My family and I had a wonderful time exploring the Canadian Rockies this Summer 2023! The experience was made even better with Joe as our tour guide. He has a pleasant demeanor, is jolly and engaging. He was well-organized, instructions were given out clearly, and he explained the itinerary in detail. As a result, we were able to check in and out of our hotel accommodations, have our meals, and explore lots of places and maximize our day without hassle. Joe was also very knowledgeable about the places we visited, and supplied us with fun facts and information, seemingly very experienced with this tour.
Being the only english speaking guests in the group, Joe was kind enough to translate in English, on top of speaking in Cantonese and Mandarin. We especially liked that he made sure that safety comes first and that everybody has a fun time.
On the other hand, Cleve, our bus driver, was friendly and kind. He drove very smoothly and brought us to all of our destinations safely.
Overall, I would highly recommend joining this tour agency for the Canadian Rockies if you want a hassle-free and amazing vacation!
