I received the best service from all the ladies at this office. Dr. Chui was patient and kind and was very thorough in my eye examination. The two ladies at front desk were very easy going and didn't mind when I had to reschedule the dilation portion of the exam a few times. I was able to find a nice pair of frames at a good price point. The selection is small but not overwhelming like some places.

My wife took her frames in to be fitted with new lenses. Got a call saying the lab broke her frame. When we went in, they blamed the lab and said they had no control over it. We said it's not fair for us to now be forced to buy new frames because the lab they sent it to broke my wife's frames. They only offered 20% off a new set, decided to go to another optometry who treats their customers with more respect.

Response to owner: We were not warned or told of a potential risk of damage or breakage to the existing frames and that your business would not be held responsible if that happened. No waiver was presented or signed by us. This was also not reiterated when we returned to the business to find out what happened. If this was expressed to us as you described, we would have been more thoughtful in proceeding, but since it wasn't.

Very disappointing. My elder mother has been a long time patient of Dr. Chui. I had to take her there today because she had double vision. The receptionist response was they were fully booked until June so you will need to go find another optometrist. She didn't even call the doctor to come out to speak to my mother to see if she needed urgent care. It's obvious patient care is not a priority. Had to take my mom to another optometrist who did identify some issues. From my own experience my own optometrist has always said if there are any emergency issues call us and we will fit you in. This is the type of service I would expect from a eyecare professional.

This is the third optometrist that I have seen, and Dr. Chui is definitely the best! From the front desk person onwards, the service was professional and positive. The explanation about the condition of my eyes was done in a manner that was easy to understand. Communicating directly with my extended health company was a bonus. The assistance in choosing the correct frames was helpful and there was no pressure to choose expensive frames. A great experience!

The optician and optometrist were very thorough and helpful! They use updated and modern equipment and the clinic was very clean, in consideration to the Pandemic environment we currently live in

I'd recommend having your eyes checked here. The doctor and their team members are very friendly, not to mention that their clinic is very very clean! I had my eyes checked in September and the first thing I noticed was the place really smelled very clean, upon entering. They really take the Covid protocols very seriously, too, this made me comfortable from start to finish.

The receptionist and eye doctor were professional and the eye exam was comprehensive. They do direct billing for insurance which is convenient as a client.

My husband, daughter and I see Dr. Chui every year for our eye check-up. She's very thorough, professional and friendly. We all feel very comfortable with her, especially my daughter. And I like how they call to remind me that it's time for my daughter's check-up. Very good service.

Super nice people, they follow covid-19 guidelines to a tee. I was lucky with them and they did the service of phoning me to tell me that a cancellation took place and they were willing to book me for an eye exam sooner. The optometrist was patient with my anxiety and super polite.

Their prices were super cheap. I had my glasses within 3-4 days after they had quoted me a week wait. Fantastic business. Definitely do recommend.

Dr. Sheetta Chui and her receptionists had always been friendly, caring and professional. Every year, I book an appointment with Champlain Eyecare Optometry, to get my eyes examined by Dr. Chui.

Have been a patient for Dr. Sheeta Chui for quite sometime now. Staff at this optometrist are very nice and helpful. Of course, Dr. Chui is always so nice and professional. I am very satisfied with their services. Did I mention they have a good selection of glasses.

Good place if you ask me. Front staff was super nice and easy going. Was here for a check up to make sure everything is good and it was fast clean courteous and kind. I’ll be back next time I need an check up.

Umm the equipment they use to examine the eyes is archaic. The interior lenses on the eye exam machine were so grimy I could never tell if number 1 or 2 was better. The whole exam was" number 1.or 2, number 1 or 2. " I told the dr the machine was dirty on the interior and she didn't seem to care. If you go to Iris you'll be examined with more accurate machines and images of your eye. Also really minimal frame selection. Jacked up prices as usual. They didn't carry Zeiss lenses. Actually they only carried three vendors of lenses. I went and bought because the staff was great. And I'm disabled and it's close.
