Took only 15 min for pedicure, very poor service, i wish I give them 0 star, very disappointed

Not lgbq friendly at all! I recommend someone there and they turned her around and gave her a hideous look cause she was trans! Horrible service! Do better at life!

Been going to charm nails for years, I guess they changed ownership, my experience today was not great. Not friendly at all, the chairs, while new, we’re not short people friendly, had to sit on the edge of the chair during my pedicure, which was not at all relaxing. Had a manicure and she cut my nails way too short and everyone of them is cut on a slant, they look terrible. She barely spoke to me, when wanting me to change hands or feet she would touch and point. Very poor customer service. I guess I will be looking for a new nail salon.

I decided to get my nails done to treat myself two days ago. I thought they did a great job until a day later one nail completely chipped off just by pressing the button to cross the road. I went in this morning to have my nail fixed and they offered to do it free of charge. I was happy until the woman did not match the shape or colour tone to my other nails as well as poor customer service. I could have been a regular customer now I do not wish to return and will look elsewhere for better service.

This place only cares about your money. They gave me two ingrown toenails from cutting them too short - one was really bad. Another friend had the same thing happen a different time. The owner's response when I called to tell her: "What do you want me to do about it? " She could have offered to fix it, or given me a discount for another time, but she chose to be nasty about it. I will never go back. There are far nicer salons that don't chop your nails, and care about customer service.

I have been to Charm Nails twice in the last month. Both times I received great service and enjoyed the experience. My polished nails looked great and I left feeling pleased with how my hands looked. I am 60+ years of age and I don’t often pamper myself.

I have booked another appointment but this time I will have a pedicure & manicure. Rates seem to be reasonable and similar to other nail salons that I have checked out.

Great spot! The staff and super friendly and listen to make sure you’re 100% satisfied before you leave!

Always gives me the best acrylic sets and the pricing is so good! Will never go anywhere else:)

Loved my nails got red for the holidays although I'm not into long nails because of what I do for a living I find the manicure was done right for the cost I am satisfied. Will def make my way back!

Highly impressed with how clean the salon is. The attention to detail and the needs of the client is impeccable. Truly a place you should visit. I’ve been coming here for many years and still truly satisfied.

I got my nails done here a few times and every time the result are amazing. The owner Jen who usually does my nail is very quick and does a great job. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to get their nails done or get a pedicure here.

Very poor! They used gel when I asked for no gel. I have an infection from them. I have to be on antibiotics. When I let them know they gave me the infection they argued with me that it wasn't them! Then they charged for a removal when I ask for no gel in the first place! Save your money and go somewhere else!

I have been going to this salon for over 10 years and just went there again today. Always clean, professional, friendly and affordable. This is the place to go for the best salon experience
