Gloria is an absolute gem. She gets right to the point and isn't there to up-sell you on anything that you she doesn't think you'll need for the build. I had the honour of having her help me with my house build where she advised me on the proper products to buy and and also how to go about using them optimally. I am home owner and not a contractor but she still took the time out of her busy day to explain everything in terms that I could understand. If I have any future builds I am definitely coming back to Centanni Tile for their products. Will definitely recommend them to others.

Renovations are a stressful process period. But as the consumer, when you feel you are being taken care of with respect and warmth the whole process seems a little less daunting.

My contractor recommended choice of tiles so I wasn't in to view the selection, but the service was super-Gloria was on.the.ball.and kept me posted re shipment delivery, etc.

On our first visit to Centanni Tile we were greeted by a young woman who was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and her expertise actually swayed us to purchase our kitchen tiles from her. After several weeks of tile shopping for our kitchen renovation, this was exactly the experience we had been looking for and her customer service is why we picked Centenni Tile over our other 2 choices. However, this was the first and last positive experience we had with this company. The other 4 times we have either called or went into the location we have had rude, short, brash and unpleasant experiences. These experiences were so negative that on our last visit we tried to return to store at the same time, on the same day of the week we initially went, hoping to recreate the same positive experience we had the first time. The woman who has been at the showroom the past 4 times, had mocked and belittled us. Our renovation is fairly small in comparison to remodeling an entire home but understanding that as a customer services representative any client is important despite how big or small the job is or whether the client is doing it themselves or having a contractor do it. If you would rather only deal with a contractor then state this on your website or on the door but laughing in the customers' faces or mocking them is not going to encourage us to tell others about your company. In fact, this poor customer service and very negative experience has instead lead us to write a negative review.

As a a designer I strongly recommend Centanni Tile. They have the best collection of concrete style tiles, in many format including outdoor pavers. Their customer service is top level as well: always available, easy to reach by email or phone. I worked with them on many projects with excellent results.

I went into the showroom, looked around, left. No effort by anyone to see what I wanted. Product looked good but I can't comment on the service because there was none.

As I left it appeared that the tile guy was in the parking lot looking at a BMW. Never said a word to me.

EDIT: I bought tile from Centani through my tile guy. Fantastic product and good price but they still saw me enter and leave and never said anything to me. I mean I made eye contact coming and going with whom I've been informed is one of the owners.

Anyway doesn't matter. Great product. I'm just salty.

The pros at Centanni have been nothing short of excellent throughout our entire renovation process. I really appreciate Gloria's organization and prompt handling of the paperwork. And the owner Donny has been a gem.even going out of his way to deliver a tile sample to our home 30 minutes away so we could see what it would look like in our space! The young woman in the showroom ALWAYS has a cheery smile and the young guy that works the warehouse hustles like it's his first day on the job (maybe it was!). Anyway, I have already recommended Centanni to several friends. They have GORGEOUS tile (mostly from Italy and Spain) at very reasonable prices. After days spent online in search of the perfect tile, for my bathroom reno, the myriad of options found in big box stores, was confounding. Not to mention the added safety precautions caused by Covid, the time it takes to shop in store, lack of product availability, limited service, long delivery delays etc.
When locally owned and operated Centennial Tile popped up in my search, I recognized cement tiles, used in a recent home makeover episode. I had to take a look, and I was not disappointed.
Despite safety protocols, Donny (owner) was able to provide his personal time and attention throughout our visit. His experience and suggestions quickly resolved my decision crisis. The combination of cement and subway tiles he pulled together, with a sample tile I brought, was stunning.exactly what I had in mind, but could not quite find.
