We had our hot water tank replaced with a tankless that Amir suggested and it has worked flawlessly over the last 2 years, we some small issues arise and Amir was here the same day or next to fix the issue.
He also replaced our old a/c with a new heat pump, this was a big job as our air handler was up in the attic, Amir and Bernardo removed the old unit and replaced it with new unit with precision. Even though it was hot up in the attic they never complained.
Amir was always patient to answer the many questions we asked him. He always returned my calls as many contractors never call back after a job is done.
They did an amazing job, very neat and clean work.

Centrum Team took quick action on getting a dual fuel hybrid heat pump/furnace installed that met Fortis's rebate policies. Jenneth was very helpful with ensuring the right equipment was selected and helped arrange the two assesments that were needed (air flow calc.and energuide). All around happy with the install and would recommend Centrum.

Centrum replaced our 40+ year old furnace with a heat pump and furnace combo. Amir, Jenneth and their team were responsive to questions, gave lots of good recommendations and completed the job much quicker than expected. The team at centrum were very professional and always willing to work things out with me. They have innovative solutions for retrofitting our heat pump system into our 100 year old house. They don’t give up and will work hard to get the job done and stick to their quote. Our heat pump works well and the team was very knowledgeable and has a lot of combined experience. I have recommended them to my friends.

They asked me for a mountain of photos, which I sent. Amir kept trying to sell me ductless units which I repeatedly said I do not want, and a new gas furnace as well which I also did not want. What I'd asked to have quoted was a cold climate heat pump but he just seemed to want to sell me what he has handy since he said it's a long wait for what I want.

I walked him up to the door and he got very salty with me about how he's the professional and I'm not listening to him but he knew from the outset what I wanted, had 20 or so photos beforehand, and kept pushing things he knew I wouldn't accept.

Waist of time and energy. I asked for an on site visit to get some idea about options available to me to choose from. First they requested some photos and other information from the unit. Then they could not give me useful info. I wanted them to visit the unit, they gave me a date and time, but cancelled in short notice. Then, they gave me another time after multiple calls and emails from my side. At the day, the technician called me when he arrived and I told him that it will take a few minutes for me to get to the door, because I had to use the elevator. On my way, he called and told me that he inspected one of the balconies from outside and we should send a request to the strata. Our conversation was cut because I was in the elevator and I warned him that may happen. When I arrived at the door no one was there! I called him and he said I left already! Such an unprofessional behavior! Providing feedback based on looking at the balconies of the upper levels of the high-rise from the street without even inspecting my unit (each unit is different). The suggestion was that the only way is to cut through window (really? !), which would never work with the type of isolation system of my windows.
I had asked another professional from another company to visit my unit a few days ago. He was very on time and spend quite a bit of time and had very good suggestions and solutions, which were quite different from what the other guy had.
Anyway, I suggest you don't waist your time with this so called company.

Working with Centrum Solutions was by far the most horrible experience we had with any company. After the first visit, which was arranged over the phone and confirmed with text and email they sent our bill to collection agency Directly. When we called to find out what was the reason they said they couldn’t reach us because the phone number was wrong. How come the collection agency had a right number? Or the first time they called and text to confirm the phone number was correct? !
Centrum Solutions (the admin lady and the 2 technicians) had our home address (for paper billing), email address (for e-billing) and our phone number to call. We had no voice mail, no text, no missed call, no email and not even a paper bill. Did you get all of these wrong? !
I will not recommend this place to anyone. Waste of time and money and your credit could get ruined due to incompetent employees.

Very happy with the timely response from Centrum, we shortly find out the problem with our heat after a few text messages. Highly recommend Centrum and for sure to continue to use them.

The two technicians arrived, courteously waited to be invited in. They were wearing COVID masks. They went about their maintenance procedures quickly and efficiently. The A/C has been a blessing with the current heat wave. Thank you!

The Gasfitters arrived at the time promised and were very efficient and careful. They installed a new regulator and did not leave until they checked to ensure all worked. I also found Centrum to provide a quote that was easy to understand whereas another quote had rates for the service plus additional charges based on 15 minute increments which made it difficult to determine actual costs upfront. I much prefer to have a fixed quote on which I can depend.

Needed to replace my furnace and water heater. Out of the companies I called, Centrum was by far the most responsive.

From the beginning of the process to the end, Amir is a complete professional and able to adjust to all my requirements. I had requested several changes to the installation and Amir accommodated these without any complaint.

Amir is very knowledgeable about his products and the installation process. He was able and eager to answer all of my questions. I’m very curious about how things work and he didn’t seem to mind that I watched what he was doing and asked a lot of questions.

My new furnace was installed in December and Amir promised that he could remove the old furnace and have the new one installed in one day so that I wouldn’t have to suffer through a cold night. To accomplish this, he did much prep work prior to the installation date.

Of course there were complications. But Amir stayed until late into the evening to ensure that the furnace was operational and that I had heat that night.

I am, truly, impressed by Amir and Centrum Solutions and highly recommend this company.

When our furnace went down I was more worried about finding a good service provider than being cold. After some searching I decided to call Centrum. Amir showed up within an hour and was extremely knowledgable, friendly and patient as he diagnosed and explained what was going on (our heat exchanger was near death). His service was exceptional and I can't recommend Centrum enough!

Amir is extremely professional. For us, he replaced a faucet as well as fixed a clog and our garborator. He even repaired an unknown problem with the hot water valve. Amir stayed until resolving some difficult problems and was pleasant to with with throughout. Highly recommended.

If you have an issue with your furnace, A/C or plumbing, call Amir Ali at Centrum Solutions. Our furnace stopped working. It turns out that the Carrier furnace heat exchangers were defective. Amir ordered the parts and arrived at our house promptly at 8: 30 AM and completely rebuilt the furnace. Amir is an honest guy and is a perfectionist. I was with him for over 11 hours and watched him work the whole time. His only break was for 20 minutes at lunch. No coffee breaks, no smoke breaks (he doesn't smoke) no interruptions answering his phone. Just 11.5 hours of constant work. He didn't finish until 8 pm with no dinner break either. This guy is top notch. Highly recommended! He is an electrical engineer too so you know the job is done right the first time. Now my furnace runs like new thanks to Amir. If I could give him 6 stars I would. This review is unsolicited but I was so impressed with his work I had to do a review.

We were very impressed with Amir's competence, versatility and work ethic. It took him less than a week to finish a fairly complex job.installing a AC/Heat split system in a high-rise condo. As promised he finished the job on time for the quoted price. We are super happy with the results and can recommend him to anyone.

Centrum Solutions provides a conscientious and reasonably priced plumbing service. I called Amir because I needed two toilets removed and reinstalled after laying tile on my bathroom floors. Amir changed his schedule to accommodate my needs. He was thorough in his work and recommended that I replace one of the older toilets. Upon his advice I purchased a new toilet and while the old one was being loaded into the van the tank actually cracked and broke in two! I could have had a major flood on my new floors. I am very grateful to Amir for saving the day and for his careful work.

For years I have thought of adding air condition to our home for the (short but hot) summer months that we lack sleep due to the muggy nights in our home. We contracted Centrum Solutions to add an air conditioner and they were prompt and professional, and we now live at a comfortable temperature when it heats up. Amir assessed our home and recommended a couple suitable solutions, with budget and performance in mind. We are happy with our experience, and recently hired Centrum again as it our (storage tank) water heater died, and Amir responded quickly to our need for hot water. He again offered options, for tank and tankless solution and explained the (+) and (-) of each. We ultimately chose the tankless solution and are loving the endless supply of hot water we get! Amir works very hard, and late, until the job is done, and is focused on earning our satisfaction of his work. Jenneth was also great at responding to any questions and preparing our rebate paperwork. Would definitely recommend Centrum for any heating and plumbing work.

If you want somebody really knowledgeable, stay away. He couldn't fix my furnace, so instead, he offered to call the manufacturer for me. WHAT? That's like a car mechanic saying he doesn't know how to fix your car, so they'll call the car factory. Wasted my money, and my time.

From start to finish Jenneth and Amir took expert care of us and replaced our leaking hot water tank w a tankless one within a day of us contacting them. They were super informative, found us the best price and even walked us through getting a rebate! We had no heat in the house as the heat exchangers for our furnace needed to be replaced. I contacted Amir on Thursday and on Friday morning he was at my house with the required parts. I greatly appreciated his prompt service. Amir said he would be there and he was. Amir worked all day on the furnace and even though it was late, he stayed until the job was done.
