Hong Kong cafe style kiosk on the 2nd floor food court inside president plaza -#3 road and Cambie rd across from the Aberdeen SkyTrain station. There's ample free parking on parkade or in yaohon centre, be aware of the time limit of the parking stalls. This unit is located at the very end of the food court but it's busy. Most customers ordered the creamy scramble egg sandwich, HK Milk tea or coffee, Satay beef ramen noodles, HK style rice noodles with peanut sauce and hoisin sauce. All those popular street food from HK. The Milk tea tastes really like the authentic tea flavor from HK and the mixed drink of half coffee and half milk tea, overall the food quality is fine, service is efficient, since it's inside the food court so the cleanliness is fine. Recommended

If you enjoy lining up all the way to a stinky washroom for 20 min then wait another hour (which was promised to be just 20 min) along the narrow hallway being pushed around by everyone else feel free to come. Apparently Cantonese speakers or friends of the owner got special treatment and could jump the line.

Doesn’t matter if the food is good or not this experience just not worth it ffs.

The kaya and butter toast was surprisingly our favourite. Eggs were good. Preserved vegetables and pork with instant noodle could have been better. Overall it’s ok. Tried once and probably won’t come back.

The scrambled eggs are smooth & creamy with butter aroma. The milk tea is Ceylon tea fragrance & delicious. The milk tea was cooked by claypots. The curry fish balls are not my expectations.

Terrific taste for authentic Hong Kong cafe style brunch meals - a noodle dish with toast and eggs with a hot drink. They are extremely busy so be prepared to wait for the food and then wait for a table at the food court.

The food tastes exactly the same as any other old HK breakfast food place. Staff are rude just like any other old HK breakfast food place. Cold drinks are +$1.50 like any other old HK breakfast food place. The only difference is here is that you are, at minimum, waiting 30 mins to order and another 15 for them to prep your food. Save your time, nothing special about this place at all.

Opens at 930am, got there at 940am, already waiting 20 minutes. The line seems long but their service is fast and food is worth the wait.

2 breakfast under $20, getting harder and harder to find. The egg is velvety and delicious, toasted perfectly, milk tea was rich, tastes exactly how it is in a HK Cafe.

Authentic Hong Kong style cafe. Not only delicious but also comforting. Very good claypot milk tea. Satay beef and pig liver are also yummy. Will come back again.

Food is fair but very salty. Waiting time is 45 mins in the Sunday noon. The main problem with them is they retained the never-admit-fault culture from Hong Kong, that they don't admit they took the wrong order and refused to correct our meal until my wife spending 3 mins reasoning with them in front of a very long line. Even the lady before us got the wrong order with her too but she was just fine with that. The wait is just not worthy with the food and I am not going to ride my luck with another 45 min just to hope that I would get what I order.

I ordered a pineapple bun, but they gave me a sandwich. I asked for a change, and they said no more pineapple buns. 10-20 minutes later, I saw someone buy and take a pineapple bun. Also, I ordered a Hong Kong milk tea, but they gave me something else. I talked to the staff, and they insisted that it was my order.just two simple dishes and all wrong. What confused me was that they said they ran out of buns and someone else could still buy them, blaming the customer when they placed the wrong order.

Waited 20min to order. Another 20min for food to be ready. Decent price and great service from lady who takes the order. Food is up to individual interpretation.

Good spot for some nice hk style food. Strong satay flavors for the noodles. Waited for about 30 mins and also food took about 20min as well. Food pricing is unmatched so I hope they won't increase prices too soon.

HK Style comfort food servce hot and fresh! Great prices and really nice counter service. Expect a bit of a wait. Condiments and cutlery are serve yourself at the counter.

Tried the thick egg sandwich which lived up to its thickness. No crusts on the perfectly toasted thin toast. Very rich flavour to the tea (hot or cold).

Authentic Hong Kong style cafe (Cha Chang Teng) food, very tasty and good Milk Tea and HK style Lemon Tea. I should give a 5 stars review, but I waited for over 1 hour for my food during weekday lunch time; and it worth the wait. Hopefully they are earning their operation experience and shorten the waiting time in the future. You guys should consider to expend your operations to a real sit down restaurant. Add oil!

P. S. - their smooth fried egg - MUST try! I was too hungry and forgot to take any food photos: p

They had opened already for quite a while, but it seems that people are still willing to line up for their epic scrambled eggs and milk tea. Waited almost 40mins for my food during weekend lunch hour… All the food and the milk tea are super tasty. I believe that traditional HK favour is not replaceable anywhere in Vancouver.

The food and the service from this restaurant are good.

The food court needs to work on the cleaning tho.

1hr wait. 30min to order. 30min for food prep. Sure, satay beef is good and egg is authentic HK flavor, i ain't waiting that long again.

Be prepared to wait 40 minutes!
Avoid peak hours!

BUT! That being said, the scrambled egg sandwich and milk tea is worth the wait. (arcade is right below, go spend some time there and come back)

We came on a Saturday, around 10 minutes before opening and the line was right before the turn to the hallway that leads to the bathroom. As we lined up the line hit all the way to the bathroom. Once they opened we were able to order within 10 minutes (pretty fast considering there were around 10 people in front of us).

We waited around 15-20 minutes for our food. We ordered the scrambled egg sandwich and the satay beef macaroni with toast and egg set. The satay beef macaroni was not bad. The beef wasn't very tender but the flavour was okay. Not too strong. Lots of macaroni. The egg in the set with toast and the egg in the scrambled egg sandwich is essentially the same. Potentially not as thick but the taste is the same.

The previous reviews were not exaggerating the scrambled eggs are delicious. So thick and creamy. Very soft fluffy and runny. Nicely salted. But the scrambled egg sandwich was a bit too much for me. There was a bit too much egg making the bread of the sandwich heavy and soggy fast. I think with a thicker bread that could hold the egg better would have made the whole experience better.

The milk tea was a miss. Between the 3 of us we couldn't even finish the cup. It had tea flavour but wasn't smooth enough.

Overall the service was efficient and friendly enough for a food court. Food wise I would only recommend getting the scrambled egg.
