Cellphone Repair Richmond - ABC Computer

I recently had the pleasure of working with ABC COMPUTER for camera installation and surveillance services, and I cannot express how impressed I am with their professionalism, expertise, and overall service. The cameras they installed have exceptional video quality and provide a great sense of security.

I dont recommend this place for cell phone repair. I could not turn on my android phone and took it to them. Lady took my phone said they will check diagnostic fee $30 and if i have it repaired no diagnostic fee. 2 days later i get text message on my older phone i bought said motherboard needs to be replaced at @119 dollars. I said ok repair it. 2 days went by so i text them whats happening got text back dont rush us we will let you know when its ready. 2 days later i get text come pick up phone we cannot fix it.

My laptop screen broke right before the holidays when most shops were closed or had to wait weeks for the replacement part to arrive. ABC has its own warehouse, and was able to get it fixed and returned to me in 2 days. Connie was kind enough to offer to get it fixed over the holidays (coordinated by Andy). So very grateful for their services!

I am one of the employee from the big developer in B. C. I got ABC Computer contact from my IT department. I heard a lot of ABC team but never tried it until i got my home office's printer fixed with them. They are great, fast and professional. We got lots of toner and ink cartridge from them too. As i know, they have ABC own factory and very good quality, i checked and found they are cheaper than staples. Will use them for my own business.

I have 3 devices got services at ABC this week. One Macbook got motherboard fixed only $ 200, i bought to one store in vancouver, they told me $750. One laptop upgrade the Hard drive and they help me move all data from the old drive to the new one which make me so happy. I met with Andy and Eric, both guys are friendly. Samsung S10 broken screen, only paid them $ 160 for promotion price. So far, i am happy with their team. Jennie is the sales who serve us. Thank you so your team and for sure i will bring your contact to my office.

Nobody speaks english. Only Chinese speaking Facility.
Nothing technical. Handed them 3 expensive laptops for diagnosis/repairs and their craigslist add and the reception lady said somebody would call or text in the evening. Nobody did. I called them every morning to request an update and 3 days later, someone who speaks english texts me with the following details:

Laptop 1 and Laptop 2 (Motherboard repair) $250/each. When I asked them not to repair it, they said I still need to pay $60/each for diagnosis. What should I pay you when I already know that my motherboard is bad. Either give me the full diagnosis report that this, this and this is bad and I pay you for diagnosis.

Not trusted. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

Jenny was very helpful, friendly, efficient and accommodating. Fees were clearly disclosed upfront. She changed my iPhone battery, fixed terribly broken screen, and added a tempered glass screen protector within 30min. I strongly recommend this place!

My iphone screen broke a couple days ago, i thought it was a big problem for me, but ABC COMPUTER screen placement service helped me a lot, they quickly replaced my screen with affordable price, good quality

Good place recommended for Macbook & phone repair, I have my MacBook 2014 & iMac 27” fix by them, the services was awesome, Quick and efficiency. I have recommended all my family members come to ABC computer for phone and computer services. Really good job
