Went to drop my phone off to get my screen fixed after being told the part they ordered would be there Monday. Today (Monday) rolls up, doors locked, had to call and was told they decided to not order the part.

I got awesome service and the guy was very polite. My issues were resolved and he was very innovative even when things seemed to not be hopeful he found a way to solve the problem.

The owner is really friendly and provides great service. He did a good job repairing a cracked screen on my Samsung S21 +. Would recommend.

I just got replaced my iPhone XS Max screen from here, it’s was very good quality one. No touch issues. The customer service was awesome. A few days later I just so wondered that I received a call from this shop and they were asking that how was the screen working.
Really I appreciate the service and recommend this shop.

The absolute best place for all phone needs. The person at the store was nice over thr phone when I was asking for quotes and gave me the lowest in all Kamloops for a screen repair. He was done the repair in less then 10 minutes and helped us finding a case. They also offer really cheap phones for sale and are worth a look if you need a new phone.

Got iPhone Xs screen replacement for cheaper price than other shops in town and they cover lifetime warranty on their repairs and Screen.

Really happy I decided to check this place out when I wanted to get a new iPhone. I ended up getting a refurbished iPhone 12 for a great price. The owner was extremely friendly and provided awesome customer service. He recently had a break in at his store but was still in really good spirits, I was happy to be able to support his business. 100% recommend:)
