The morning front desk staff was very good.
Unfortunately the midnight front desk receptionist was not qualified at all. Not cooperative at all. Needs more training. Cost me 2nd booking on price for the same room
Ended up paying twice for the same room

Don't come here if you are disabled. They treat you like a joke. We checked the room ahead of time and everything was ok for our requirements. Booked the room, then they gave our room away right before we got there.

Really enjoyed staying here. Large comfortable room with kitchenette and balcony. Good location.

From the moment we set foot inside of the hotel we were met with a warm welcome from Sean. He was the reception who helped us to get into a room, his customer service was amazing. Even though we had some complication with the online booking, he was very patient with us and guided us to the solution. Keep up the good work Sean your doing great. He even gave us a map so we could enjoy our vacation

Great location and tremendous value. The breakfast was solid. Although the building is old it’s well maintained. Stayed for 3 nights and was pleased with the value.

Receptionist was very rude, she did not even said hello when we came in nor has smile on her face, she was not even answering our questions, barely saying a anything. It was very weird.

We were traveling as a family of 5, the room was perfect for a family. The breakfast was decent the full kitchen was really nice. The rooms were a bit dated and the beds could have been a but more comfortable.

The AIR CON doesnt work but there is a small fan so i was using it the whole time. The staff are not friendly and i find they just don't care. I wish i would have just made anoher reservation from another hotel but was in there for the quarantine. The breakfast place, cannot even compromise for a trade for choices of food selection, just bad treatment.

Room was dated, but AC worked perfectly, kitchen and bathroom worked nicely!
Any issues within my stay was attended to right away with no wait.
CPRIME was excellent in service and food,
Lobby front desk customer service was amazing every step of the way, very accommodating when you need an extension and/or an early check in.

Location is good, close to beach/shops/restaurants /hospital but also to public drug use and crime. Older rooms that look a bit tired but the full kitchen was good. Decent breakfast included. The king bed was good but I was disappointed with the camp air mattress they gave us as a second bed. Why not just have a sofa bed like most hotels? The hotel has no entrance from the parking deck, you must exit to the street/ally and walk around to the front which isn't a safe option given what is going on the neighborhood. Overall decent stay but they could benefit from from upgrades

Great location, big rooms, friendly service throughout. Good value. Perfect if you have to be in St Paul's hospital vicinity for a few days.

It's okay. Nothing exciting. The price was good and breakfast was included which was nice though not that edible. The rooms are clean and it's a place to stay and it's nice and central to everything.

Despite covid barriers, they still worked their best to make the best guest experience.

They price matched the rate, and upgraded our suite to a 1 bedroom without us asking - on the day of check in. Their complimentary breakfast was substantial.

The room and kitchen were clean and we were comfortable. Would come here again with the family.

The staff were very helpful when they learned I had a wheelchair and gave me a chair accessible room. It was clean, and this were sanitized for covid 19. Very close to the hospital I needed to go to, so that was a plus. I'd recommend it to anyone that needs to go to St. Paul's.
The spa was great, very clean and quiet, though I was told it gets busy when it's not Covid time. The staff were sweet and super accommodating

Very clean an cozy. Loved the view. Hotel. Is right beside St. Pauls hospital, so very frequent sounds of sirens. Could not get hot water for 2 days. Called front desk about the issue several times "we look into it". On check out I mentioned the hot water issue again, only response was " to bad".

Nice rooms, beautiful views. Pet friendly! Check-in was easy and staff were friendly. The sink in the bathroom did leak and a couple light bulbs were not working. Stayed in a studio suite and the kitchen was very nice but only 2 of each utensil making it hard to actually cook and eat meals, had to keep washing our 2 forks and knives during the same meal prep/dinner. Would stay again though.

Good stay here. Only issue was hospital nearby and fire hall. Windows kind of sound proof but still a bit of noise would filter through. Otherwise clean rooms and excellent central location.

No access to hotel lobby from car. Had to carry bags down stairs and around the corner to obtain access to hotel. The cafeteria was closed so the " breakfast included " was a bagged breakfast. The room was clean, but the tiles in the tub/ shower were old and cracked. The room could use a good painting and patchwork. Staff were polite and curtious. I dont think the room was worth what I paid for the night.
