Their iced matcha latte with coconut sweetener is my go-to. Well, I got it on my first visit there and I haven't stopped ordering it since. It's delicious. Aside from that, the staff are friendly and always serve me with a smile. The plants, books, and fixtures contribute to such a quaint and lovely ambience in this café. It's one of my favourite places in the city.

Calling all tea lovers.
The teas are aromatic, beautifully blended and ethically sourced. It is a gem in downtown Kelowna. I highly recommend to stop in and try your favourite beverage hot or cold and you’ll undoubtedly be back again and again. So good!

Chaibaba has an impressive selection of teas from all over the globe, but more importantly, the owners are so knowledgeable and kind!

I was attempting to make masala chai at home and Crystal helped me figure out the perfect recipe and even gave me a mixture of her own to try (which was so perfect).

Is it my favourite place for tea and I HIGHLY recommend stopping by, its a treat in itself.

Popped into the shop while on vacation in Kelowna and wasn't disappointed! Came out with 4 unique tea blends that are each so wonderful. This is a place I would frequent if I lived locally.

Stopped here as part of a walking food tour. It was a thirst quenching cold tea drink that had been steeped overnight. Very good.

What a welcoming little shop to come into. Friendly staff and owner. So many teas to choose from, lots of nice custom blends. They also carry books, oracle cards and a few other goodies. Fun to visit and browse!

Amazing atmospheres and tea! The staff are super friendly and make my tea stops very enjoyable. Love the blueberry rooibos tea and earl grey gluten free cookies. Highly recommend this shop.

They probably have the best variety of teas in the downtown area, and the staff are genuinely nice. They also have a selection of metaphysical books, oracle cards, etc, if you're into that kind of thing. You can't get a milk oolong or a real smile at Starbucks, but you can here! The prices are reasonable too.

I was a die-hard David's Tea fan until all the stores closed down. I prefer to buy tea in person for a lot of reasons and was already familiar with Chaibaba, but they are now my go-to tea store. I discovered Starriest Night, which is probably my new favourite black tea, and for a drink to go, I love the Tokyo Tea Party. The quality is much better and the flavours are all much more natural. I prefer to buy local when possible now so this is a win-win for me!
