I have worked with Chaparral on a few projects, and it is always been a pleasure! The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. They produce beautiful homes and are changing the way people view modern modular builds. It was an honour to help them with their newest show home!

My wife and I recently bought a bare land property in the Okanagan valley and have been dealing with Chaparral now for a few months now. The communication, information and advice they have provided to us has been amazing. The level of professionalism has been outstanding and our final designs are near completion. We cant wait to see our new home in its final design. Thanks Chaparral Team!

I tried to get some basic information about a home that they built. I spoke to two different people and was and also left a messages and it's now a month later and I still don't have that information and more importantly haven't received as much as a phone call back. I would completely understand if the the information was not available although I would expect that to be communicated to me so I could move on. I would be very worried about buying a home from these guys.

My husband and I just love our new home. The Chaparral Team were amazing to work with! Would definitely recommend:).
