I love this cute little cafe. Their bubble tea is pretty good, and the atmosphere there is so nice! The purple theme stole my heart Good for studying since they have free wifi and outlets by the tables. I recommend going for their signature milk tea with brown sugar pearls or tea colada with coconut jelly.

This is rare at a BBT shop but I was floored by the service of the two young ladies working Saturday Dec 2. They were all smiles and greeted me and the younglings when we walked up to the counter. We didn't know what to order so we backed up and they were still smiling the whole time until we decided. We ordered, paid and made our way over to the side counter. We received our drinks pretty fast and we're waiting on 1 macaron. When it was ready, the young lady walked out of the front counter area to come and deliver the macaron to us, even when there was a lineup. So kind.

Love Chatime! You'll get milk tea and boba in every sip you take. Perfect drink on a hot day.

It was pretty busy at the time I ordered but the employees were very efficient and organized. When it was my turn, I like how the cashier/server confirmed my order before making it. I wish I got her name! She also patiently answered my questions about the loyalty program. Great people and notably very clean This is my go-to bubble tea place!

First time ordering a hot bubble tea. Ordered online and picked it up. The service was fast and efficient. Had to update app but every point was still there so I got to use it.

It's nice that they have the sitting area and ordering separated. Good one for that area, can't go wrong with a libation.

Drink tasted very watered down and didnt include a spoon when it probably shouldve been - i ordered hot tea with pearls.

Service was fast, but staff seemed like they were done w customers. Very understandable reaction so im not complaining, just reporting unbiased wat i saw.
