Worst chatime I've been to ever 1/5. First they messed up my order then they talk very rude to me. Rather go to Metrotown location.

Their drinks are great but the air quality of this specific store is terrible. No air circulation and very humid (the condensation on the windows say everything). Feels like there is no oxygen in the room.

My son ordered 3 drinks through Uber Eats, the restaraunt didn't include straws.not a great experience

The boba is chewy and soft and delicious. You know these guys know what they’re doing cus they have the sealed lids.
When we went in, it was incredibly warm and humid like an indoor swimming pool tho, little weird but still a good spot.

There's something about this particular branch of Chatime. You can say your ice and sugar levels but it all comes out the same. Mediocre at best. If you ask any questions, you won't get the right answer. Also, if you bring your own cup, make sure you make it super obvious before you pay. They constantly add on that $0.25 cup fee without even trying to see you have a cup in your hands.

Consistent selection of delicious hot and cold options. Quick service. Limited seating but that is ok by me. I will keep going back. Friendly people work here.

I definitely will not be coming back to this location. The people who work here are very condescending and rude. Especially the white haired guy. He made me stand for a few minutes while he was on his phone. I asked him, are you able to take my order or should I wait?
He said nothing.
When he finally put his phone down he demanded what I wanted.

The clerk is very nice, they are friendly and tacit understanding with each other, and the milk tea is also delicious.

I had a great experience last time I went there. A girl with short hair thats quite handsome serviced me and she was kind, genuine, and full of enthusiasm; definitely would give her a five star. The bubble tea taste delicious and I'm looking forward to visit again.

Chatime serves the best bubble tea in the entire area. People here are awesome as well, especially the white hair guy and the short hair girl. I have tried every types of tea on the menu. Absolutely non of them have ever makes me disappointed. Keep it up Chatime！

Omg I just went to this amazing location and I swear this is the best Chatime ever! Especially the white haired guy. He is so kind and nice. Also the girl is really welcoming. The employees are all so well mannered.

Great place! Awesome customer service, so many options for ice and sweetness, super customizable and TONS of flavours. Great prices and they have an app for rewards!

I’ve been coming to this Chatime location for years now and I’m very happy with everything!

I’ll note that they have been closed to dine-in service since March 2020, and I feel very confident in their covid protocols (full plexiglas barrier, staff consistently and properly wearing masks).

The kind and patient ladies made great recommendations and put a lot of pearls and jellies in the tasty tea. Perfect sweetness for us at %30! Thank you Chatime!

Delicious bubble tea, some flavours you can now get with oat milk. Today I had brown sugar and it was delicious, can’t wait to go back and try more!

The quality of the drinks are very artificial tasting. It's not competitive with other bubble tea/Asian drink stores.

Just ordered a drink from chatime and I ended up with a strand of hair in my mouth. I’ve lost my appetite and wasted my money.

Efficient covid-19 service and social distancing in place, good place to get your BBT fix in a jiffy if you're in the area or passing by.

Bubble tea was good but when will you stop using those plastic straws. I'll be back when you get with the current standards with regards to straws.

This place is sooo fast. Even if its crowded you can have your drink max 10 min. But i have never waited that long in here. I love the brown sugar. Every one must try it. I had my first bubble tea here and i didnt like it. But its not about the place its about getting the right drink for you. But i must say i have tasted a lot of pearls in a lot of bubble tea places. But pearls in here are just perfect. It is soo fresh. And it is really bright in there because of their huge windows. So its good to sit. And there is a bus stop just infront of it. You can access here so easily. But i must say its a little bit expensive. Maybe just 1 or 2 dollars than other places but its totaly worth it

The guy who took the order today wearing a black sweater is the rudest human possible. Zero patience for anyone who has a question and zero respect for pay clients. Never going back here again.

Consistent Chatime quality. Parking isn't too bad as well. Closest location to East Van since the downtown one is now gone.

Selection is alright, prices kinda high and tastes is average. Nothing special. Got a drink and it wasn’t what I expected, it’s made differently here unlike any other place. They did replace the drink but the second drink had no flavour. The pearls had a funny taste. I’ve been to the metrotown mall location and I found that one to be good for some reason. Lots of better bubble tea places in the area.

Chatime is legitimately from Taiwan. But it's not as good as it is back there. It's much more expensive and not as fresh. But still, it's og.

This location is nice because especially after going to playland or PNE at night, this Chatime is still open.

The staff are alright, but they're never very enthusiastic to greet their customers. That's the downside of many Taiwanese places.

Definitely come here if it's late at night, even if it is really expensive.

Bad Bubble tea all together. Nothing used is fresh and doesn't taste good in general. Lots of use of propaganda.

I almost come this shop every day. Because customer service are good, and my orders didn't make any mistakes. My coworkers and I always get drinks here on lunch time.

Been here 3 times and didn't really enjoy any of the drinks. The sweetness level seems to be messed up on some drinks. Ordered a 50% sweet drink and a 100% sweet drink and the 50 was much sweeter than the 100. Their milk tea is also below average. The staff are nice however.

One Asian lady whose doing cashier is rude! She was rude to me and my daughter! The management must do something about her customer service job. If she keeps doing this, the business will lose good customers.

I like bringing my laptop and studying here and have been going once in a while ever since it opened. But to me the drinks are mediocre, all I like are honey green jasmine milk tea and Thai milk tea, it is pretty bland for all the other drinks I've tried, even if you ask for 100% sugar, and personally the price is not worth it. I always make sure to tip tho!

The inside is nice and purple, the staff is nice but the drinks are mediocre. I ordered a large oologg milk tea with no sugar and no ice. I love tea so I really wanted to enjoy the flavor. There was none. I literally payed $6 for a large glass of milk that tastes like powder. I won't be back. Maybe their smoothies are better.

Bubble tea drinks are pretty standard here just like every other chatime, decently priced you pay for what you get. Just be sure they don't mess up your drink order:/

Not impressed, but rather disappointed. Had been excited to try my first bubble tea, but the staff could not explain ingredients at all, and the place was really cold, as well. The drink I tried was okay.but the worst part was when we asked where to put the cups for recycling and found out that they didn't even recycle at all.

The hygiene at this location is highly questionable. There is no ventilation and the windows are always dripping with moisture. The staff don't wipe it up. The countertops, floors, table surfaces.they're sticky. I don't think the staff ever cleans up. Which makes me wonder what's in my tea.

The worst of the worst. Bad service and tastes horrible. I went to Taiwan and did not find a single store. The claim to be original and worldwide is false. They are not good enough to be in Taiwan.

I disagree with @Weesley Ko this place tastes like Jesus Christ himself mixed with bits of Wesleys face. I wish I could add more stars because drinking Chatime reminds me of my girlfriend ANgel also the fact that his super handsome best friend earl is a 5 star basketball player who likes to sing for cows but tbh chattime is rly ok

Service is so slow. I did a mobile app request, it said it would take 20 mins which is long for bubble tea. But whatever maybe they were having a busy day. I show up just after my 20mins time frame and they wouldnt even acknowledge me hovering over the line up of unfinished orders. When i finally get someone attention (5mins later) they didnt even have my order printed. My order was done 4 mins after they realize they had a mobile order they didnt print or start yet. I feel bad for all the people that was lined up waiting for their drinks.
