After many years with another broker out of loyalty alone, I was frustrated (as usual) with my home insurance renewal. I searched out Chambers Olson based on a recommendation and I cannot express how thrilled I am with the change! Jordan was responsive, helpful, clear, professional and all-around great to deal with. That was enough for me.but she also saved me hundreds of dollars! I highly recommend Chambers Olson.

The team at Chambers Olson always go above and beyond. They have been handling our fleet insurance for as long as I remember and I can’t say enough about their service, their depth of knowledge and expertise.

It has been a nighmare dealing with this broker. Having to continually request wording (YES, always ask for wording of insurance policy and read it carefully) ; then being sent the wording for a different policy that the one offered, and after a loss - finding out, through no fault of my own, that I'm not insured, despite paying premiums. Unknoledgeable, unprofessional, devious in misleading customers.
DO NOT DO BUSINEES HERE! It cost me almost $10,000.00 to do business with these shysters.
And now my only recourse is an extended court procedure with an extremely high bar to achieve.
This is the upsidedown contract i was sent to sign; and so i felt obliged to sign it. Huge mistake!
