They do great work, but their prices have gone up a lot. Engraving a name on a perpetual plaque cost $17+tax, and not for a rush job, took a week. If you've been going there for a while, make sure you ask the price before you drop something off.

I’ve been dealing with Centaur for almost two decades re an annual tournament. Great work, fantastic attention to detail and quick to respond to even the dumbest questions from customers like me. Emma was terrific this year. Couldn’t be happier with Centaur. Highly recommended.

I came in with very short notice to get some awards for an awards show for my restaurant, the staff were more then helpful. I wasn’t even thinking about my logo being on the trophies due to short notice. When I came to pick up the trophies I was pleasantly surprised to see the staff had searched up the restaurant, found the logo and made the trophies look a lot better than I had envisioned.

We get awards here twice a year, Centaur staff is very friendly and helpful. Quality products, beautiful lazer work on engraving, shipped with care. Pricing is great too. One year we had a late order and they got it done in time for our banquet. You ladies ROCK! Thx!

I would not order from this company again. We placed an order for dog show ribbons. We then had entries increase and sought additional ribbons so each person could get a rosette. Unfortunately, it took 2.5 months (yes months) to get extra ribbons. They only partially fulfilled the order and when I found out they said it would take another 6 weeks to make one ribbon. Don't work with this company if you have any deadlines. Customer service is very lacking.

I just want to say that the name tags you made for us are wonderful. Also, the Christmas ornaments that you made for us are beautiful. Thank you. The staff are amazing and friendly.

I've been getting our Fantasy Football Trophy plaques from here for over 10 years, now. The ladies always provide helpful and courteous service, and at a reasonable price.

These people are the best! I have made 2 rush orders for award trophies (obviously it costs extra but to be expected) and they were very helpful when I was unable to go into the store to physically pick a trophy as they were out of stock. They found one for me via email that they did have!

Friendly staff phone and in person. We've been a client for so long and always been happy with our orders. You need to make sure you order a month before as they charge fee for orders placed less than a month. At times they waive extra fees if it's a little less than a month.

People are very friendly and they do a very good job with good prices also.

Great staff, very helpful. I find their hours very challenging going though as they are open 9-5 Monday to Friday. Considering these are sports trophies for the most part which is an evening and weekend activity. I think they need to have more flexible hours.

The staffs are so friendly and very helpful. Didn't try to upsale me. In fact, they suggested a decent priced medals for our little soccer players. Would highly recommend this company.

These ladies went above and beyond with customer service.
I left my order with just enough time to get done with no room for error. When I got my plaque the day before I needed it and a word was missing I was heartbroken, thinking there is no time to replace it.
These two ladies found a way and got a new one done just in time.
