Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They took great care of our pup, we did not feel rushed. It was a very positive experience.

The team is always caring and welcoming to us and our pets. I wouldn’t choose anywhere else to take them!

The staff here are absolutely wonderful, but I would especially like to say thank you to Anita, who knows everything about my cats at this point and is always providing tips and helping me keep track of the various treatments as I have two cats who have been having ongoing medical issues. Prices seem in line with other vets and their hours are better than some - Sundays have been really convenient. I highly recommend!

Calvin loves to come visit everyone at the office and they treat him so well. Dr. Gibson was so kind and understanding when he got sick last summer, she even stayed late to let me know how much better he was after staying the day with them. We are very glad to have changed to your office! Thank you for being so kind to him and us.

All of the people at Central Langley Pet Hospital are amazing. We have been bringing our 10 month old Pomeranian Abby here since we brought her home at 3 months old and now have added our rescue Pom Maxx to the visits. Both our pups are always welcome and helped to be relaxed and enjoy each visit, it’s a pleasure bringing them in.

Both my dogs have been coming here for years and every single time we come in I feel like my babies are greeted with the most amount of genuine love. My dogs have no clue they are ever getting worked on or getting vaccines because they do an incredible job of being patient and distracting them so they aren’t left traumatized in any way.

My dogs always get so many treats and pets throughout the entire appointment and I NEVER feel like I’m being pushed to pay for things I do not need and they are always so honest with me, which I feel is rare. We also love going next door to pick out a toy after our appointment! Highly recommend!

Have had great experience every time we visit. Everyone is great with our little Beau and they are so caring. We went here after trying a few other vets and this one is for keeps.

Dr. Gibson is just amazing. So knowledgeable, kind, and patient. The entire team of veterinary assistants are wonderful and do everything they can to make our pets feel calm and safe and you can tell they really do care. We've had nothing but good experiences here, even when one of our cats was extremely ill.

The best pet hospital and staff here that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. They are great at explaining things to their clients and are always happy to see us when we bring our little guy in for a check up. They took time to answer our questions and even called to follow up ahead of a procedure to reassure us that he’d be ok going under. They care and it shows. It was a particularly bad experience. It cost more than 700 Canadian dollars to treat the dog’s inflamed ears. Moreover, he originally paid for two medication treatments, but only received one! It’s just a common ear inflammation. It’s really shockingly expensive. I don’t recommend it. It’s so deceptive!
I made an appointment with the doctor at this clinic to treat two Maltese dogs of about 6 pounds on 2023/913. Because a male dog did not cooperate with the medication, the nurse gave them medication for a one-time payment of more than 700 Canadian dollars; originally the doctor agreed About ten days later, I took the dog for a second treatment. No time was given for the second appointment. The front desk said they would give me a piece of paper, but they didn’t give it to me. I called the front desk later and found out it was September 21st. I went to see a doctor the next day. When I went to see a doctor, I called and said that because there was no doctor, the second treatment was rescheduled to the 23rd. I couldn’t go in person on the 23rd because of busy business, so my family took me there. Two days later, I heard that When my two dogs' ears smelled bad, I asked about the treatment status on the 23rd. My family said, "The doctor said they were cured and no longer needed treatment, so they brought the two dogs back. Now their ears smell bad. " It smells bad, my poor baby! The first time the dog was treated by a middle-aged man, the second time it was a female doctor. Please don’t pay all at once! It’s a really bad experience. I’ll complain to the manager. The person who answered the phone said she was the manager! She insisted she had two treatments. I protested and complained to them. I will never go here again.

Central Langley Pet Hospital has been our care provider since we adopted Leia and Rey 4 years ago. They have been extremely supportive, understanding, knowledgeable and compassionate. One of our babies has issues with inappropriate urination, but they have helped us navigate this path in front of us. We wouldn't be able to do this without Dr. Gibson, Anita, Bobbie and Mariah.

My dogs LOVE coming to Central Langley Pet Hospital which is why I drive 30 minutes to get there. The dogs drag me to the door, they are that happy to go. Every part of the experience is great for them and for me. Even my shy dog loves a vet visit. I also like that all my questions are answered and I never feel rushed Great staff! Highly recommend!

We’ve been taking our pets to Central Langley Animal Hospital for several years now. All the staff treats us and our animals with utmost respect and make every visit as anxiety-free as possible. The staff and doctor are extremely knowledgeable and we feel safe/secure with the care provided.

We take our dogs here for acupuncture and we LOVE central langley! The whole team is friendly and compassionate. Dr. McCurdy is very personable and knowledgeable. Our dogs are very reactive and fearful, but vet visits are now a positive experience thanks to the fear free team and all the cookies. (The vet assistant even makes sure to ask which treats the dogs can have, because OF COURSE they also have food allergies!) Would recommend to anyone looking for a low stress vet.

We have taken our pets to Central Langley Pet Hospital for many years. I have recommend them to others. Thorough care. They investigate all possibilities for our pets' ailments. Prompt replies to questions & follow-ups from exams & tests. They have found space in their busy schedule for an urgent pet visit when we asked.

This has been my long term vet and the staff here are beyond amazing. Today I had to say goodbye to my 8 year old shepherd who all of a sudden became I’ll with lymphoma. I know that all the staff really did genuinely care for my Barbara even beyond her final moments. It was much easier for us as a family and our remaining dog to say goodbye and leave our girl with these fine people until I can bring her back home. 100 times over I recommend Central Langley Pet Hospital

Wonderful clinic, all staff are caring, experienced and knowledgeable. They take time to answer questions and follow up even after you have left the clinic. My very fearful dog has been treated with great kindness and skill. I have full confidence in this team and I am so happy I found Central Langley Pet Hospital.

Central Langley Pet Hospital's staff is 2nd to none. We are on pups 8 & 9 and recently introduced Montana and Dacoda to the team at CLPH. It was such a joy to have them meet our family's newest members, especially given how sad we were when pups 6 & 7,14-year-old Molly and Bear, had passed in September. All of the staff were so happy and joined in our joy.

CLPH not only do outstanding medical work with our fur babies, but they also take the time to connect with us. They listen patiently and answer ALL questions as many times as needed for us to understand, feel comfortable and make informed decisions.

We live almost an hour away and make the drive in because of the staff. It is hard to express the importance of trust and connectedness with the folks caring for our pets; it simply cannot be understated.

I've been to pretty much every Vet clinic in Langley and this one is by far the best and worth making the effort going to. The staff are accommodating, patient, friendly, understanding, kind, professional, gentle and caring to you and your pet. They answer all your questions. They're thorough. They're the only Vet I've been to that take blood pressure readings. They gave me supplements for my cat's CKD that no other clinics did. They explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. They're not judgmental or rude. These are all things the other Vet clinics in Langley didn't do. And trust me, I've lived here since 2010 and been to every Vet clinic in the area, new and old, at least once. Some of them were downright rotten to me and my pets. My last cat passed away from CKD and negligent Vet care. I 100% believe she'd still be here if I had taken her to this clinic instead of the previous ones I was at. Luckily I am able to bring my other cat that has CKD to this clinic, and the care she receives is leagues better than all those other clinics combined. The rooms are also very clean, bright, and cozy. Everything about this clinic is great and I highly recommend them to anyone. If you care about your pet, you'll bring them here. I've even postponed moving away from Langley so I can continue taking my cat here, for however many years she has left (she's 16), because after this I'm not having any more pets and I want to ensure she is recieving the best care. I trust them completely with her care. Right now I'm seeing Dr Gibson and she's really great!

I made an appointment a week in advance to get my dog her regular allergy shot as she was suffering greatly. I asked for a quote ahead of time. I showed up and they insisted I pay for a checkup because my pet’s weight had changed and they were “concerned”. I couldn’t afford the additional charge so I was told to leave. It was a terrible feeling knowing that my dog was going to suffer. I called shortly after and the staff was rude, judgmental about my inability to pay more and ultimately hung up on me.

I called to ask the vet to call me back so I could tell the vet about the consequences of the staff’s decision and was told it was the vet who made the decision. The vet didn’t talk to me while I was there.

I believe they care more about billings than the well-being of pets. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
