CGS Dentistry

I am disappointed, I was told when I called that they do sleep or sedation dentistry. They don’t.

Had an emergency at work come up and asked to reschedule. They wouldn't work with me in regards to voiding the late cancellation charge. I'll never return to this Dentist again, absolute money grab.

Friendly, professional and approachable staff. The entire clinic is very clean even to the washroom. My teeth cleaning felt very thorough. Both the dentist and hygienist wanted to ensure all of my concerns were addressed. I didn't feel like extra services were pushed on me. Overall a really pleasant experience, I'm definitely going to keep coming back and highly recommended it to my partner already.

Great experience for my 6 year old! Chrissy the dental assistant was great with her and showed her everything she was doing. The dentist was great and attentive. We will definitely be making this our regular dental office.

I LOVE CGS DENTISTRY in Coquitlam! They always make you feel so welcome when you arrive. They even go as far to offer you a beverage while you are in the waiting area.

They also send appointment reminders via text and email for upcoming appointments so you never forget or miss an appointment!

All the staff are very professional and personable and anyone who decides to visit them won’t be disappointed.

I’m so happy to have found such a reputable place and would never dream of going anywhere else. I travel all the way from Langley to see them in Coquitlam

I just left the clinic now I had removed my wisdom tooth? Over there it was a high customer service by Nina, the Dentist Fan & the assistant Cat they were professional and friendly.

I've been going to CGS for many years now and am always pleased with how considerate, safe and kind they are. They listen to my questions, are patient with concerns, and make sure I am comfortable with everything they are about to do. Great dental services start to finish.

My first visit. Staff were so caring and kind. I needed a bothersome tooth extracted and honestly the procedure was almost painless and over before I knew it! I could not be happier!

Dr. Park and Darlene and the rest of the office staffs are always friendly. They are also very professional, always patient answering your questions or concerns, and you never feel rushed for your visits. I feel that they are doing their best to make sure that you have a good positive experience there. Initially I was the only one in my family to see Dr. Park and now my whole family switched their dentists and now go see Dr. Park because of the great customer service that they provide.

Dr Park and the staff the most genuine people I’ve met. They all are great caring people and I appreciate them very much!

Dr. Kumar was very nice when working with my 9 year old daughter. The dental team working with her tried to make her feel comfortable as she has anxiety when visiting dentists. Overall very happy since we started coming to CGS dentistry from last year and look forward to continuing using the services!

I am so so happy that I scoured the reviews among dentists in this area and decided on CGS dentistry. The entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. I am 37.5 weeks along in my pregnancy with my second child, and between my first child and COVID, I had neglected to go to the dentist for a couple years. They did such a good job, and were really accommodating to my needs. I’m looking forward to taking my whole family here!

The staff are amazing and very personable. I like that they are prompt with communicating appointment times and other information via email.
The hygienist was gentle during the cleaning as well as the doctor is honest about the treatments plans suggested.

I had such a pleasant and wonderful first patient experience at CGS Dentistry. The staff were exceptionally nice, and they attended to me very well the moment I walked into the clinic. They pre-screened me thoroughly, especially with the COVID protocols. So I felt very comfortable inside with having to take my mask off most of the time.

I had Anna as my dental hygienist, and her work was superb and thorough. She really took her time cleaning my teeth, and on top of everything else, she was very gentle. In my previous experiences with past dental hygienists (in different clinics), they tend to be abrasive; however, Anna was great! I felt relaxed and not apprehensive with someone handling my mouth.

As for Dr. Elly Park and Darlene, both were great and they answered my concerns very thoughtfully and clearly. I appreciate how both of them were very transparent with their explanations. Thank you, and I look forward to coming back for my subsequent appointments!

Staff are fantastic. I used to go to another dentist and you could always feel the tension between the staff. It always made me feel uncomfortable going in. The most welcoming environment I have ever experienced in any medical clinic. The staff make you feel like family. They genuinely care. Dr. Park is not only lovely and also genuinely cares for her clients, she is very thorough and exceptionally skilled. I can't say enough about how comfortable and beautiful the layout of clinic is and how compfoting the staff are for someone like me who deals with a lot of anxiety from being in a dentist chair.
