I‘ve bought and haven’t been gifted flowers from here. The flowers are beautiful and unique. I think delivery could be better as sometimes they don’t know what to do when delivering to apartments.

She did my engagement flowers and they were so beautiful! Couldn’t have been more happy with them and my fiancée loved them!

2nd set of flowers received this week, and whilst i appreciate my friends sent them, and noting I probably sound ungrateful. These flowers are a terrible selection, seem the dregs or left over almost dead, wilting flowers.
Sparse and the quantity too, reading through the reviews seems may be better if you order in person. As online delivery isn't the best quality with shabby flowers being received.

Ordered tulips, did’nt liked it, because at the moment didn’t had better ones, but made a refund with pleasure. Communication was awesome, going to buy in the future.

I ordered flowers for my best friend in Vancouver while I was in Ghana! The team made the process so easy by sending me updates and making sure the flowers got to her even though she switched locations at the last minute! I don’t know how they did it but I was SO GRATEFUL ️. They really are the sweetest team ever, our interactions were filled with so much kindness!? Would recommend them an infinite amount of times!

My experience was all round the best one could get, both in terms of the wonderful bouquet, phone service, and overall grace and generosity, Celcia went the extra mile when my son was getting his first flowers for his then new girlfriend, who was then a designer for Lululemon, just across the way and wanted to get a perfect color match to the color LLL hoodie she was trying out that day for customer response in the store. Ordered a bouquet from overseas to a hotel. Everything went smoothly, the delivery hour was on point and the result is so pretty!

My parents got me 2 orchids last year for my bday, they were beautiful for probably 3 days and just 2 weeks after i got them one stem just died? (picture below). At first i thought i did a terrible job taking care of them as they wouldnt last more than 2 weeks but on march i decided to buy an orquid again and it has lasted me 3 months already so i am pretty sure it was not my fault and they gave me an orchid that was already too old or I dont know.we were all upset that this happened just after 2 weeks, the other stem was perfect as you can see in the picture.

They contacted me immediately and offer to send me a new orchid and just arrived! Thanks!

I'm really impressed by Celsia. Michelle and the team are amazing. Excellent and honest customer service. The flowers came in this box so it was easy to carry around on the day of, plus they put water in the bag holding the flowers to keep them fresh for the day. These guys are really thoughtful and caring of flowers! And most importantly, the flowers were just gorgeous! The roses were very dense and they were all in bloom, definitely artisan picked with love and care (see photo for reference). Will be back for sure!

My fiancé surprised me with the most incredible flower arrangement today. He had only good things to say about ordering the flowers and the floral designer got him exactly the kinds of blooms he wanted. They got to me right on time and look absolutely beautiful! This is for the Celsia located in Fairmont Pacific Rim. The flower arrangements are gorgeous and quality seems really really good - I was just very disappointed with my recent pick up. When I arrived, there was a sign saying "be back in 15 min" on the counter (at first I didn't even see it, but that's on me). I waited for 25 minutes and no one came. I was picking up for a birthday party and couldn't wait any longer, so we had to come back after the fact to get them. It was so disappointing! There was no one to call or no way to know how long they had been gone for. Will definitely think twice and have to plan for extra time next time we order from here!

We had a great experience with our flowers from Celsia Florist! We had a very small wedding last weekend and didn't plan to get any flowers, but my mother in law insisted we at least get a bouquet and boutonniere. And I'm so glad she did! When I went online, it was very hard to find prices and packages that suited what we were looking for. And then I found Celsia! They were recommended to me by my officiant and had the perfect option for us to just get the flowers we were looking for. I gave a pretty vague description of what I wanted and listed some specific flowers and Celsia delivered 10000%! They included all of the special flowers I asked for and the bouquet looked so gorgeous. I ordered a few months early and they even reached out a week or so before to confirm everything. I felt so special carrying my beautiful bouquet on the day and my groom looked great with his boutonniere! It's been almost a week now and the flowers are still going strong in a vase on our kitchen table. I smile every time I walk past them. Gorgeous flowers and wonderful experience working with this team! I highly recommend them!

The team at Celsia is simply AMAZING. I live in Australia, but my best friend of 20 years lives in BC, Canada. I ordered a pot of dark pink orchid for her, but the Celsia team noticed that the plant wasn't looking too great, and took the initiative to email me and ask if I'd like to switch to the white orchid.

All through the correspondence they have shown care, promptness and a genuine desire to make the customer experience the best.

And not to mention that they've got amazingly beautiful products!

I’m not one to usually leave negative reviews, however I have had a terrible experience with this florist. We hired Celsia to provide flowers for our wedding in 2020. Unfortunately, we had to postpone due to the ongoing pandemic. Ultimately we ended up canceling our large BC wedding because we are out of province and it is not safe to travel. I have reached out to Celsius numerous times to discuss the deposit we paid (in the thousands) to see if we can receive at least a portion back. We gave them ample notice so they can rebook another event and they would not have had to order/pay for florals for our wedding. They will not even acknowledge receipt of any of my emails! The last one asked someone to please at least respond to me as this is really unprofessional and NOTHING! Not even a no. I would strongly advise against booking a wedding with this florist. I’ve never experienced anything like this.

It was my brother's birthday recently, and my sister and I (we dont live in Vancouver and never been there) decided to, separately, send him some flowers. After looking online at many flower shops we both ended up buying him flowers from Celsia (without knowing what the other was doing!) it was an extraordinary coincidence and shows that Celsia has got a few things right: beautiful and user-friendly website, amazing products that are nicely photographed and reasonably priced. Thought I'd share my positive experience of this business

Over the years I have purchased stunning floral bouquets from Celsia as gifts for friends and family and I always dreamt about having them design for my wedding. Well last week my wedding floral dreams came true in a big way. I knew they would be amazing, but I was truly blown away. Apart from marrying my best pal and celebrating with friends and family, they were my favorite part of the wedding and brought me joy all night long. I can’t wait until I get my photos back so I can stare at them some more. I am even having my bridal bouquet dried/pressed and made into frameable art so I can keep them as a memory forever. At the end of the night, I gave away all the arrangements to some close friends and family so that they could be enjoyed for a few more days. 10/10, can't recommend Celsia enough!

I received my plants within 3 hours; it was packaged nicely and the plants were beautiful. The pots were a lot sturdier than I envisioned, so I was pleasantly surprised. Their website was very aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. Their photos were great at depicting how the actual plants look and their live chat was very helpful. I highly recommend this floral studio and will definitely purchase again in the future.

I was privileged to be not only a regular at Celsia (living just around the corner from them) so would pop in for gifts for friends or just to treat my lounge! But I'm a wedding photographer so regularly photographed their incredible work. It is always creative, fresh and a thing of wonder.

I ordered flowers from Celsia Flowers for a family member who lives in Vancouver, The flowers turned out absolutely beautiful. The arrangement was just as requested with large beautiful flowers in a low flowing bouquet. I am from the states and found this florist on-line. I am very very happy with their work, I highly recommend. You pay a little more but the end result is exceptional.

My fiance ordered my birthday flower here. When the flowers arrived, the flowers were already dead and did not look good at all. The flowers all died within 2days. I buy flowers sometimes but I have never seen a flowers that only lasted 2days. I wont buy flowers this store anymore.

They have really beautiful flowers, but im giving a 4 because they charge me to re plant a plant in my original spot $5, i think this should be complementary. But well service is Good.

I had ordered the signature arrangement flowers for my mom for her birthday as I’m out of the country and I really wanted to surprise her since I couldn’t physically be there to celebrate her birthday this year.

I placed an order for same day delivery and was delighted to know that it was delivered around noon today. I just FaceTimed with my mom and she told me she wasn’t sure who the flowers were from since there was no card or message. There was an option to submit a message online to be written on a card and I had asked to write happy birthday and that I loved her. I asked my mom to show me the flowers as I was hoping it would look somewhat similar to their signature look displayed online but it was no where nearly as impressive or beautiful as the online photos.

I could tell my mom was really appreciative of my gesture but I could also tell she wasn’t inlove with her flowers. Not gonna lie, I was a bit heartbroken that my mom was not blown away by the signature arrangement flowers and that they were no where near as beautiful as they appeared online. I also got my mom to send me photos and it looked like no thought was put into the selection or arrangement of flowers.

I had really high hopes as they have great reviews and their IG photos of their flowers are stunning! Flowers appeared fresh but the selection and arrangement was not special in comparison to the beautiful photos I saw online.

I tried their flower arrangement class with friends. I was initially hesitant because of the cost but I am glad I tried. It was a fun experience. Elizabeth and Renata were very cheerful and nice. Elizabeth took lots of photos for us at the end. I’d love to try again.
