Most luxurious shopping mall, comparable to park royal. Very tidy and elegant shopping atmosphere.

Parking can be a struggle

Big food court with a high ceiling and many eats.

Everything was good, until the fire alarms went off setting everyone into panic mode and running out of the mall.

That aside, overall shopping experience was great. Would visit again!

Parking is terrible. Mall has good selection of retailers and washrooms are generally clean & accessible

Nice mall to walk around. Has all the major shops. Escalator is working again which is great.

Beautiful renovations, good store selection for fashion, not good for every day shopping tho.

Sad to see some of my favourite stores are gone. But I like this mall, it still has a decent selection of stores, and has a nice wide open floor plan, so it feels spacious. Also nice and easy to get to, directly across from the Canada line

This Mall Its the wors, if you park your car and come straight to their business, they don't say anything but if you have something to do for two minutes outside their land event you return after for chopping they give you a ticket and they call let wall out! The same lake there friend London plaza said that you could not park more than one time a day if they see your car a second time they give you a ticket. I respect the 3 or 4 hr rules, but this is ridiculous.

The worse customer service in cf group. Really Needed to improve their communication skill Travel from downtown just for this appointment and they refused to do the deal as I don’t have government ID but follow their confirmation email there is not thing mention about the ID and talk to the manager she said oh good, you from downtown we have customer from Calgary. Is not the world end it just 100 dollars and it is a promotion we have the right to terminate it. Got a question for the company what it the purpose of the promotion is to reward your customer or to insult your customer?

The best mall to have lunch or a quick dinner. I like this food court compared to other malls the lower mainland. Also a good mall to buy lottery, clothes and phones.

Parking was difficult already and even more so with a section of the parking lot dedicated to Cactus club. The mall is clean and easy to navigate.

This is right in the Center of Richmond.
The mall has many eateries, large variety of clothing & accessory shops, sports shops and many more.

I love hanging out there.
I even go there for my lunch as there are many options at the cafeteria on level 1

Richmond Centre mall mostly has clothing stores, but it also has an amazing food court (Dining Terrace) and a lot of parking spaces.

I am sad to see so many quality Shoppes gone in central Richmond all that seems left is good and clothing no wonder the shopping centre is becoming highrises.

There was a food court, a lot of shops, and restaurants. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it's a bit crowded

Very busy mall on the weekends and social distancing is hard to maintain. A lot of sanitization locations which is nice. I would only shop here on weekdays if you are mindful of covid

I hadn't been to Richmond Centre in a very long time. Pleasantly surprised on the look and selection of Stores it has. I'll be back again.

It's actually a pretty decent Mall. Lots if variety for shopping options and the Dinning Terrace has many options for food and beverages! Cactus Club and White Spot and a Tim Hortons too! And it is right across from the Canada Line Terminus Station. Fair size Mall, Clean and fairly well laid out. Lots of other shopping options locally to it also.
