Stopped and for dinner with my wife amazing amazing service great food wonderful atmosphere can't say enough nice things

Fries were soggy and saturated in oil. They were so bad that we were unable to even eat them. We complained to the server and were told they were “trying out a new kind of French fries”. I said that they were soggy, and the server replied. “I guess not everybody is into soggy fries” and walked away. They did not even attempt to offer us a salad or some other option. It was honestly a shocking response.
It was a very disappointing experience and we left feeling disregarded as a valued customer. We live in the neighbourhood and have always considered Chaise a local spot to enjoy. I no longer feel this way and I will not be back again.

Celebrated my 70th birthday here last night.
Amazing chefs. The seafood bake was so delicious and my husband loved his steak Neptune. A perfect dinner with an excellent server Anhad.

This place has a great little atmosphere; I found the waitress when I went to be a little dismissive and insincere with her "friendly service, " but the burger was huge and a little messy, and the beer was fantastic. I would probably stop by again when it's a little busier and the atmosphere is in full swing

HAD THE FISH AND CHIPS, AND IT WAS GREAT. FIRST TIME THERE AND NICE COOL SPOT. I WOULD GO BACK AGAIN.

Overall very nice establishment, in mid price range good for business conversation, or date.

Chaise Lounge is a known secret - those that know, know. Those who don't, should.

The nice thing about coming here is there is always room. - no crazy brunch line ups, and usually a table open at dinner.

Brunch options are solid, with interesting sides like grilled tomatoes, steamed garlic spinach and delectable maple sausages.

Hash browns are cubed and fried, crispy and soo good. The B. A. T.benny was chock full of avocado and tomato, and the smoked salmon benny was full of salmon and generous amounts of hollandaise. The seafood benny was reported to be tasty but a little light onvthe seafood.

The fresh fruit cup on the side that's included with breakfast is a nice touch.

At dinner I highly recommend the grilled vegetables platter. It is simple but grilled perfection. Veggies change depending on what's available in the season but it never disappoints.

Absolutely love going to this place. Great food, nice variety of cocktails and friendly atmosphere. One thing I really like is no matter if it's busy or not, the food tastes the same every single time, not like other places (if you were to go and get the same meal, and it's completely different then what it tasted the first time). Their mac & cheese is to die for.

Checked out this place on Valentine's day, amazing food, amazing staff, amazing atmosphere and reasonably priced! Will definitely come again! Highly recommended!

I did not have a great experience here. Service wise it's fine. The food and overall bill was pretty $$ for the quality (overpriced pub food) and to top it off I had for poisoning after. As it was the only meal I ate that day - I know it's the culprit. Spent the next two days living in my bathroom

Great place for food and drinks staff is very welcoming and good service would recommend to anyone for a place to go.

Came here for lunch for the first time. Place was lively and clean but one shared bathroom.

Staff was very friendly and they served brunch as well. Great bonus.

Food was good and simple and price was reasonable.

Well done staff! Last night a group of us were in and power went out. Electricity out for the duration of our stay. Staff were stellar. Drinks kept coming. Thanks for a fun night Chaise!

Was walking down main heading to another resturant and this place caught my eye because it looked cozy. Great service, menu has lots of good options, food came really quick and was delicious. Fair prices as well considering most places charge for a house salad. $18 for a wrap with a house salad is really good in my opinion. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area again.

Went for lunch. Had all the TV's on. 2/3 rds of the seating is high top tables.
Server/bar tender was nice.
Food was fine.
They do have more seating on the street.

There was a big piece of plastic in my spanakopita, they compensated me with one free bud light, Not really sufficient IMO. Food was okay, service was mediocre.

It is one of the places I love in Vancouver, the food is delicious. The ambient is very good. Super recommended
