I recently visited this nail salon for a manicure and pedicure, hoping for a relaxing experience. While the pricing seemed reasonable at first glance, my overall experience left much to be desired.
Within a day of my visit, I developed a swollen toe, which later turned out to be a fungal infection. This was extremely concerning and disappointing, especially considering that I had gone to the salon for a simple manicure and pedicure.
One of the main issues I noticed during my visit was the lack of hygiene standards. The UV light boxes used for drying nails were visibly dirty, and it was evident that proper cleaning and maintenance were not a priority. Additionally, I observed that common tools were being used, which raises serious concerns about cross-contamination and the risk of infections.
While the pricing may have been attractive, it is not worth compromising on hygiene and risking one's health. I strongly urge nail salons to prioritize cleanliness and implement stricter hygiene protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of their clients.

Came out of town and booked 2 pedicures. When we got there, they said they could only take one. Not impressed! 0 stars.

Excellent pedicure and manicure for men with very reasonable price. The girls are fantastic and friendly. Amazing customer service. Be careful when booking online with Google because they are usually booked up. Recommend to call in or email them for availability. Perfect location if you’re in Yaletown.

Tea did amazing with my nails. She took her time with them and recommended the most prettiest colour. (I love sparkles so she nailed the polish choice) was so happy with the end results! This was my first time coming to this salon too. Thanks for a great morning!
