Nice place to sit down if you're getting your shopping done. Has a bakery and best priced chinese takeout.

Under new ownership, will be visiting them often for sure. Be aware, now closed on Mondays.

The independent to much expensive prices and if they make discounts you shoould buy 2 piece to get little discount.

It’s close to my home. Good to go for groceries, my vet, library, bank, hair salon and last but not least the Starbucks.

There is a library which I have to go back to.
The bakery in front of the Independent grocer doesn't sell coffee (boo- hoo) for their fresh baked goods.
Kins Market sells fresh fruit yabba dabba doo

Love this spot for the Independent Market and Kins Produce store. Both have great selection and Kins has the best produce prices.

There's also a couple of fast food restaurants, a liquor store, Starbucks, pharmacy, and more.

Many stores to choose from with a couple of fast food places and banks with a grocery store and a shoppers but a small one

My small car bottomed out and scraped the front bumper on the way in and out. Poorly graded entry/exit to Kerr St. Customers don't pay much attention to basic driving courtesy in lot area. Very busy, lots of near-misses, frustrated and confused drivers in the evening.

A nice little neighborhood outdoor mall with Independent Grocer, a BC Liquor Store, a Starbucks, Kin's Market, and an A&W as the larger outlets. I like how it serves mostly the residential areas around it so it never gets crazy busy but is lively and busy enough to support a variety of stores. There's also a public library and professional (health care) office in the same plaza.

Good spot to relax with a coffee at the starbucks or grab some quick food or snacks. Has a shoppers drug mart and doctors office. Dry cleaners that does an amazing job for cheap. Shoe repair and grocery store. Basically all the necessities.

It is a great little shopping centre but the parking is quite tight. Has a library, grocery store, bakery, some restaurants, a liquor store, shoppers drug mart and a dollar store. The parking spaces are quite tight and the parking lot is usually very full.

I go here all the time. I was about to list the businesses I go to, but realized that I've likely been to them all. It nice especially when you're trying to avoid larger commercial areas due to the pandemic.
