Amazing customer service! I came here to get one of nails fixed (my nails were done at a different place), they fit me in right away & I was out within 15 minutes. Very professional. Will be recommending them to all my family & friends.

Always leaving happy with the final results. They have numerous selections of polishes to regular and more. Thank you Charming and staff for being so nice.

I had high expectations for this establishment as i’ve heard good things about it before. However, when my girls and i came in for simple french tip acrylics, i was snapped at by my nail tech, she was inconsiderate and rather harsh when it came to filing my nails and what i had asked for. Again, i requested simple french tips, which i assumed would be easy.my cuticles were cut, and when i asked her to fix the nail tips that were crooked, she was short was me and told me to ignore it. My two friends both had unpleasant experiences with the quality of their nails as well. After a very displeasing hour of being shrugged off, we left for an appt and considered not coming back. I called to speak to the manager about the situation and inquired if we could have them fixed. She was very helpful and we were appreciative of that. Coming back in, i got the same nail tech and unfortunately she was even more rude. In the end, the staff did all they could to help us and we left happy especially with one of the techs french tip skills. Nonetheless, I am very disappointed by the behaviour and quality of work from Thuy (i believe that was her name).

This is the fourth time I’ve been to this nail salon and I’m pretty happy. The first time I went in I scheduled an appointment, and the owner opened the shop an hour before schedule to do my fill. I had acrylics which were done at a different salon which unfortunately didn’t look great. The owner really took her time. She even clipped my cuticles which is not common! She filed down the sides to make sure they weren’t wide or bulky. Each time I’ve come in I’ve had a different nail artist do my nails and they do a great job. They take their time and make sure the acrylic isn’t thick or lopsided. While applying the polish they’re extremely careful to ensure I get nice even coats without any streakiness. They have a nice selection of colors to choose from! I’m usually done within 45 minutes. However, I do usually make an appointment first thing in the morning so I’m not sure how busy they get during the day/evening. The last time I went in their credit card machine wasn’t working which was upsetting. So, I needed to do an e-transfer. In the meantime, my Uber cancelled… so that was fun. I do plan on going in again!

I’ve finally done it. I cheated on my go-to nail tech. And I’m so glad I did! This place is such a gem! If I could I would give this place 20 stars out of 5?

I didn’t have to wait such a long time to get seated once I arrived someone was super kind enough to show me where to sit! *wait time no longer than 3mins w/appointment*

Also to the amazing technician who did my nails thank you so much, I really don’t like to talk too much so she was definitely good at reading customers!

I got gels on my nails and she helped me pick the kind of green I wanted, checked several times and I mean several times to confirm with me it was the right colour I wanted, which most nail techs don’t do so people end up leaving with unhappy nails.
I really liked that about this place!

She took her time really shaping my nails which I highly appreciated!
At the end she also hydrated my nails and even gave me a hand massage which was such a nice suprise!

Overall thank you it was such a great experience and I now found a new nail tech which was even better than anything. I definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be booking more appointments in the future!

I have to say I feel cheated after attending this salon.

I found them online with decent reviews and saw a "Classical Manicure and Classical Pedicure combo" for $50 (or 52) on their website, which made me call them, as I was looking for a not too expensive self treat. I called them and asked if they had any spots available for the "classical mani and classical pedi" which they said to come in right away.

As I came in I told them that I called about "classical mani and pedi" combo. They sat me down and started the procedure. The nail ladies were very kind and I will give Charming salon a star for that. I will also give them another star for the foot and hand massage, because I quite enjoyed that. Now for the mani itself, I ended up with air bubbles on some of my nails. But hey at least it's regular polish and it will come off easily and it's not that expensive for the overall experience? Wrong!

As I came up to pay, the machine read $89! I kindly asked the lady as to why is it that much. As online it said only $52. She then told me that the $52 is for "classical mani and classical pedi" and they gave me shellac! That I did not ask for. (To clarify I do not go to nail salons often, and don't have a clear picture of which procedures do what and what they look like). Now I will
know.

I then told the lady that this is frustrating as the classical mani and pedi is what I asked for in the beginning and she apologized.

And of course I ended up paying that much

Overall the experience was okay. I got the massage and my pedicure looks great. But I just can't help but feel cheated. Why do I have to pay some much more for a miscommunication on their part.

Safe to say I will not be returning as it's not worth the price.

The location is very close to Royal Oak Station. There is also parking right in front of the store.

The technician that worked on my Shellac service was professional, quick and very accommodating. I had a great experience and would definitely come back.

I just had the most thorough and meticulous pedicure by Tina that I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail and technique was outstanding. I will honestly only return to this salon and Tina in the future. Their equipment was clean and in top notch condition and the salon was spotless. I’ve paid a lot more elsewhere and have not received the excellent treatment that they provided.

Waxing was terrible. The lady was careless.
Pedicure was fine. The nail technicians are young ladies.

I went to this place they charged me $70 told me they were going to do acrylic and gel they didn't put the gel on the left nail she pretty much eyed out and it's all Wiggly the nail polish doesn't go to the edges and they were doing shots avoda as they were doing my nails I will never go back to this place don't let them rip you off like they did to me

Friendly service but wouldn’t go back based on cleanliness and my gel manicure only lasted just over a week. The plastic barriers were duct taped down to the table and the table where I was getting my nails done was filthy.

I booked for my boyfriend and I after reading such good reviews. They definitely live up to the amazing reviews! I wasn’t able to ask for the names of the ladies that took care of us, but all of them were so incredibly friendly and accommodating. I also loved how perfect my nails were shaped and the bf was more than 100% satisfied with his deluxe pedi! Definitely coming back to this place ️

I had a great experience at Charming. The lady who did my nail was patient and give me exactly the nail i wanted. It is affordable comparing to the places in the mall. I will definitely go back.

They did a decent job with shellac mani/pedi. We had an issue with price as they charged us much more than quoted prior to starting service which is dishonest.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! They charged me for a solar fill when I had called and made an appointment for a acrylic fill. So I was charged $20 more then I was supposed to, it was supposed to be $27 and ended up being $47. My fill ended up costing more then the full set, and for a $50 fill the shape isn’t great and it took forever!
