Dream prom store! I bought my prom dress and I was wowed by the service! Not only were they helpful and kind, but they actual gave personalized service and feedback rather than just selling a dress! All of the associates are wonderful people and want you coming back! If you need a dress, this is the place.

Natasha was incredibly helpful! Had the best experience with her and she assisted me last minute to find a bridesmaid dress while I’m pregnant and she was super amazing! Helped me find the right color, size and everything. Couldn’t thank her enough!

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing C+L has been throughout my bridal dress shopping experience. I had some really terrible experiences at other shops, C+L (specifically Emily) went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and happy. I felt like my needs and wants were heard and as a plus-sized bride, I never once felt like that got in the way of me finding my dream dress.

I was having some dress anxiety (I’m a chronic overthinker) and Robynn was also SO incredible. She called and emailed the dress designers for me and came up with amazing solutions to ease my anxiety. I’m really happy I purchased my dress here and want to thank you all again ️

I just purchased a prom dress for my daughter today. The lady who assisted us was so amazing, sorry forgot her name but she helped us to choose what dress might fit my daughter and also suggest some dresses. Thanks to her, her name starts with "T", and she is friendly. The store is so organized and clean, easy to browse.

The owner here is awesome.we unfortunately didn't buy our dress here, but our time here was amazing. She was accomdating and was just about finding the right dress.

This was my second time purchasing a prom dress from Champagne and Lace and every time the staff and owner are so lovely and the dress selection is beautiful. Celine has helped me each time and makes my experience so wonderful. She is always sweet and uplifting and when I came in for my second dress she pulled exactly what I was looking for, and always gave me feedback to make sure I felt the best in any dress. Champagne and Lace has some of the best customer service and the best dresses. Can’t wait for prom

They barely have nice inventory, yeah it looks all fancy from outside but its all overpriced garbage, i mean we had to settle for a little nice one because there were no maternity dresses which we weren’t told at the time of booking an appointment. Then you would think that since you are buying a dress a garment bag be complimentary, oh no no, they would charge you for that too, so i would suggest not to waste your time and money on bare minimum quality.

UNREAL experience buying my wedding dress. The gals made me feel so special even when the world was basically shut down! I tried other stores but the gals at champagne and lace totally nailed it! I even found their pricing WAY cheaper. Literally my dress was $500 less there than a store in van (exact same dress!). Thanks for making me smile and feel like a princess!

Had a bridal appointment yesterday and it was an amazing experience! The girls at the front were very kind and inviting and the woman who helped us was named Karen and she was so lovely and accommodating. We had recently been to two other stores and this was the only store that actually asked my budget and stayed in it. Karen was also very careful to not tell me what size dress I was trying on, she helped me try a range of styles and she was extremely quick to pick out ones I knew I liked from their website but she was never rushy. They had lots of options available from their website! The dressing room was spacious and they let us have a large room at the back. Overall this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend this be the first place you try for bridal shopping! You will not be disappointed.

Becca was wonderful! Well experiencing a last minute had to prepare for a gala in 6 hours panic attack, I was blessed to land at champagne and lace with Rebecca who figured out my vibe very quick. Who brought me the perfect dress in such a short amount of time. She was incredible helpful, intuitive, sincere and honest and I would not have been able to get ready for this event without her help. Feeling super confident about how I will look tonight and have more time then I expected because of the ease or buying this dress with her help! Highly recommended will definitely be back.

The staff was amazing! We booked them right after leaving another dress shop. We found the dress and the staff was not pressure driven. They were patient and thoughtful. Would recommend them for any event that requires a dress. We are going back for the bridesmaids dresses.

Lots of dresses to choose from, Karen helped me find a dress I loved and was super helpful and experienced. From clipping me in to give a good idea of how the dress would look and suggestions on alterations, and most importantly keeping within my budget. Overall great experience and I did find my dress!

Can’t recommend C&L enough. Karryn was an absolute dream to work with. Every dress she picked for me to try on was something I would have picked myself! She never pressured me to go outside of my budget which I worried about leading up to my appointment. She guided me gently toward the dress I loved the most and got me in and out of tons of dresses within my appointment time! Thank you Karyn for being so accommodating and making my experience so seamless!
