I want to thank this company and their incredibly compassionate driver Zachary who came upon my wife a few minutes after she was involved in a traffic accident and volunteered to get her home safely. It was above and beyond. He's a treasure and I'm glad there are still people like him in the world!

Literally called a cab for a lady because her daughter was late to school and we tried to call twice and they hung up both times said it was a joke and cussed then hung up on me.so disgusted.that’s not how you treat people.the two lady’s also proceeded to laugh at my request to get the cab, cussed at me then hung up.i told them an address, and street names but they still laughed and hung up on me.

Rates are higher at night and sure, driver's are decent but when dispatch says 20 minutes or maybe longer is actually an Hour +.

I waited for 1hour 5min.called several times but i keep on hearing they dont know when they come.

Fabulous service, as noted on a prior post. They were the only taxi service willing to accommodate us for a 23 k drive.
There was originally a discrepancy with our location and they were amazing and extremely apologetic about a situation which was beyond their control. (They deserved the good tip,)

My mother prebooks a wheelchair taxi to take her to her appointments. The last 2 days they have shown up 20 minutes late and 45 minutes late. They don’t call to say they are running behind and when we call them all we get it that a taxi is on the way but it is still 20-30 minutes behind. People book times with the taxis to get somewhere on time. This company is horrible. Don’t use them.

Called for a taxi, told me the taxi was out of town and to call another day. So I guess you gotta wait to do things when taxis are available out here.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This company sent me a taxi all the way to Mission when they didn’t have any drivers in the area. All because mission taxi no-showed me over and over again for 2 hours straight. Dispatch was amazing, informative and so quick to help out. CALL THEM OVER MISSION TAXI!

Why are the drivers always on the phone speaking with someone else, barely paying attention to the road then get upset when you don't tip. Still better then yellow cab tho.

Had a reservation to be picked up from the Abbotsford airport. Was not there, called twice no answer. Had to use a different cab service

The drivers are very nice and polite But, the woman who answers the calls is very rude and unrespectable i ordered a taxi on Wednesday June 28 at 4 pm I was at Sevenoaks mall and she said the taxi will be there at 10 minutes but, because I was in a crowded area I didn't heard her well and when I asked her "did you say 5 minutes" she replied with an anger tone 10 minutes and hang up the phone without even giving me the chance to respond. And this wasn't the first time she's always this way she should learn how to treat the customers even before applying for a job.

Update: The staff are amazing who answer the phone. The managers are terrible and the owners not involved. What I thought they were about from the outside, is much different on the inside. Won’t use them again.

Best cab company we have by far, as a customer who has used them almost daily for 4 years I have fostered a good relationship with the dispatchers.

Sometimes yes I do wait longer because as someone else stated they are a smaller fleet, but when I see a friendly face who helps me with my groceries or asks about my family, then a guy who is on his cell phone speaking another language ignoring me (the other companies drivers have done this 9/10 when I’ve had to use them) id prefer the former.

I have found them to always be fair, and honest about wait times because I’d rather be told the truth then what the other company says which is always “ 10-15 minutes “ even if they know it will be longer.

Wouldn’t switch even if you paid me.

Booked a wheelchair taxi for my 92 year old grandma 24 hours in advance for a super important medical appointment. Nobody showed up, we called several times, they promised a taxi would come within 10 mins during each call we made. Lady who answered the phone was super rude and obnoxious. My grandma never made it to her appointment unfortunately. Avoid booking with this business to avoid stress and your valuable time.

This company is absolutely terrible at communicating efficiently. My father is in a wheelchair. It has been an hour an a half since they said the taxi would be here in 30-45 min to pick up my father at Whitespot. Communication is key. The dispatcher hung up on me when I called back a third time to politely ask for a specific eta since it's been an hour and a half. Another gentleman in a wheelchair waited at Whitespot for 3 hours. There is a shortage of wheelchair taxi's in Abbotsford and even more of a shortage of efficient communication from the dispatchers. This is unacceptable and not how disabled customers ought to be treated. It's disgusting.

Called three times. Was told 15-20 min. They never showed up and we were stranded. Had to walk at 1: 30 am to our hotel as we are from out of town. Not impressed.

The operator was rude, and the taxi driver very rough wheeling my elderly mother in a wheelchair. They were also unapologetically late every time.

The driver was very helpful with my husband's wheelchair, he was friendly, the car was clean and comfortable.

I order a van as I was picking up a large box at Walmart. This was set up in the afternoon. I was yelled at by this taxi driver He said he was off and I ruined his time off. HAfter he yelled at me he took off leaving me with this box. Thank goodness for the good people of Abbotsford came to my aid. Thank you so much for your help.i will never use this cab company again.

Called for a taxi waited nearly an hour and called back and the dispatch didn't even send a cab.then 20 mins later another cab company showed up on their behalf.pretty lame

Our taxi was ordered for 0345 this morning - it never showed up. We called several times to ask if the taxi was coming and there was never an answer. I called later today to ask Martha what happened, she hung up on me.
This company has been consistently least 15 minutes late in the past as well.
