I had a great experience with Cell Universe. Mohammad was friendly, professional and helpful. He fixed the front screen and back glass of my iPhone 11 in less than 2h. I also got a protector screen and new phone case all at an affordable price. If anything happens to my phone again, I’ll know where to go!

I have been a customer of Cell Universe for over 2 years now. I have always gotten great service from them, and I have always been treated well by the staff. It is nice to know that there are still businesses that treat their customers well!

I was so impressed with the service I received from Cell Universe. I'd been trying to get a cell repair shop to come out and fix my phone for weeks, but no one would give me a callback. They were all too busy or too incompetent.
But then I found Cell Universe, and they were able to get me in right away! They even had the parts ready when they said they would be—which is much more reliable than most other places. And the quality of their work was incredible, too. It's going to take me a while to get my phone back up and running again, but at least now it's working right!

Mohammed Muffaqum was super helpful -utterly patient with us as he answered multiple questions and sold us a $200 phone. I don’t think he would have many clients as ignorant, and he treated us with respect as we took his time forever! We are very grateful.

Got a screen replacement in October, it lasted a few months until the edge came up and screen shorted out. Claimed to be “OEM” before I repaired it but after the repair was done I was told it was not as good as original manufacturer.

Seems to delete or rename itself periodically so old reviews don’t show up

The seller said fixing iPhone home button for $60.he replaced it and gave me screen protector for free.but he charged me for $80. I paid it because I thought he fixed it quickly and give me new protector for me.but after I paid and checked the home button, it wasn't fixed at all. He just made excuse and didn't refund me. What did I spend $80 for? He said he fixed it before I received my phone.better stop the business of deceiving customers. I was very disappointed with him.

Have a galaxy a5 and the charge port wasnt charging cell universe fixed it in 30 min. Just dropped off a galaxy tab E with a cracked screen, not responding to touch input and it should be fixed in a couple days. Both the charge port fix and tablet screen repair have been alot cheaper than what I was expecting. 2nd time returning and deffinately returning again if anything ever needs to be fixed again

Edit: I tried several ways but the website or app both won't lemme reply.
I need a quote on the a5 for a screen repair.
The screen protector I got from there didn't work and a Nickel in my pocket scratched/made a tiny crack directly under the protector.

Edit: took the phone in and it turns out it was the screen protector itself.
I had no idea that screen protectors had glass in them, I thought they were made out of a plastic-like material.
Got the screen protector replaced for $20 in a min or two.
Glad to know it was just the screen protector doing its job.
So much relief

Sidenote; the tablet is cracked again from simply handling it, apparently the chassis is bent which they couldn't fix. Lasted a day.
