. I would highly recommend cell clinic to anyone looking for a hassle free company to sell your phone.

I have a OnePlus cell and did a Google search for repair shops near me and Cell Clinic was one of the places listed. Well I phoned and talked to them and came in with my cell as the power button was not working to turn phone off or on. They inspected it and hoping it was just the cable but no it was the button it's self that was broke. They were prompte and helpful and had a new part in less than a week. I phoned today on my way home from work the part arrived and they replaced the part and had me on my way in an hour. Great service and friendly people and honest to.

Amazing experience, I came in for a charging port to be fixed they did it for the best prices in less than 10 minutes, I also got a great case. Very friends staff lady behind counter was so helpful and had knowledge on lots of common problems. Place has great ownership can tell by the environment.

My apple watch glass had cracked and cell clinic was able to install a new glass piece. Now my watch is perfect! I recommend Cell Clinic to everyone now!

For the second time, we used Cell Clinic Surrey. We stopped in on a trip to VGH. Understanding that one of the phones was to accompany my husband to the hospital for an extended stay, they asked us to wait and fixed it as a priority. The work is excellent but as importantly, the personnel are amazing.thoughtful and caring.
We will continue to use Cell Clinic Surrey for all our cell phone repair needs.

Recently had my broken Pixel 3 XL screen replaced by the Surrey location. Service was prompt and friendly, and the price was very competitive. Had my phone back within 90 minutes, and had them put on a Clearplex film, which I highly recommend. It's not cheap, but won't crack or scratch like a glass cover. It's already taken a few hits that a tempered protector wouldn't have survived.

I brought my beloved BlackBerry D-tek60 which is a sealed phone, for a new battery. I called ahead and discovered they had my battery in stock. That was something of a small miracle. I was told if I booked on line I would get a $10 discount. So I booked an appointment. The sealed phone shows no sign of distress, the work was done in a timely fashion and my beloved BlackBerry works like the day I unboxed it. Very happy with the service and the product.

Once my Iphone screen shattered, I rushed over to the Cell Clinic to repair. A friend highly recommended them. Within only an hour my phone screen was replaced with no issues. Professionally done!

I went in to see about not being able to put SIM card into new phone, slot was longer then most phones.
3 other stores said slot was crooked and damaged.
It was not, he opened the slot for free.
After 3 other stores giving me wrong information I will come back for future repairs.

My phone was a knockoff phone from Japan ordered online for $120 & found out doesn't work with my carrier, so yesterday got a new Samsung A21 from my carrier for $20 set up & $60 total
extra payments over 24 months, store price is $320.

I did get a full refund from Japan for my knockoff phone and still have that phone.

Exceptional quality service has been revived with Cell Clinic. I'd give 100 stars if optioned.
I'll be returning with any and all cell and PC related issues in the future.
