We were so disappointed! We wanted to get our Christmas shopping done. Friday night and they close at 8 pm.

My favorite place to come to spend me time. Friendly staff good music and great selection.

First time at this location. It was so busy. But i found what i came for and the staff moved the line pretty fast, so i was happy

Love books, love this store. Staff helped me find an Eye Spy book and another book for my grandson.

Great customer service. It's nice to know there is still a company that believes in customer service. Best place to by books and gifts for everyone. Would be nice to have a coffee shop open back up there.

Not a great selection of minecraft toys and books, but the staff were helpful in finding what they did have.

Absolutely great store, I love the smell in here, so I bought a bunch of candles to cover up the scent of my gassy dog. Rotten egg is probably the way to describe her gas at the moment, it’s been an ongoing issue now for about 6 weeks since she started her new low fat diet with her wet food, she’s even refusing to eat the dry kibble now. I will continue to come back to chapters for my home fragrances, the parking is great here and the store is well stocked. The weather was also really good it brightened up the atmosphere in the store, sadly my house isn’t the same due to the gas my dog is continuously passing. But recommend this store, especially if you need a book.

More merchandise than what they used to carry. Starbucks gone. Still a decent selection of reading material

Although this store is not complete in comparison to Vancouver’s branches and website availability, I really like it.

I really like the amount of variety, and it had some cool highlights, including a couple shelves highlighting indigenous and asian voices in kids books. The pricing is usually outside my budget, and there seems to be a focus lately on mass produced luxury home goods which I find meh, but that's personal preference.

They had everything I was looking for and great, helpful staff! And my items were on sale! I saved substantially on my purchases!
