ASH is AMAZING! He can fix any phone and if he can't fix it he will do anything to at least power it up so you can transfer your info to a new phone. Ash gives the best customer service and always with a smile. You can not beat the customer service from this man! He is in this business to make people smile! You absolutely will not get better service than this kiosk. Thank you always ASH!

I highly recommend Kasim, from Mobile Snap, at Coquitlam Center. A few days ago I dropped my phone and went to the Mall to try to find the right place to fix the screen. After checking with Mobile Klinik and Mobile Q, and receiving quotes that were unnecessarily expensive and delayed, I ended up going with Mobile Snap. Because the S22 Ultra screen needs to be ordered as a kit and comes with additional components, the part is quite expensive. The other shops quoted $480+ and at least two business days for the repair, whereas Kasim did it for $430+ tax and ordered the part right away, receiving it the following day and fixing the phone in 30 min, immediately after receiving the part.
If that wasn't enough, turns out that when I got home, the camera had issues with the selfie, it would not work. I called Kasim and he ordered a new camera, which he installed right away and did not charge labor or additional fees.
Overall he was professional, pleasant to work with and very efficient. I would go again if I have other phones issues in the future.

My Apple Watch screen was fixed for very good price, Apple wanted me to buy a new one instead. They fixed it for less than 35% of buying a new one. Highly recommended.

I had my screen replaced here because it was under a projection plan from my phone company. The employee used the wrong colour on my phone and then refused to give me my phone back until I actually raised my voice after asking 3 times. An absolute joke.

Fixed in 15 min flat while I got a coffee. I was referred here directely by UbreakIfix after a 'routine' screen repair stopped my cameras from working. While the tech did what he said he would at the price point he said he would, it was work that directly reffered by another cell repair business that strangely 'could not figure out the problem'.

I had device protection for my phone and this was the closest repair centre for Fido Likewize. Coquitlam Centre for some reason was the closest in Burnaby.and before I went there, I called the store to confirm it was an OEM screen and if they had the parts in stock. They said it was an hour to 2 hours wait to get it fix. I decided to drop it off and come back a week later as I had other errands to do.

I came back to pick up my phone after a week and the device wasn't even SEALED PROPERLY. They said it was "NORMAL", with the phone like that and it's still okay to be used with water drops. I'm like how is that okay? I can fit a paper in the seal and I can still see glue on the side of the phone, that doesn't make the device water resistance. The rep said that they're not authorized Samsung repair centre, which I understood but, I mentioned that they're authorized by Fido to repair the device, shouldn't the device be sealed and not able to see the glue.

They said yes but their "glue" isn't as strong as Samsung. Which doesn't make any sense. It looks like the job was just rushed and not done properly. I was beyond shocked to see what type of work was done on the device.

They told me to call Likewize and they will ship me a replacement. After 2 weeks and 5 hours on the phone. I finally got a replacement, but never again, I will be coming to this repair shop.

I have 12 pro max and it got water damaged and phone was start heating up and then it turned off.one of my friend repaired his phone from this store so i just thought of giving a try.the guy name ash was very nice he explain me the chances of repair and cost as well and ask for about 45 min to diagnose my phone.after just 15 min he called me and told me that he found the problem and price was quite cheap then other stores.and even after fix he gave me 3 months warranty on the repair but not for again water damage ehich is quite acceptable.this guys are amaging and thanks for helping me out

I can’t believe how quickly he fixed the phone. He said 20 minutes but it was only about 10. The price was very good too. Amazing!

Asked if they could fix my screen. Replaced my screen and didn't fix it. So now I can't use my screen. I told him I was only there for the day was charged $130 for a broken phone.

Amazing costumer service, came in a few minutes before closure, but technician named Moin was still able to help me, provided outstanding service, and even installed a screen protector for free, the phone works perfectly and screen looks great. Would absolutely recommend this place.

They fixed my screen.but now my microphone doesn't work when I use my earphones t.t I even bought new earphones. What's the point of paying 170$ if it's to have something else broken?

Kasim helped me with my Samsung s20, he went above and beyond to help me. He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. When it was clear I needed my phone back in a timely matter he went out of his way to help me as fast as he could, he did not sacrifice his attention to detail even with a time crunch. He gave me the best price out of all the other vendors at Coquitlam center and I would definitely go back and see him.

I would recommend these guys for every phone repair there are very good and they look after you and their pricing is very good as well make sure you go there and tell them what you need and they'll take care of you

Excellent little kiosk, I needed a new tempered glass screen protector as well as a phone case I got a very good deal on that and the install. If you have any kind of phone new or all that needs a tempered glass screen protector and maybe a case this is definitely the kiosk can coquitlam center that you might need to check out. 5 stars.

I took my phone to get a new battery and they replaced it but the new battery was faulty (or they never replaced it). Then they told me that my charging port needed fixing and i said okay, they said they'd have to order one in and it would take 2 - 3 days, i said okay. Its now been over 2 weeks and they haven't called me, i ended up just buying a new phone for Christmas.

UPDATE: I may have been a little harsh, I didn't tell them about the faulty battery because I was expecting them to call me about the charging port, but they had forgot. The manager reached out after posting this review and offered me a refund for my battery. I'll give them another chance:)

I obliterated my iPhone 11 screen after leaving it on the roof of my car and taking a sharp turn at speed on a busy road. When I found it the protector screen, phone screen, and LCD was shattered and making quite the colorful display with massive blacked out spots. I’ve attached a photo of what just the screen protector looked like. I thought there was no way to fix it but after seeing the amazing reviews for Mobile Snap I gave it a shot and Ash had me all fixed and good to go in under an hour. Fully functional and working screen, new edge to edge glass screen protector and replacement phone case all for under $300. Thank you guys so much!

They respond so fast and make sure that they got the battery for my phone that I asked. They fixed it less than half an hour, it's worth the money and they're very reliable. I highly recommend them.

Products are basic, solid and durable but the service is fantastic. The people that work there are very helpful. Good help is hard to find these days so it's very appreciated when you do find it.

Fixed my phone but the water proofing seal wasnt properly done, light water spill which was quickly dried killed my phone about a month after

Came here to replace my screen protector. I was given an option of screen protectors, I chose the less expensive as my phone case (otter) protected the sides of my iphone. The gentlemen replacing the screen did not like the way it fix on my phone and replaced it with another (more expensive) for the same price. He said " he did not want me going home and being disappointed in the product. " Now that is what I call service. I have gone to the other two kiosk to have screen protectors placed on my phone and ipad and they were more expensive. These guys are quick and professional. The gentlemen replacing my screen protector had a great sense of humor. He said " this will protect your phone from having a really, really bad day" LOL. This is the place to go, so git going, for awesome service and screen protection.

Extremely satisfied with my visit to Mobile Snap. The young man was cordial and helpful. Changed my iPhone 8 cracked screen, added a screen protector for both my iPhone 8 and iPhone XS max in a short time. Repair price and the service were excellent. Replaced my screen in 20 minutes. Its suggested by the staff to come before 6pm so that you can get it fixed on the same day.

Mobile Snap has a plethora of tools at their disposal and the knowledge to back it up. Ash and Khan fixed a problem with a disfunctional button in only 30 minutes. No other place I visited offered to be able to repair the phone.

Came here to get my iphone xs max screen fixed, originally got the cheapest option but after a day, i didnt like the color quality (not the shops fault, they did explain it will be a bit different) so i took my phone back and they changed it to a different screen and now its perfect, just feels like a new phone! They made the experience completely hassel free, fast and both the guys working there were super friendly:) will def be coming back if i ever need my phones fixed!

Went here a few months ago after I dropped my phone and the screen went black. Took two days to fix it and when I got it back the quality was terrible, especically at night the colours were distorted. About two months ago the screen went black again for no reason, I took it in and got it fixed (they only charged me for a new screen protector after I took the other one off to try and fix the phone myself). The phone was fine, same bad quality but I ignored it, until it happened again about 2 months ago. I took my phone back and they said it was a cable problem, that it kept disconnecting. Two days ago the phone went black for a third time since my screen was replaced, I decided to take it somewhere else to get another opinion seeing as I was having the same issue consistently. The new place told me it was because they didn't put the guard back onto the cable in the phone, without which the cable will keep disconnecting. This has been months of issues and constant back and forth, not to mention over $300 worth of "fixing" my phone.

My friend recommend me this location, really professional and punctual, I was worried about my new cell but these guys help me to fix as new.

Absolutely not responsive and the strangest not reasonable castumer service!
I choose this place as a certified Roger's protection plan device repair service!
First time I got there, the salesman told me you have to wait "2" to 4 hours for changing your mobile screen, if you would be back "2" days later, you can take it in half an hour! I would be back "2"days later and guess what I've been told!?
Another salesman said; OK! Now you should go home and get be back or give a call after "2" weeks, if I'd been receiving your of your cellphone screen, I would Change it for you, if I've been not receiving of your screen, you should give me more time!
Perhaps next time and after "2" weeks, they would want me be back after "2" months for something else!

Went to this store last week with a dead samsung (no clue what happened to it.). The two guys took the phone and gave a diagnosis (30 min), then proceded to fix the issue (15 min). Within an hour my phone was working again and I have not had any issues since. Would definitely recommend.

Had a broken screen for an A70 Samsung galaxy. Phoned around and got quoted between 250 and 300 for the repair. These guys did it for 180 and under an hour. Clean and slick repair job too. Definitely come here first for your repair needs.

Professional, efficient and great customer service. Osh was the main person that helped me but other staff were very friendly too! Osh was very efficient, had my phone screen, frame and back glass repaired within 1 hour. He was also very patient with my requests for minor adjustments. They also offer 1-year warranty for their repair work (something not secure, falls off etc, of course physical damage or water damage by the customer is not covered). Osh is very professional and does not beat around the bushes, he is honest and tells you as is - I overheard him talking to another customer about her repair and he mentioned risks and did not over promise! I would definitely go back for other repairs!

Exceptional service, friendly staff, efficient and very helpful. I went in to get a battery replacement and Ashraf (the sales person) fixed it in less than 20 minutes.
