Its my worst experience ever I applied for my police clearance for my job but they made mistake in my name when I got my police check certificate. I would never prefer this site anymore

This is a horrible company to have do a background check on you. They don't tell you that they do a hard check on your credit, which ultimately affects your credit score. Shame on you, ruining peoples' credit just to dig up some dirt. Horrible!

After my extremely positive experience with Certn I was asked to write a quick review. The option for a satisfied customer was "Good, I'm satisfied". I want to stress that this is nowhere close to how I would rate my experience with Liliana at customer care. "AMAZING" is much more like it. My initial request for help was through a phone call to Certn when I left a message. An actual human being responded later that day by calling me back, and this was succeeded by several emails through several days with Liliana. Her positive attitude and her detailed answers guided me through all my questions, and with her help the problem was completely resolved. Throughout our correspondence I knew I could rely on her assistance and support. This is not some kind of robotic customer service; nor is it the type where you are made to feel hopeless. You are dealing with real human beings who genuinely want to help. Thank you, Liliana!

Absolutely useless platform. Dont spend money on them as they are good for nothing. They dont have any measures to complete the work on their own and would rely on you to complete their work for which they are being paid.

This company scams people.
I thought I was dealing with the local police force to obtain a vulnerable person check to volunteer at my child's school. The only time you learn you are in the wrong place is after you have paid money. They offer no refunds, even if you ask them to cancel your police check 2min after filing.

As someone who has to background check regularly for my industry, I’m glad I’ve found this service. Background checks in Canada are nuanced so this service is a bit different than going to your local police. The support is top notch and makes up for any confusion you may have! Thanks certn

Certn has worked well toward a growth model and the process has been seamless. The reps are always efficient, quick and friendly. I have reached out to them a million times by now and never had any negative experience. I am thankful to have Certn as our vendor and I thank everyone.

Scam. Not a real police check.

Only after you have paid do you get a pdf that says this is not a true police check as is based solely on the name (s) and date of birth provided and the criminal record information declared
by the applicant, a search of the RCMP National Repository of Criminal Records.and that positive identification that a criminal record does or does not exist at the RCMP National Repository of Criminal Records can
only be confirmed by fingerprint comparison.

The company has a great vision and they are constantly working to improve their service.
As their customer I wish them good luck and success.
