Certified auto came to the rescue on a Friday close to closing time. My battery all of a sudden started acting up, they found time to take care of it and sent me on my way. Great vibes when I walk in, I am a forever customer

I would only ever recommend certified automotive for a mechanic. The staff here are amazing and will provide updates regularly about your vehicle by phone or text. They have reasonable rates and are completely transparent about what they are doing to your vehicle. They even have a couple rental cars for 20$/day they can lend you while your car is in the shop. They are by far the best shop I have ever taken my car to. Hand down no comparison.

My car needed an emergency repair, and the team was so accommodating in helping me get on my way quickly. I always worry about being taken advantage of, however their caring and sincere approach was very reassuring. They have gained a loyal customer!

The owner is extremely knowledgably. They were able to find what another shop couldn't and fix it quickly despite being understaffed and busy and right before the long weekend. Highly recommend.

Certified Auto serviced the air conditioner in my Toyota Sienna. When I checked prices at other shops prior to taking my vehicle in, Certified Auto was cheaper. A week later, I am still very happy with the service. I also liked the way they checked for other things that might need servicing soon and gave me the prices without asking. After checking out the costs of DIY, it looks like most things are worthwhile having done in the shop. They will definitely be getting some return business from me.

Certified Automotive in West Kelowna was very professional and made sure everything was done correctly. Someone else had told us about them and they were correct. We will be taking our car back there when it needs attention in the future.

You just know you are getting exactly what is needed. No big chain! Was pleasantly surprised at the charges. We are a 4 car family and now they most definitely have earned our business moving forwards. Lauren is so knowledgeable and really goes above and beyond to get you what you need. These guys just care!

I had an interesting experience, I do think this shop is honest and not out to rip you off.

But. I do believe they're over charging for things that are pretty simple to do.

I've been having Kary service my vehicles since before he took the leap to open this business. His work is always reliable and very reasonable. He recently fixed the air conditioning on my 2008 Grand Caravan and it's never worked that well before. I would highly recommend his services.

Certified automotive is the best shop I have ever had the pleasure of visiting! My car broke down on the connector coming into town and was towed to their shop just before close, I was here visiting with my 9month old daughter and was unsure how I would get to my hotel in Kelowna, without hesitation Tyler said to use the courtesy car for the night and they would have a look at my car in the morning. My car ended up not making it, and I was offered a very fair amount from Tyler to buy the car for parts. They made my hectic awful trip so much easier by going above and beyond what they ever needed to! Thank you again so so much!

They inspected a car I bought. Turns out they missed a bad alternator and a belt that needed to be replaced. So with in a week of buying a new to me vehicle I was spending money on things the inspection said was ok.

Best place in the Okanagan. Excellent customer service with a eye for detail. I felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend certified auto to all. Thank you for everything!

Certified Automotive is the absolute best mechanic shop you can get, and find in Kelowna and West Kelowna. Best one in the Okanagan! They're very honest, very generous people here, the staff is just great! If you want an Honest Mechanic come see these guys, because you will only receive honesty and truth from them! Best Regards!
