I was so very happy with the installation of my windows, Brian, Damon, and Jared were excellent in all the work they did and very professional and hassle free, and went the extra mile to get them done. I will definitely call them again when I need more windows installed.

We are very happy with the outcome and the overall service we have been given. Please extend our appreciation to all involved- Shira, Mike B, Al (project manager) Andrew, Nick, Luke M and Maz. A special thank you to Andrew for ensuring our vision was carried through even though he was not able to complete the work himself due to his injury; we do hope he is doing well. The crew that came to replace him did a great job! Thank you to each of them. The foreman Nick was very knowledgeable and I appreciated the way he mentored his crew and completed the work. We will 100% be referring to Central Windows in the future.

Our landlord hired Certa Windows to replace the windows, fix the rot and replace the siding on the building. It's been almost 3 months of renos but Colin Kay and his team have done a great job and have been flexible when we've needed them to be. I highly recommend this company.

Centra windows are total scam. I paid $750 for each window, 11 windows in total, so I could get energy efficient windows. But I did not get what I paid for; they cheated me. I was replacing 30-year-old windows, here in the Okanogan. They cheated me by not filling argon gas between the glass. Argon gas reduces the transfer of the heat across the window. The 30-year-old ones were all fogged up when I cook in the kitchen and boil the water. I replaced fixed windows with JELD-WEN with their energy star windows and they don't fog up.

We just had Centra install 2 new windows and frames. The fellows who did the work were super polite and very good at what they do! They put sheets on the floor right from the front door so everything was clean when they left. Their workmanship is top-notch. They'll be the first ones we call in future!

Taylor, Mykola, Nick, Pinder, and Dave did a really good job replacing our windows and doors; The quality of the windows and doors are good, and the installation process was professional completed. Thank you very much! I will definitely recommend Centra.

We recently had all of the windows in our home replaced and were "5 Star Happy" with Centra. Starting with Shira who took her time patiently explaining various options and offering advice, on to measuring and then installation the job was completed on time and very professionally.
It was done over several days and there was occasion to make a quick switch in the crew due to circumstances but there was absolutely no inconvenience to us and all the crew were friendly and efficient.
So I would like to commend all those involved, 2 names I am aware of are Luke and Harsh. We are totally happy with the finished look!

We had a cracked frame (house settling) on a sliding door that was installed about 12 years ago by the previous owners of our house. We called Centra to take a look and they sent out a tech a few days later who determined that the door needs to be replaced. We had no idea that it was still covered under their lifetime warranty. No fuss, no discussions, no weaselling out of responsibility. Just great service!
They sent three service techs who replaced the big sliding door in a few hours! They were super respectful and friendly.
Fantastic service by a company who are actually true to their word.

Had Mike, Barb, Ray, Andrew and Axel do our windows.
Excellent workmanship and they were extremely courteous and went above and beyond, even fixing small things over and above the windows. They were efficient and punctual which is rare these days. I do recommend Centra for future customers. Middle of the road in price but good 20 year warranty and as previously stated, great workmanship.

I was extrememly pleased with the replacement of my windows and sliding door. Shira was excellent explaining the options and very patient with helping me decide. The installation team of Mani, Andrew, Taylor, Chris, Axel and Randy were punctual, respectful, meticulous to details of installation, and very particular about cleanliness and cleanup. They were always cheerful and careful to keep my cat confined. The windows look great and I look forward to energy savings. I would highly recommend Centra.

Trystan, Mike M and Matt B were professional, personable and efficient during the day of installation of our apartment windows. One minor repair was fixed expertly and efficiently by Joe. We love our new double paned windows!

We are looking for new doors and windows, but after looking at all of these reviews about poor customer service and not honouring your warranty we will need to look somewhere else.
I would recommend you try and rectify these situations with your current clients to help turn these bad reviews around for your company, just thought I’d leave my feedback. Hope this helps.

Mani and Pushpinder (King) were great. They were highly knowledgeable about the product and the installation. They were respectful and very pleasant. Mani answered all my questions and went beyond for me as he helped with my screen door!

Andrew V, Axel and Barb installed 3 windows Dec 14/22 at our house - did an excellent job with an old house. Very courteous and made sure our home was clean before and after installation. Great work!

Luke, Tenza, Harsh, and the entire Centra crew did an absolutely amazing job getting our job done in horrible weather conditions? They set reasonable goals for each day and kept the disruptions to our busy work from home life to a minimum (as much as you can in frigid November). They kept us informed, and brought in extra crew members to get things done quickly. Our windows and new front door look wonderful, and they finished things up more than well enough on the outside to get through the rest of the winter to painting time. We are looking forward to seeing them again for a bit more cleanup once the snow is gone, but that couldn't be helped, of course. Seeing the Centra team in action was well worth the wait.

Centra did an awesome job replacing all the windows on our house. Luke, Tenzen, and Harsh were awesome and worked their butts off in the freezing cold and still got the job done well and in a timely manner.

I have to say I was highly impressed with the team that Centra windows sent to install our patio sliding door. Joe, Andrew, Mike E, and Pushpinder were punctual when arriving, respectful when protecting our flooring during installation, professional with their work, and meticulous with their clean up after completion. I have used Centra in the past and have always been impressed with their quality and craftsmanship. I absolutely love how our patio sliding door turned out and look forward to our future projects with Centra. Thank you!

Mani and Ekam were the two installers. They were very professional and explained what service they would be providing for us. I was impressed with the prep work to protect the floors and the clean up after the windows were installed. The installation looks great with no visible flaws.
Mani walked my husband and myself through the operation of the new windows and had us open and close the windows as per his instructions.
We are very impressed with the quality of the windows and with the work completed today.

Mani & Pushpinder arrived on-time ready to work. They made sure to cover the carpet on the stairs with a cloth and laid rubber mats on the laminate to keep them clean. The work that was done is flawless and looks amazing. After the work was completed they cleaned everything up leaving it as it was before they started. Before leaving they explained the operation of the window and what not to do to get the best experience and lifespan of the window. I would highly recommend Centra Windows for your commercial and residential window or door installations. Thank you very much for all your hard work.

Hi Centra
All the doors on my house were purchased from you because you state a full warranty on the products you offer.
One of the doors locking mechanism isn’t working, basically the door doesn’t lock. I’ve got security concerns given it’s an exterior door.
I submitted an online request for warranty service, followed by a phone call stating this is an urgent matter. It’s been 4 days and haven’t heard from anyone.
What’s going on with your company? !

Brady, Dallas and Jared were fantastic! Very polite, courteous, helpful, Installed 11 windows efficiently, expertly and timely. Cleaned up well and problem solved when a window was not right. I would recommend them highly!

Appointment for home window replacement estimate booked and confirmed over a month in advance with Drew and Brad. Day arrived and nobody showed up without any communication. Tried to email and phone but nobody answered. What happened and why still no follow up?

We decided to upgrade some of our windows in our home and could not be happier with the people from Centra Windows. Our sales rep. Blair was great, he answered all my questions and concerns and I didn't feel pressured to buy unlike some other reps.from other window companies.

The install guys were awesome, Trystan, Mike and Wayne were on time, professional and personable. They noticed that the previous windows were not caulked properly, neither inside or out. Which must have been why it felt cold to be near those windows in the winter. They did a great job, they cleaned up as if they were never there to begin with. I look forward to having these guys install the remaining windows for us in the spring.

Tried to get a quote. Centra rep came in and did the measurements and then nothing. Contacted them a few times and then gave up. Other companies are more than happy to take my money.

Centra must be in very high demand and unable to keep up. Not a bad thing for them but I'm sure the quality of the product and install will suffer. Be careful of the companies that are not busy there must be a reason.

My neighbors across the street got centra windows without issues in spring of 2020. I don't know what changed or maybe its covid related I'm not sure because no one tried to get back to me.

We just got our new windows installed in the whole house. We couldn't be happier with the quality and look. We had an amazing install team, Chris M, Colby U, Ray M, and Matt S were professional, hard working, respectful and friendly. Chris was an awesome communicator, and showed excellent leadership skills.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Got a quote to replace 4 of our windows in October 2020. Everything was going good the price was reasonable and we were told our quote was valid for 1 year. We called to go ahead with our quote once we saved up the money in June 2021. We tried emailing multiple people a handful of times but no response. Finally somebody called us back 3 weeks later and said prices have gone up and your quote is no longer valid. We were given a rough estimate over the phone for 5500 to 6000 dollars which was almost double our original quote of 3700. We also needed to make another appointment for a centra estimator to come double check the previous measurements and to give us a new quote. After booking an appointment for the evening time slot (4: 30pm) as I’m not able to be home before 4 I get an email from our customer service representative (Cherry) saying great news we’ve changed your appointment to an earlier day at 2pm without asking us if were available for this new appointment time and day. After communicating with our CSR (Cherry) about getting our original time slot back I was told she had to confirm with her associate making sure it was still available and she would get back to me. 6 days go by without any communication from her until I emailed her asking what is going on. We finally got our original time slot back and I couldn’t believe it the centra estimator doesn’t even show up! Every level of this company has issues and I’ve been very disappointed with our customer service experience so far.

Ben sales rep was efficient, honest and likable. Kyle, Centra manager, delivered difficult delay news with empathy and understanding, the installation team on site was PROFESSIONAL. On time, amazing results, great product well installed on a challenging site, and they left the plaace spotless. 10 / 10.

Centra deserves a shout out! The crew (Dave, Randy and Raj) arrived promptly. They carried out the installation of 15 windows professionally, diligently, paying attention to detail and cleanliness. The installation took 1.5 days and the crew left the house in clean order at the end of each day. Dave even took the time to personally pick up screens that were late in manufacturing to ensure that the installation was completed within the 2 allotted days. Thank you for the great service!

I had called Centra windows phone line on week of May 6,2021 to gather further information about their product as I wanted to replace my basement windows.

I was informed by Sara, the sales representative that:
1) if I were to hire centra for window supply & install, it will be a 10-12 week wait time.
2) if I were to purchase window supply only, I will have to wait till November of 2021. Yes, November of this year.on the same day of my phone enquiry, I received an email asking me to provide all the measurements of the window supply I need. In the email, I was informed that there is a lead time of 4-7 weeks or so for Supply Only.

Alright, this was promising. So I emailed them back with my requirements and I was shocked to receive a response, that Centra is NOT taking any supply only orders currently.

So, if you are looking for supply only orders, you might have to look elsewhere.

We never received our windows. Appatantly a shortage. And trying to get information regarding this is rediculous. Twice someone was to call me back and never did. Its.been 2 weeks and still no call back about our order. We would like to know wnen to expect them. Very disappointed!

Are months behind, but most importantly they have the most disrespect workers! Their work site takes up half our vistor parking, which is fair enough, BUT THEN THEY PARK IN OUR VISTOR PARKKNG. Even with big signs asking them not, they have even had the nerve to park In Tennts parking spaces, I will be calling the tow truck company tomorrow, as this is gone on for months and everytime you tell them to read the sign and move their vehicle's they just laugh and tell you they won't park on the road, as they don't want to walk. I will be upload photos maybe a video tommorow as well.

Also they hate animals, as they leave broken nails and glass In the one spot we had left for our dogs to go pee.

Very happy with the overall experience of them installing the renovation style windows to replace my 50 year old single pane windows. Great install team - Mike B, Allen, Matt & Joao.

They missed 3 zoom/phone calls. Did not answer multiple emails and were not forthright with the reasons why this all happened.

I have been a very happy customer of Centra Windows for over 10 years! Not only are their products excellent quality but they provide very professional service. Thanks so much Chris for your prompt and exceptional service!

I don’t like having to leave negative reviews, but don’t see much choice here. When I initially contacted Centra for a quote to replace a window, the quote (given over the phone) seemed reasonable. Customer service on the phone was friendly and professional, so I booked an in-home visit to measure the window and get a firm quote. The quote I received was over double what I was told on the phone. The person who came to measure was terribly apologetic and said he’d have a word with the staff giving phone quotes at the next staff meeting, which sounds fine on the surface but felt like passing the buck. Also, I can see a variance of a few hundred dollars, but double…

Understandably I said I had to think about it. I was also told that they were booking installation for several months from now, but might be able to squeeze my single window in sooner. I asked a few follow-up questions, and said that if the new window could not be installed before September, I might want to wait until next year. To this I received a lengthy answer warning me that the price of materials was only going to increase etc… which is possibly fair, but felt like a sales job. Then I said if I went ahead, I’d like to take advantage of the financing as outlined at the bottom of the quote. The answer to this was, “oh, so sorry, you can get financing, buuuuuut…” not in any way as outlined at the bottom of the quote.
I asked for a call to discuss and… crickets. Never heard from them again.
Really disappointing.

We had Centra windows replace all the windows in our home. They were here for 4 days and were professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Tristan, Mike M.and Wayne were here installing windows with their team. They were all very professional (masks worn at all times) and they seemed to be very knowledgeable and enjoyed their work and the company they work for. Tristan did a final walk through and made sure we were happy with the final results. We received a 25 yr warranty. Along with updating the look of our home, the windows are a better quality than what we had previously. They look amazing and it was definitely worth the investment. I will break down my experience
1: Initial consult - Very informative experience, easy to get a hold of, accommodating.

2: Period between confirmation and window replacement: Very easy to reach. No issues.

3: Window installation: Workers were polite, approachable, and helpful.

4: Post Installation: There are a few outstanding issues that have taken some time to address. I understand because of the pandemic there are covid related delays (on both ends). I feel that Centra Windows is not focusing enough attention on their warranty end of the business. Centra Windows was considered by many, the best in the business. I get it, everyone is busy; that doesn't mean quality has to suffer in order to satisfy demand.

They were really nice and I didn't have to bark too much at them. They even let me supervise their work for the day and they didn't complain at all. Our installers Nick S.and Theo did a very nice job replacing our back patio door. We live in an older building and the existing opening was not exactly ideal. They made adjustments as needed and the end product looks and performs great!

They were on time, professional and completed the job in one shift. We would recommend Centra Windows to any homeowners looking to have their windows or doors replaced.

Centra Windows installed several windows at our first home in 2015. As repeat customers, we're glad the three-man team of Nick S, Theo and Pablo installed 12 windows and one door at our current house in 2021. They found some dry rot and remedied this problem. Nick was a very good communicator. They made our 34-year-old house look younger.

We cannot be more happier with our brand new front door which was installed today. This is the easier review I ever had to write. The door looks amazing and such great quality. The team that came this morning to work on this project - Nick S, Theo and Andrew - could not be more helpful, came right on time, working so diligently, making sure every detail is looked after and taking their time to explain everything to us when handing off the keys. They were very careful not to take too much with the working space, wearing face masks, cleaning everything at the end like they were never there.
