Went it with a pedal problem right at closing time and they stayed late and fixed it free of charge! It turned out to be an easy fix but I didnt have the tools and would have made me unable to get to work.will def go back here for any and all future problems

Best bike shop in town. Very knowledgeable and I am always extremely satisfied with their service and product recommendations. Supportive and encouraging of new riders. Advice for parts and service is sensible (don’t try to sell you the $$$ part if you don’t need it) and they take the time to educate you on what and why the service needs done.

A pleasure to deal with the crew at Chainline! I had a few warranty issues with a custom bike build and Darrin was extremely supportive of my situation. He dealt with the supplier and had me back up and rolling! The attention to detail and customer service sets this shop apart!

Went for a ride at Knox and realized I had forgotten a fairly key piece of equipment at home - my helmet. Gave Chainline a call (the shop is only a few blocks down the road) and they hooked me up with a loaner. Can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff is here.

ChainLine cycle is the best bike shop I've ever been too! The owner and the staff are very knowledgeable and they go over the top to help a customer. They have many events and a wide community to join. Everyone is so welcoming and a pure joy to be with. I could not recommend them higher. A truly remarkable store full of amazing people. I had at first gone to another bike shop in my neighbourhood (Lakeshore Drive) to get a new tire for my bike. Seemed pretty straightforward but no. They didn’t even have a basic mountain bike tire to repair my blowout. I spent 15 minutes waiting to find out they had nothing for me. So I went to ChainLine and in less than 10 minutes had a newly installed tube and tire. WOW! Just like that.
We were back half an hour later so my husband could buy the new bike that caught his eye while we waited for my tire repair.

I recently purchased a Salsa Cutthroat from Chain line Cycle, I was in Bicycle Retail for years. I am very fussy when it comes to service before and after the purchase. At one point Darrin (the owner) felt that I was not sure the Cutty was the right size for me. He went out of his way to make sure that I was 110% satisfied with my purchase. Since then I have recommended CLC to friends who have purchased bikes and been very happy with the service and staff. Darrin is an expert wheel builder, I think it is a passion for him. Darrin build up a set of wheels for my bike that I am very impressed with. CLC built up a Salsa Fargo from scratch for my wife and she loves it more then life itself. We also purchased many accessories from CLC, Bicycles sold by cyclist.that's what I look for.
