I always see Bonnie at Champers and she has done a phenomenal job with my hair. I have long, coarse, and thick hair and she is extremely patient in completing the coloring, haircut and styling! 100% recommend!

Don't go there. I went there for roots touch up. I asked for light brown but my roots turned out to be black. When I asked, she kept saying it's because the hair is wet. Her name is Bonnie.

I'd like to direct this comment to the person named Helen Ling. I don't believe it is appropriate or even the least polite to post someone's name just because she had a poor experience. I wanted to be fair and I checked out this Helen Ling person's profile and it seemed that all she is interested is in food but gives everything else a super negative comment and always posted names of individuals.

Maybe she is here to cause trouble and stir up hatred? Everyone views and judges things differently and perhaps this Helen Ling person should wait a while and see how her hair turns out.

It is most inappropriate to personally target someone and have no regard how such action would affect the person.

I am a regular at the salon and Bonnie has done my hair many times. She is skillful and nice. All I can say is that she gives me the vibe of a much better person than this Helen Ling.

Most inappropriate and disrespectful.

I've been to lots of other salons before but none have really compared to Champers. Super friendly service and I always get a great experience.

I feel really awful writing a negative review because the staff here are generally super nice but the way the manager has handled this is unacceptable. I went in for a blonde balayage with fairly healthy light hair with some split ends, I left with choppy destroyed orange tone hair. I went back the next day, and was clearly not happy with it, after putting in more bleach and then toning it was honestly worse than before. My hair destroyed, I went to another salon to get it fixed. Unfortunately the only way to fix it without having my hair fall out was to cut half of it off and dye it to my natural color. I went in wanting long blonde toned hair and by the end of the week I had a dark bob. After going in to talk with someone about a refund the manager called the next day and refused, I sent her the pictures of it and she said that I should have come to them to get it fixed (which I did the second day there.) Nothing against the lady who did my hair although it was a mess, just super disappointed in their customer service in management. Save yourself and go to Salon Chez Pierre a minute walk away from them, amazing people, excellent service, and there's even a puppy in the salon!

Excellent customer service, always leave here feeling good in my service. Clean environment and reasonable prices.

I have had some bad hair experiences before and because of it I use to have panic attacks when I was getting my hair cut. (I know so dramatic) but Charlie is amazing. She is the only person I would let do my hair. She listens and pays attention to what your asking for and I have never been unsatisfied. I would recommend her to anyone!

My son get his first hair cut here when he was 1! The staff did amazing with him they were very patient. I only take him here now. Always a very good experience. Reasonably priced. Thanks so much champers staff!

I had to come here to have a hAir correction done that was a 2 step process and I have to say this salon was so together and so professional in the way they handled the situation caused by another location! Really this location did not have to fix my hair at all! So I have to say a huge thank you to the most sweet Rebecca hewson for putting in so much time to make me look and feel so pretty! And a huge thank you to jade who runs this location! Very professional staff, very relaxing salon! I will def make this my go to salon! Thanks again Rebecca and Jade for all you did gir me!

Daniella is just an awesome hairdresser. I have been her client for 10 years now - love the short head massage when she shampoos my hair.

My bf went here for a haircut and I must say, it’s the best haircut he’s gotten! The fade was beautifully done and it was the right length. He’s very specific with his haircuts but they got it bang on!

As a male coming from barbers, transitioning into a proper salon is one thing I will never regret, and neither will Champers being my first choice. I've never been displeased with any haircut I've gotten here, and value is actually not bad. Ranging from $20 if I want to do my sides (which is what my standard barber full haircut costed before) or $27 for a full haircut (both involving washing your hair, which is an amazing addition).

I used to get my haircut by any random person that was in, as they are all very talented. However lately my personal favorite has been Marissa. She is absolutely excellent. I typically give her a brief description of what I want, and I provide her 2-3 sample pictures of the kind of hairstyle I'm looking to get, and she always nails it exactly how I want it. Giving great advice on wax's and hair products as well.

I have been coming here for over one year and ask explicitly for Jade. She is a fantastic Hairdresser and really cares about your hair. My hair was a mess and now it's soft, the cut is the best I've had and the color is fantastic. I always leave feeling pampered and looking great!

The Salon is up to date and always clean and bright. They play music and there is a large screen TV. They offer tea, coffee, water, etc and magazines while you wait for your hair to process. Great staff and a great experience. *I did not get paid for this, I choose to post my own review cause I'm a happy customer*
